I also have the same problem before but when I switch to sim only deal that I got from [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) all my problem had gone.

You have to get them from T-Mobile or online on a cell phone website. But other than the T-Mobile stores they don't sell them anywhere else.

You just have to ask and make sure you get the prepaid one but you can always switch it to a plan sidekick later on if you need to
