ok at night i have a very hard time going to sleep. i cant go to sleep anytime before 3:00 and i hate that because then i wake up late ( 1:00 - 2:30 ) and i feel like i wasted my day. at night i try going to sleep around 12:30 but i cant fall asleep so i either watch tv or go on the computer. now that school is starting i want to go to bed early (10:00 - 11:00 ) so i can wake up in the morning. what can i do to help me fall asleep at night? What usually worked for me is going to bed at your normal time, then getting up early the next morning, so that you will be tired enough to want to sleep early.

This is wrong. It is possible to get salmonella from unwashed salads and other vegetables if not washed/prepared properly.

my best friend is scared of the dark. i can't get to sleep when i spend the night at her house because she keeps all the lights on in her room and i just cant fall asleep. so when she hits the hay... i quietly go to the light switch and turn the lights off. as soon as i do that she wakes up and starts crying! what to do???

I'm a little bit confused about something.
I heard that tea is a diuretic (makes you need to pee a lot) but that it also dehydrates you.
Now, if you need to drink a lot so that your body excretes toxins from your body and tea helps you to wee a lot, does it help more to get toxins out of your body or does it not flush anything out because it goes through you so quickly?
Sorry if that doesn't make much sense but I'm trying to be a bit healthier so I'm wondering how good tea is for you.
Also, are there any health benefits to drinking tea? (link)

Tea contains anti-oxidants, which I think help to destroy the free-radicals that cause cancer.
