Q: hi im 13 and i would like to know if i should fight back to a bully thats ripped and hes twice my size and i need some tips on how to fight

you really shouldn't be fighting someone at all unless for self defense reasons and only if he throws the first punch. tell someone what is going on, like an adult, teacher, or parent. if you do get into a fight, you should be quick and fast to dodge his blows. only strike back when his guard is down. try striking from behind and never do the same maneuvers a whole bunch of times in a row. mix up your routine.

Q: what does it mean when a guy asks you if you have a bfriend then tells you that he is single as well.

will a guy lie about liking you.

if he asks something like that and he looks like he is serious, then he likes you. but if he is smiling funny and glancing at his friends with a big smirk on his face, chances are he is just playing with your emotions. most of the time a guy will not lie about liking you.

Q: Do you think that it is ok to go to prom w/o a date? 17/f

Yes! it is perfectly fine to go to prom without a date. in fact, i have done it myself. you may even meet someone there that doesn't have a date either, then you can dance with them.

Q: hi, well latley ive been feeling really down about myself. i mean i have amzing friends and i do a lot just that nothing feels like its going right. this isnt the first time either. im just cought in between a hole bunch of stuff and i dont know what to do about any of it. im confused and so scared about what people will think of me if i told people about what im going through. i just need someone to go to that i can look to for advice. i just dont know how i can come forward with my problem just yet. so what should i do ?

Everyone has problems. it is up to you whether or whether not you want to share your problems with someone. Just remember this, people who want to give advice (like the people on this website) want to help those with their problems. so don't be afraid to talk about your problems, no matter who you talk to, they will do the best they can to help you get through your problem and they will not judge you.

Q: Hi. The eighth graders hate me, and I have a bigass crush on one of them, (he doesnt hate me I don't think)...but I don't really know him. The dance is coming up and I want to break the ice somehow, how do I talk to him without him getting false impressions of the poser i used to be? How can I actually communicate? Do I have to be a slut for him to notice me?

You should just be yourself. You want him to like you for who who are not what you act like. Giving false impressions about yourself will lead to arguments and fighting later on in the relationship. You should just ask him if he likes you and tell him you like him. Don't be afraid, everyone has to go through this eventually too. Good luck. :)

Q: So, my boyfriend has high morals. He doesn't like to talk about inappropriate things, or.. anything like that. I've been dating him for about a month and a half now and i'm not sure where he wants our relationship to go. I mean, we haven't kissed, or anything. But we've only seen each other a few times. Should I ask him about it? I dont know what to do. I don't want to over step any boundries..so what should i do? ask him about it? or just let things play out?

Your boyfriend might have had a past that he isn't proud of. He probably just doesn't want it to happen again. But, conversation is everything. Ask him why he has those high morals, but don't go too far, sound warm and inviting and start out slow. He'll come around sooner or later.

Q: ive heard that trust, communication, and love are 3 things you need in order to have a healthy relationship. we trust eachother, we communicate(most of the time, its mostly me communicating. but he does, sometimes, when somethings really bugging him), and we're totally head over heals for eachother, as far as i know. and yet, we're still having problems! we get in fights every other day and end up not talking for a few days, and im so sick of being stressed out by all this,

how can i fix this? any advice?

Love is something you have to work at. You will have fights. Fighting is just another thing that comes in a relationship. If you truly love each other, you guys will still love each other after the fight. Don't let fighting ruin a good relationship.

Q: okay..this is a really long story..and i'm sorry for such a long question..

okay..so me and this guy are kinda friends that are thrown together..cause our parents are best friends. he's older..but he's got a girlfriend and the last time i heard..maybe about two months ago..maybe more, he was in love with her. she's still in love with him..she plans on having kids with him..i'm not too sure about him though. so anyways..me and him are kinda friends..we text. and he's always really flirty with me..and it seems like he has feelings for me. the things he say..the way he acts..all this. he's always randomly texting me to ask what i'm doing. but he acts different at different times..like some nights he'll be all over me..other nights he's just okay..others he's ignoring me. and this one time we were talking about relationship labels and he said.." well what if me and you had feelings for each other and were in a relationship?" and another times he's always asking me to help and he usually makes sure were alone. and he's always asking to hang out and stuff. and this one time me and him were both sitting outside at night just me and him and he had a good conversation with me. about his girlfriend..he told me that he wasent sure he wanted her to come camping with us, cause she wants to grow up too fast, and he dosent.

so idk really what to think about it anymore..my best friend thinks he likes me..but i dont really know anymore..so what do you guy's think?

Sounds like he really likes you. If he ignores you, sometimes it means he's playing hard to get. Guys are afraid to tell a girl he likes them just like girls are. If you really like him, you should tell him you like him. if everything you said in your question is true he will tell you he likes you. sometimes you have to make the first move. good luck :)
