How can I bring up wanting birth control to my mom? I dont think she ever had sex until she was married..and she was brought up in a strict christian home (no sex until marriage) but i dont find a reason wrong with sex before marriage. I am 16/f and ive been going out with my boyfriend for a little more than a year now. I love him and he loves me and we are sexually active (condom every time). I cant let her know I am sexually active because i dont think she would understand. Should i start pretending to complain about cramps so she will get hints or whaT?????????
I know of a few other reasons to get birth control that aren't sex related. Such as it puts your period on track. Just tell your mom that your period is coming randomly & isn't coming on time. Or if you have acne it clears up your face. Just tell her you're really sick of having this acne & you know that birth control clears it up. If that doesn't work you might have to get it behind her back. It's free at Health Departments & they can't tell you parents about it because it's not an actual doctor. But, if you went to your doctor it's on your records & your mom would be able to find out. But a bad thing about that is when you go to the doctor & they ask you, "are you on any medication?" You would have to say yes. Because you are. But it wouldn't be a problem if your mom didn't come in the room with you.

Okay so I've been with this boy for nine almost ten months. We've done everything (except he never went down on me if that even matters) But the thing is he went out with a girl for 9 months on and off before we went out and this girl and i have never really gotten along. To put it in the nicest way, i hate her with a passion. Recently i have found out that they were talking on the phone..... and knowing her she probably either likes him still or wants to break us up. She has said that she hates him so much blah blah and a bunch more bull shit but then shes now talking to him? i dont get it. I know i am extremly jelous and in my case its not a good thing. I am a nervous reck all the time. He is in nationals for 6 days which is no big deal because i have rarley been able to see him this whole summer. The only thing differnet from the rest of the summer is that i cant even call him. I only just found out about this phone call the day he left for minnesota for the volleyball nationals. When he comes back we wont have much if any time to hang out because he has a volley ball camp at lyola college within the week he comes home. He isnt one to talk about akward/hard situtations things i mean i've tried talking to him about things on the phone and it doesn't work at all. I want to know if i am being to nervous and letting my jelously take over me? And when do confront him about this what excatly should i say? The thing is we had sex not to long ago which makes this much harder because it makes me think he doesnt mean it when he says "i love you" any other comments on the situation are good too.

What I think you should do is ask him if he would ever go back to her. That's the main thing to know. Because if he says no & you trust him then you should just let it go & let him talk to her. I'm sure that the girl is trying to get him back but you just have to trust him. It's better to let it not bother you then to let it bother you. Because then you will be worrying about it all the time. If he starts not talking to you because he wants to talk to his ex then you need to say something to him like, "why do you talk to her over me?" But if he only does it like once in a while then it's probably okay. In his case he might just want to be friends with her. & if you start making it a big deal that he talks to her then he's gonna think you're controlling him. Because in his point of view she's just a friend. & after a relationship has sex is usually when the girl starts seeing the guy not care as much. But it's just in your head. and i was wonderin how i can change the background and how the members can upload their pics and how the can post messages and stuff like that please help
To edit the background you just need a code. & you could probably use a regular layout code. But make sure you post that in the section that is named, "description" NOT "short description". & in order for people to load photos on it you need to change the photo settings to allow people to load them on there. Go to, the main page of the group & next to the group leader picture click, "edit group". & on the left side it says, "members can post images" click yes. & for them to post messages the thing that says, "members can post bullitens" click yes. I have been feeling kind of down latley and just miserable. i feel like i have no friends and no life. i dont have the life that most teens my age have like partying and just having fun..most of my time i sit at home..i am very insecure about myself and i wish i wasn't. i feel as if i dont love myself but i wish i did..i believe in God but i dont go to church because i moved to a different town 2 years ago that i dont really know anything about. But i do watch several sermons on T.V. everyday. I just want to know any uplifting passages/verses from the bible you know..or passages/verses that have to do with being proud of yourself and appreciating your life or any other good passages/verses you think i might need>thanx soo much for reading..please help me out i need som guidance...
I don't know any verses, but you just need to find someone that you can go hang out with. I'm sure you have 1 person that you apriciate & they apriciate you. If not you need to go to local things around you. Like, the pool, park, etc. That way you can meet new people & maybe even people in your school. If you feel insecure & aren't happy with yourself you're gonna think other people don't like you too. That may be one of the reasons you're always home. & you can't help feeling this way. But what you can do is wear or say something you are comfterble with. That way you'll be comfterble & make people around you more comfterble.

Does anyone have any tricks or tips for getting fit and staying fit without running? especially anything that can make your bum erm.. not as big? preferably something you can do at home. :)
I don't know if you can make your butt samller. But try pilates. They're kind of expensive, but work if you keep up with it.
mkay. i'm trying to lose weight over the summer. like 10-15 pounds. and what im trying to do everydayis eat a salad for lunch not too much crap for dinner and a 90 calorie chewy bar for breakfast or 100calorie yogurt for breakfast. and then everyday im trying to do a lot of situps and 50 pushups and im trying to go for a bike ride everyday. now its rly hard for me to do all this. the situps/pushups i can do; the bike ride i cant do a lot because i travel so much in the summer and the eating right is SO hard for me because i love to eat but im rly trying..is there anything else you can suggest for me to do to lose weight this summer and it has to be something i can do anywhere (even out of the country; however when i go to spain there is a gym in at least one of the hotels so i'm good there ill just go to the gym) please and thanks.
If you're having trouble eating right just eat a salad. Put like meat in it so that way it's more filling. & if you can't do that then look at how many grams of fat are in it & do that many sit-ups. Example: If you had some cereal that was 50 grams of fat then you do 50 sit-ups. It's a good idea it's just very hard to keep up with. So I suggest keep a little notebook with you. & to find out if you're over weight or not. For 5 feet it's 100 pounds & additional 5 for each inch. Example: I'm 5'9". So 100 for the 5 feet then 5 pounds for each of the 9 inches so it's 45. So 145. & you can weigh 10 pounds less than that or 10 pounds more than that. & that's just average.

I am a guy and have a really embassing question i dont want toask anyone i know and dont want to ask the doctor either but when i go pee it sometimes stings and when im done it seems to continue to dribble out of my penis for a while after . this ends up staining my undies. i am not sure why it continues to dribble for so long as well as stinging while i am peeing.
Well, that's not embarassing at all. Everyone goes through something different. Just ask the doctor. & he'll ask you if you're sexually actice & you say no. Even if you are. You don't want your parents to know unless they already do. & of course your parents will assume things & think you're having sex but you really need to see a doctor. It could turn into something worse & it's all because you didn't go to the doctor.

Alright At work i am a cashier & photo tech & i clean the store. Usually its just me and a manager. The manager is off doing something and im at the front of the store working my ass off. Well tomorrow Its This girl and Me. Shes from 8-4 && im from 10-6. When i come on the clock this girl goes your here so i can get off register. And of course she does. Im always on register evey time i work with her. Last week she took a vacation to go on a trip. ( she didnt deserve and she demanded the days off ) She came back on wednesday and she has done nothing but bitch. I asked the manager if i can work on the floor tomorrow while the other girl works register. And the manager said you need to put into consideration that she comes on two hours before you. Its not fair. Im always on the damn register. When i ask this girl to help me out she tells me that shes hire authority then me and i have to do whatever she says. Shes not we are all hired for the same damn things. Im tired of her. And also she got a promotion of head cashier. Even tho she doesnt deserve it at all shes taking it.
I have talked to every manager in the store. So dont tell me to talk. Every manager knows i hate working with her.
What else can i do. Shes the biggest waste of life at work && she deserves to be fired.
Me quitting is not a choice either.

Since you've talked to all the managers you need to talk to her. No matter how hard or useless it may be. Sometimes if you acutally tell her & listen to what she has to say things may change for the both of you. & when she leaves at 4 & you still have 2 hours why can't you do something else then?

Hello.
Last night I was printing up a bunch of things on my homeschooling printer, from my homeschooling laptop. There ended up being a paper jam and all I did was rip the piece of paper out of it when that happened. I thought it was fine, but then it said that more paper needed to be put into the printer and press ok on the printer. I didn't put more paper in the printer, and I just pressed ok I believe. There was already a little paper in it at the time, so I thought it was weird that it said it ran out. Well I was sending these pictures of things to my homeschooling laptop and printing them off of my email address on yahoo. Now, the printer is not working at all. It seems like it's broken. This box keeps popping up with the name of the picture that I opened up and printed already. My sister keeps clicking delete when she right clicks it but the picture will not go away. I think it's on that computer forever. She's clicked delete many times. Is there anything else you can do to get rid of it? The printer is probably broken because the picture never got printed again. It was resized many times and ok on the printer was probably pressed too many times. It never finished it's job to print it. If anyone can help me out, please let me know what to do. This printer has to be working! It's for school!!!! The picture also has to be gotten rid of if possible! I don't know if there's a way I can find it on the computer so I can delete it. Thank you. Sorry this is so long.
Well, I'm not all that good with computers but I know enough. Try opening the picture in paint & just blacking it all out so it doesn't look like it's an acutual portrait. & if your printer isn't working you might have to reinstall the software. & if that doesn't work then you might have to take it somewhere to get it fixed. & that may cost some money. My printer used to do that all the time & it messed up the printer heads & didn't work so well so we had to get a new printer.

on itunes, all my songs are mixed up in my playlist. they are not in alphabetical order. i thoght they were on shuffle, but their not. so, i put it on and off of shuffle. still didn't work. i have a mac. any suggestions?
What way do you want them to be in alphabetical order? By song or artist? Either way just go to the top where it says, "name, time, artist, album, etc." click witch either one you want in order for them to be in alphabetical order. It can be in reverse or regular.

You have to be there for your family if something does happen. I'm not sure if you're a girl or boy but if you're a girl you need to take over & be the mother. Every family needs one. If you're a boy you need to take care of your brother & father. Show that you're sad but don't let it take over your life.

Ask him about it. Just get on the subject by telling him about one of your friends buying condoms or something. & then ask him if he would ever have sex with you. In order to know that he's the right one you will feel it. I've been in many positions where I feel completely awkward & know I shouldn't have sex. So I don't. But when you know that he's the right one & he knows that you're the right one, go for it.

You should def. tell your boyfriend why you hung out with the other boy. That way he's hearing it from you & not from one of his friends. I find it better to hear it from the person not from a witness. & the sooner the better.

Okay, well. Some people are just chain linked to relationships. Which normally means they can't commit, like you said. Other times it just means she can't find the right one.
& about the girl who has a boyfriend give it time. I've waited 3 years to have a boyfriend. & it finally came. It takes time. & patience.
It helps at times for you to tell the person how you feel. That way they can help you through it. It may be embarasing or a little awkward. But at least she knows how you feel.
