I'm a thirteen-year-old girl. In elementary school, I was mostly attracted to guys. I sometimes had crushes on girls, too -- but I always tried to ignore the feeling.
It got even worse in seventh grade, when I had a major crush on a female teacher. I couldn't always concentrate on my work because I was staring at her and thinking about how much I wanted to kiss her. I soon decided to accept the fact that I saw girls in the same way I saw guys.

In elementary schools, its a lot harder for girls to explore their feelings for other girls, if there even are any feelings. I'm bisexual, as well, and I didn't start liking girls until I was in high school. Now that you're actually around a girl more, you have more to compare to. If you know you're happier around a woman than a man, don't worry about it. Don't question it. Just revel in the fact that you can identify what you like and you're able to accept it. Some people live their entire lives in denial, regret, and fear of their sexuality. I know its confusing, but we just roll with it. Its not as weird as it may seem.

It sounds like your mom thinks you need disability. She thinks you can't take care of yourself on your own. Getting the charge appealed would mean that you go to a different court and judge and they look in on what your mother is trying to do. I don't know you and I don't know if you indeed "have the mind of a child". If your mom's lawyer can prove that she is correct and you are unable to live on your own, appealing it wouldn't do too much good. If you actually do need disability, its a good thing for you, and your mom is only trying to help. If she is wrong and there is nothing wrong with your mentality, then appeal it. Your cousin will help you.

It depends on your age, really. There is a warning on most birth control packets about women smoking on birth control. If you're over the age of 35, smoking tobacco increases your risk of stroke or heart attack while on birth control. I'm 20 and I smoke but as far as I know, everything except my lungs are okay. Make sure to read all the information that comes with your pills. That'll answer most of your questions. As far as weed goes, I'm pretty sure that won't affect anything.

The plan B pill is just that; a back-up for birth control. Its not meant to be used as a contraceptive on a regular basis, its meant for women who are on birth control and forget to take their pill. The plan B works up to 72 hours after conception. From what I've read up there, you've been using it quite often. More often than you should. It is meant for emergencies only. Taking it too often can cause permanent damage to your reproductive organs. I recommend you get on birth control pills as soon as possible and stop using the plan B pill as your main form of contraception. Condoms are always an option if you can't get on birth control. As far as right now goes, go ahead and take the plan B to prevent pregnancy. If you're concerned about your ability to conceive, speak with your doctor.

It could take days, it could take years. Its whatever is most comfortable with her. She sounds like she wouldn't have sex unless she's married, which is sometimes the case. Just go slow. You know, start with kissing. That's first base. Second base is feeling and fondling, caressing, making out, etc. Third base is oral, and fourth (or "home run") is having sex. If you've already gone to the doctor about it, all you can do is just take the medicine and wait patiently. It could take two days or it could take a week to regulate and stop bleeding. There is a mucus gland inside the vagina that produces kind of a snot-like substance that will make it easier for the penis to slide in and out of the opening during intercourse. If you are not wet when you have sex, it will hurt and probably tear something and the body knows this. Discharge is simply the vagina's way of cleaning itself. It doesn't stain clothing, the discharge will come out when you wash your underwear.
When a girl climaxes, sometimes a little bit of "cum" will seep from the opening of the vagina. This will also not stain anything. If you're concerned about it getting on your underwear, there are some thin panty-liners that fit comfortably in your underwear, and it'll keep anything from touching the cotton. Sometimes you can feel it coming out, other times its relatively unnoticeable. If you feel it in your underwear, it will just feel like sweat. Since the vagina is so warm on the inside, when the discharge comes out, the temperature of the substance will decrease and you'll feel the obvious temperature change. No where is it written that a man must spend money on a woman to prove the validity of his love. It is his money and he may spend it as he pleases. There are plenty of other ways to prove that you love somebody without buying them a bunch of stuff. Why do you need something tangible to feel confident in your relationship with him? Are materialistic items worth more than loving company? He's been with you for five years. Five years is a long time. If it bothers you, I think you guys have been together long enough for you to delicately bring it up; I just don't know how you'd do that without sounding greedy. If your girlfriend is 21 years of age and still a virgin, its going to take a lot more than simple persuasion to have sex with her. First off, she needs to be ready. Don't push her into doing something she may not be comfortable with. If she does want to have sex with you, and you're looking for key moves in her body language, watch for closeness. I'm assuming its the most traumatic thing that ever happened to you. Considering you didn't seek psychiatric help, its forced itself in the back parts of your memory. Different occurrences have buried it (since it has been a year) and kind of laid a blanket over it. But its like covering a black blanket with 100 white blankets. The black will still live under all those blankets, and with the deeper color (more trauma) will show through until something worse comes along to make you forget it (surely not, but it happens) or until you subconsciously completely forget it (which also happens sometimes, but its rare).
Rape is one of the worst things that can happen to a young female. Its violent and wrong and you didn't have to deal with it on your own, but you chose to. Everyone deals in their own ways. Its gonna take a while for this to not come out and show itself at the most inopportune times. I'm glad you feel you're moving on from it. And with your boyfriend, find a nice quiet time where you both are doing nothing of extreme importance and just calmly tell him that something about that certain position doesn't feel comfortable to you. You don't have to go into gruesome detail, but share your feelings with him. If he cares, he'll understand without the aid of an explanation.
