cell phone off amazon

I am interested in buying a Motorola RIZR cell phone through amazon. It's by T-Mobile, but unfortunately I'm a little confused. My family wants to get a My Faves family plan. On Amazon, and also on the T-Mobile website, it says that the RIZR is My Faves compatible. However, when I went to select the plan I wanted with the phone, My Faves wasn't on there. I emailed Amazon and they said that "myFaves is enabled with paw print logo on the back."
I have absolutely no idea what that means. There is a little paw print on the back of the cell phone, but how do I get the myFaves family plan through Amazon? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I want to get the phone THROUGH AMAZON. can myFaves be programmed into the phone through amazon? If not, and I decide to buy the phone through T-Mobile's website, but the rest of the family buys the phones through amazon, can I still be put on the family plan? How?.

print up the page and take your phone with you and have the t mobile crew help you i know i am on t mobile and it is amazing
