this year ive met these two girls, one ive known from middle school and another i just met this year, and i like them both. one has a boyfriend and the other just cant commit. i mean she has a new bf everyother day. but i dont know what to do, do i wait? do i just go and tell one or the other how i feel? please, do u have any advice for me?

Okay, well. Some people are just chain linked to relationships. Which normally means they can't commit, like you said. Other times it just means she can't find the right one.
& about the girl who has a boyfriend give it time. I've waited 3 years to have a boyfriend. & it finally came. It takes time. & patience.
It helps at times for you to tell the person how you feel. That way they can help you through it. It may be embarasing or a little awkward. But at least she knows how you feel.
