should i go to the Tmobile store and have them look at it?

i got sand into my sidekick 3 and now the bottom button dosent work so now i am sending in into t-mobile. they already sent me another one.
all of my pictures are on my old one
and i want them on my new one
so i read that you are suposed to text them to t-mobile and thhey save them into your album
but sidekick 3s cant text pictures
so i emailed it to 222@tmomail.com
because thats how you text to the number 222
which is the albums number
but how will they know to put the pictures into my album? can they identify my cell number from my emial?
the website said that they would text me back but i dont know if it counts for email
also, on my old sidekick 3, i could keep like 200 pictures
and i had different folders
but now they wont let me make more folders or take more then five pictures
how do i fixx this?

I have a mobile (cell) phone which I regularly put music and pictures on from my computer with a USB cable. Just now I plugged in the cable connected to the phone but nothing happened, I've tried over and over again but absolutely nothing is happening. I've tried it with my iPod and a memory stick and they both work fine, it's just my phone that isn't.

virgin mobile switch_back phone. sometimes i use aim mobile on it. how can i choose whos on my phone and whos not. i mean it holds the first 30 people on my buddylist. but i want people on my phone who have sn's that start with x and stuff. but i cant remember everyones sn's. and when im using aim mobile i can not go on my computer and look at everyones. so how can i choose who is put on my phone. if you need more explaination please feel free to ask... thanks in advance. My phone has water damage because it accidentally went through the wash! I'm so miserable! Anyway, I'm wondering if I can get an upgrade earlier than the due date...real early. My upgrade time is in December and it is only May! Do I have to wait until I get an upgrade or is there another idea I can do so I don't have to wait that long!

any ways, i've lost my t-mobile razor. i can't go through the summer without a cell phone. and i deemed it lost and they said i have 30 days to find it or else it will be a $200 cancellation fee.
they said something about a sim card not being there... does any one have ANY idea of what i could do? (link)

its not part of my family's plan. my mom, dad, and sister are all cingular (i think its also AT&T?).. they dont even really have good cells.. no cameras, and the only extra they really have is like AIM, text, and audio. i dont want a phone like that but im wondering if they'll let me get this:

Ok so I'm finally getting a phone and the plan that I'm getting is Sprint since it's what my mom and dad have. Their 2 year contract with Sprint expired on the 19th. It was 800 minutes for 2 phones and it was $80. Well, now they want to bring me into the plan and of course I want to have text messaging.
My QUESTIONS:
How much is it for unlimited text?
Even if you have unlimited text are you charged for sending texts to other companies (ie. T-Mobile) for texting them, or them texting me?
Also,
A friend of my dad's says that if I get another plan, (Vision plan for texting) their contract is extended to 2 years as well as mine, instead of theirs being extended for 1 year and mine for 2.
Remember, they are adding on another phone with or without text for the 3rd phone. The price is going to be like $130 or so, with 3 phones, and 800 minutes without the text, but I want text so it may be $140 if it's $10 for unlimited. (link)

With t-mobile, can you get a new phone after the first month & still get the phone with a discount or do you have to pay the phone's full price?
Or do you have to wait until your 2 years until your plan is over to get a new phone. I have a razr & I'm kinda getting tired of it.

how does to verizon LG VX9400 open? the screen on the top i mean. becuase in the pictures on verizon, one of them its open, and the other is closed. does it flip open like the t mobile sidekick?

Hi, I have virgin mobile. and my phone shuts itself down and then turns back on randomly. its always done this and my sister has this phone also and hers does not do this. now its also deleting all my inbox texts, and not letting me send txts really. and it just froze a second ago, and i had to shut it down, but it wouldn't at first. whats going on with my phone? its a switchback. I was wondering if you have a t-mobile razr is there any way you can block or reject messages from a certain number? Becasue I went over my limit & this number keeps texting me & I just want to reject it instead of writing back. Thankss :]

I am interested in buying a Motorola RIZR cell phone through amazon. It's by T-Mobile, but unfortunately I'm a little confused. My family wants to get a My Faves family plan. On Amazon, and also on the T-Mobile website, it says that the RIZR is My Faves compatible. However, when I went to select the plan I wanted with the phone, My Faves wasn't on there. I emailed Amazon and they said that "myFaves is enabled with paw print logo on the back."
I have absolutely no idea what that means. There is a little paw print on the back of the cell phone, but how do I get the myFaves family plan through Amazon? Any help is appreciated. Thanks! (link)

ughh so i have a Samsung t619 from Tmobile. i havent had any probs with it but tonight i got a text msg and now everytime i try to open my inbox it freezes and shuts itself off! the msg is jus a normal msg from someone i kno its not like a forwarded thing or anything.. soo whats going on and how can i get to my inbox to make it stop freezing? if it makes a difference i got Bluetooth today and connected it tonight but even after i disconnect it my inbox is still freezing my phone. ughh irritating!
btw - im technology challenged lol soo use simple terms in your answer =] (link)

everytime on my buddy list it has the category MOBILE DEVICES
and it shows up all the time
and i dont want it to be there
and i delete it all the time and it keeps showing up
