If you want ANY color in your hair then you will have to bleach that section first. Go to a Sally's Beauty Supplies store near you or go to http://www.sallybeauty.com/ and you can searth for any color you want.

She probably does on the show, but in real life I'm almost 100% sure she doesn't. She's Billy Ray Cyrus's daughter so she has real talent (whether it's her natural sound or she has a voice instructor). Just look how big her dad is! He's just plain amazing and doesn't lip sync. :)

I dyed my hair black. I really want a dark/chocolate brown. I dyed my hair about 4 months ago and my roots are dark brown. there's random brown streaks in my hair too... Will i be able to.. dye my hair a dark brown or will the black over power still?
The black has faded, it's not so harsh .. like halloween wigs, you know? Sometimes it looks like dark brown.
It's just I'm trying so hard to avoid bleach because i'm growing out my hair and I know that it fries the hell out of it... i'm finding that black hair does not flatter me.. :/ i really just want something to go well with my skin.

First off, DO NOT USE BLEACH! It will turn your hair a NASTY orange color and you DO NOT want that, and you're right it will fry the hell out of it majorly. The best dye to use is Garnier. It's a BIT more expensive than other hair dyes, but it's AMAZING. I dyed my hair blue black but I wanted it to be an auburn color so I used the Garnier dye and it went on even and there was no trace of black in my hair! You can get it pretty much anywhere that sells hair dye.

I think 14 might be a bit young, but it's your body and you do what you want with it. If you're mature enough to handle the extensive care that comes along with it then go right on ahead and do it!
Tell your parents that you want to get it pierced to help express your individual personality. Tell then you wont get one of those aweful rings and you will wear a tiny stud instead. If they say they don't want to see it then just say that you will put in a clear space while you're around them AFTER it heals, you don't want an infection.
It's not really painful if you get it done by a professional because it's quick. Your eyes WILL water. I pierced mine myself and it didn't hurt much.
How much it cost depends on the area you live in. It should cost somewhere between $30 and $50.
Just remember to clean it like the piercer tells you and DO NOT under ANY circumstances change it until you're told to, even if it feels good and looks like it's healed.

I need help. I am 16 year old, 5'8 female who weighs in at 365 pounds. That's right. THREE HUNDRED And Sixty-Five Pounds. Now please, this is serious so don't comment about how fat I am and all that other bull because believe me, I know already. So I need to lose weight (obviously) not only because it is extremely unhealthy but also because I let my weight run my life. I am sick of worrying about wether or not my gut is hanging out or if my shirt will cover it. I am sick of worrying about wether or not I will fit into a desk at school. This is not a joke people. READ WHAT I'M WRITING I SOUND LIKE A FREAK!!!! :( I need motivation. I am completely unmotivated. I hate being what I am but that isn't enough to make me want to change. I don't know what to do anymore. It's gotten to the point where I think I look gross all the time. And I do!
I look so disgusting I could vomit. And it's all because I am FAT. Personally I think I have a gorgeous face but you can't see it or who I really am because I'm in this fat suit. :( I've been big all my life but I can't go on like this or I'll be in my 30's and weigh 600 pounds. Sweetie, you're beautiful don't let anything stand in your way of thinking that. Beauty is in your eyes, no one elses. Look at yourself in the mirror every morning and tell yourself you're beautiful and don't think of the negative. As for motivation, call up a friend or someone close to you and ask them to take a walk with you because you don't want to jump into exercise since your body isn't used to it yet. Gradually work your way to a jog and add distance every time. If you can't find someone who will do it with you, blast some upbeat music that will get you in the mood to move around. Maybe you can start being active by cleaning up around your house. Also, go to your doctor and ask them to give you a diet and exercise plan. Don't try to push weight loss, it will happen in time. If you can afford it get a personal trainer because they will definately get you into shape. Good luck and keep your chin up! :)

Heyy what is the best way to dramitcally change light brown hair to a sort of white/ ash blonde?
I have tried L'oreal Recital Preference twice in two of the lightest shades and it has only slightly lightened my hair, not exactly what it says on the box.

Buy a bleach kit from Wal-Mart or Walgreens. I used the bleach kit from the following link and it completely turned my hair white and it was black before- didn't turn orange like most dyes will do.

Either buy that or go to Wal-Mart and you can get a bleach highlighting kit and just use it on your whole head. If that doesn't work go get it professionally done. If NONE of what I suggested works and you're desperate then use straight bleach, but don't get it on anything you don't want to ruin! A girl at my school uses straight bleach to make her hair WHITE, so it could work but I highly suggest trying everything else before because the bleach will severely dry your hair out and make it very brittle.
I also suggest after bleaching out your hair to go to your local salon and get a deep conditioning treatment done to your hair (should only cost $20 at most).

The fish hook thing comes from Larry the Cable Guy from the Blue Collar Comedy Tour. He always has a fish hook on his baseball cap, so that's probably where they got it from.

Hey, I kinda need alot of help here.
My friend Christie has recently been in a car accident.. on Saturday night. She isnt hurt, but her head is pounding and she has bruises where the seatbelt was and where the air bag burnt her.
Her father is in critical condition, He broke both of his legs and his nose and he is very burnt.
While the collision happened, she was going 40 mph and the guy trying to pass a car in front of him was going 65 mph. It was a head on collision while the person trying to pass was over the double yellow line.
Christie's head is pounding, and I don't know what to say when she says "my head hurts.. it's pounding!" And I told her to go back to the hospital [she went saturday night after the accident, and they said it was just a head ach.] I told her to try to ice it, and just not go in heavy activity and she does anyways. Should she go back to the hospital? And after the told them her head hurts, they told her she probaly is in shock and its just a headach.

Let me start off by saying people like you infuriate me. I don't really care if you give me a bad rating or not- I'm going to give you a piece of my mind anyway.
First off, the LEGAL citizens of the U.S. get angry over ILLEGAL immigrants coming in ILLEGALY because it's, um, ILLEGAL. The immigrants don't have to pay taxes since they aren't registered citizens and they are STEALING the hard working tax payer's money. People also get angry at them for taking jobs because they are ILLEGAL immigrants and LEGAL citizens should be given the job first. Honestly, if the ILLEGAL immigrants wanted to come over here because their own country is THAT BAD then they should apply for a green card to get citizen ship in the U.S. I know it sometimes takes YEARS to get a green card, but they have stayed in their country for X number of years so a few more wont hurt them. That "wall thing" is to keep them out so they will request a green card. I, personally, think they should have made it stronger and bigger so the ILLEGAL immigrants couldn't find any way to get through so they had no choice but to request citizenship.
For the second part of your question- don't act like you know all the facts about communism and why you have to get permission into Cuba. Communism is defined as a system of government in which the state plans and controls the economy and a single, often authoritarian party holds power, claiming to make progress toward a higher social order in which all goods are equally shared by the people. Communism almost ALWAYS fails. We don't support communism, we are a democracy. A democracy is defined as government by the people; a form of government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised directly by them or by their elected agents under a free electoral system. See the difference? Since you're only 13 you probably think "Oh, Communism means everyone shares everything- I like that idea!" but it often turns into a dictarship. A dictatorship is defined as a country, government, or the form of government in which absolute power is exercised by a dictator (Hitler was a dictator).
The reason why we have to request permission to enter Cuba is because it is ran by a dictator named Fidel Castro, he's not a good man. Cuba and the U.S. have never gotten along (always fighting or on the brink of fighting and such), as you will learn in History when you get into high school. It's more of a security issue when it comes to the U.S. and Cuba- not because they're "evil communists." The reason why we don't need permission to enter China is because we get along/trade with them and neither one of us have a HUGE reason to deny access.
About Paris Hilton, she's just saying that for the publicity. Once she's out she will go back to her spoiled, self-centered ways. Every celebrity does things just to get into the lime light. Her whole life Paris has been rolling in the money and spoiled so she's not going to stop now just because she want to jail for a few days.

Honestly, the brand doesn't matter at all. All a skateboard is is wood and metal. I used to work at a skate shop and I asked the guy who put the skateboards together what brand was the best and he told me what I just told you. When you buy a skateboard you're pretty much just paying for the label. Just go to your local shop and ask for a plain deck. If you want the label then you can go with Shorty's, Element, BAM, Flip, or Tony Hawk skateboards.

I used to have Verizon and the Chocolate phone- by the way it is the worst phone I've ever had. With Verizon, you can't exchange anything through bluetooth except your contacts and you can't recieve anything from anyone at all. Verizon has a "safety precaution" and wont let you send or recieve ANYTHING. You will have to call Verizon and sort that mess out- honestly it's not worth the trouble because they end up screwing you over in the end. Trust me, I've tried EVERY way possible to send and recieve things via bluetooth on all of my Verizon phones- it just wont work.

This is a repeated conflict between my husband and I. I was raised that whoever has the most means should pay; he was raised that the parent always pays, no matter what. We have two small children and a very busy lifestyle. My dad is retired (divorced and alone) and comes over for dinner often. Sometimes I cook, sometimes we get takeout, occasionally we go to Friendly's. My dad never chips in a dime or picks up after himself or offers to bring anything. This infuraties my husband to no end; he calls my dad a cheapskate and says he hates him. My mother and stepfather and my mother-in-law NEVER LET US PAY FOR ANYTHING. My Dad has no idea the conflict he causes in my marriage; we've been married for 8 years and have fought about this at least fifty times. WHAT DOES EVERYONE THINK? (link)

I think your husband shouldn't get mad over something like that. If money is more important to him than being happily married then why is he married in the first place-in my opinion? If it is causing so much trouble in your marriage then talk to your father about it-maybe suggest splitting the bill 50/50 when going out to eat. Better yet, have your father over and have him and your husband talk things over. In my opinion, I don't think your father should have to change for your husband. I think your husband should respect your father and not make him change to suit his (your husband) own needs.

Ok first off the person who said you can't take razors/shaving cream on airplanes is an idiot. I fly 3 times a year since 6th grade (I'm now in 12th) and I always pack my razor/shaving cream. You can't take it on a carry-on, you have to have it in your luggage.
Now to answer your question. No, shaving cream isn't necessary. You can use your conditioner or the shampoo/conditioner at the place you're staying at. It will actually make your legs smoother. Plus, sometimes shaving cream cans explode in airplanes because of the high altitude so it would get all over your stuff. Just don't worry about the shaving cream and have a good time! If you see that you REALLY need shaving cream while you're there then just buy a small can of it at the gift shop in the hotel or at the local grocery store.

Obviously the person, lbwhite89, who answered your question has no idea what hookah is. Hookah is flavored tobacco which is smoked through a multi-stemmed, often glass-based, water pipe. You have to be 18 to get into a Hookah bar (or lounge as some call it) because it is tobacco and in most, if not all, states the legal age to buy tobacco products is 18.

I think Victorias Secret is the only place you're going to find a 32 C, unless you order it off the internet. You can search your favorite store online and go to the bra section and order your size. I have to do the same thing since I can't find my size (34DD) anywhere either!

Does anyone know of any good digital cameras?
currently I have a fuji film that is about 2 years old and it is a good camera but I am ready to move on.
I want a camera that takes very high quality pictures and is good for photographing people (haha for like myspace pics and stuff)
it must also have a high resolution and a decent size lcd screen
I dont care if it takes batteries or if rechargable and i must be pretty sturdy (I'm kind of a cluts and i drop things alot)
