have you ever seen Finding Nemo? when they're talking to the Fish Are Friends Not Food sharks, they say that marlyn is in denial, because he said he's never weaten a fish. he's going to deny till he realizes that everybody knows he's lying. if you've taken drugs or something, and your parents ask if you've been taking them, you say no. you're denying you ever took drugs. it's the first step. either you keep denying, or you teel and you go into treatment... it's kind of hard to explain... if you need more help though, just IM me or email me or something....

no, your just fine. i know someone who's 5'7" and weighs 195lbs... you fine. don't worry about your weight.
if you are physically active, then some of your weight is muscle (muscles weigh more than fat), and even if you're NOT pysically active, you're FINE! you doon't need to gain or lose any weight... you have a perfect weight for your height.

what are some excersises or cardio i could do? (link)

one of the best things you can do to excersise is a fast walk. running too much can hurt your muscles and bones, plus, if you're just walking fast, you can go for longer.
cruches are really good for working out your abs, as are sit-ups.
go to toneteen.com (it might be teentone.com... i can't remember) for extra help.

try some crunches, situps, and especcially running.
eat healthy, and if you already do, try taking smaler portions of whatever you're eating.
again, make sure you excersie alot (also running up and down the stairs, and arm circles).

The Weather Vane is going out of buisness... so you could try that... they have the same kind of clothes as A&F. american eagle and aeropostale also have some cheaper clothes, but still really good quality.
even some department stores have really good stuff... old navy is good and banana republic is fun.

it matters. your boyfriend can become your best friend... like a husband, but not, if you get my drift. you can hang out with him, do stuff you would do with your female friends. its just... closer than friends. and it matters who you're going out with. you may like him for a bit... love him, even, but sometime, you may get... i dunno... sick of him. you might need someone else to be real close to. and he's just not in your greatest interests anymore.
so basically, if you really like him, even love him... go out with him. but make sure he knows you don't want to be nagged. if he persuades you to start doing stuff (and i don't mean just sex and kissing and stuff... things you just don't feel like doing [i.e. peer pressure]) then you're gonna get sick of him faster, and you'll want to move on.
but let him get close... become friends...

you need to gain some weight, girl.
you probably don't gain weigh because you excersize like a maniac.
eat a little bit more for every portion, and just have a day 4 or 5 times a month where you just sit around and read a book, be active, but don't push it.

if you're asking to see which one you should date, i can't help you. it's totally your choice. personally i like peyton, but that's just because i'm most like him. adam sounds pretty awesome(an i love baseball) but YOU need to choose... not me. does it really matter who knows that you're dating? i wouldn't parade it around, but hey, again that's just your choice. you have to think about who's gona stay with you the longest, who are YOU gonna love. again, i would choose peyton cause you said adam is your best friend.... when/if you and adam break up, you probably won't be best friends anymore, you'll be close, but not as much as before.

the day after pill is medicene you take... the day after.... you have sex. though id' say its not very reliable.
some girls/women don't have any side effects, but many can get sick from them... not serious, just like, a stomach ache for 3 or 4 hours.
almost every town that has a population of over 4,000 people has a pregnancy clinic... even one just devoted to teens. they might not give the pills to you, you may need at least a guardian (aunt, uncle, granparent) that you trust to be present for it. it's worth a try though, ask the nurse's at the clinic what you can get without parental permission.

if you think yoiu might be a lesbian, you ahould only tell someone if you're ready. lots of people who are homosexual are freaked out of what others will say when they find out... so i'd have to say, don't tell anyone till youu know you won't care what they do when they find out. otherwise they might really hurt your self esteem without ever knowing.
as for the boyfriend/girlfriend thing, it's your choice. i mean, i wouldn't suggest it till you're in like, 7th grade or something, then you and your gf/bf can actually go out and do stuff, as opposed to just having the title of "and item" at school or whatever, but again, it's your choice. my sister's going into college this year and she's only dated once (but then all her best friends are guys anyways...).

basically, you just gotta straight up ask him. tell him you like him, or at least drop little hints about what you feel for him. if he responds in kinda the same way, chances are that he likes you, if not, well... try in a few months.

you've gotta give her time to get over their deaths. 3 people from her family.... people she's known since she was born... it's got to be really hard for her.
then again, if it HAS been a while, you need to help her. start by making her some breakfast or something, taking HER out for coffee, even asking her to play an old family board game with you. Something that will really let her know you care and are worried about her.
