I am 13 5feet 7inches and 170lbs. all my friends are under 120. tell me ways to loss weight or give me websites...i will love yous so much!

you have to cut the "fatty" foods out of your diet, candy, chips, etc a long with sodas

exersing helps tremendously, you can start off by just walking around the neighborhood, you can run on a tredmill ride a bike, lift weights, it all helps, but you have to be committed!

alright, my brother is 21 and is a rapper just not noticed yet. he loves rap and has a couple CDs made, just not out yet....Does anybody know how he could somehow get recognized by an artist???

to get recongnized by an artist hmmm maybe paint something? alright just messing, i would tell him to stop, because rap is USELESS, if he loves music and stuff, tell him to get some friends together and start a rock band, if hes good it'll get him noticed. but if he wants to stay a c-rapper (haha sorry), just send the cd to somebody, in high places at music agencys or what ever they call them

well, dont "bite on the bait" right away. just wait around for the girl that wont get out of your head, the girl you always want to hang out with, a girl you always care for, you find a girl that is the stuff listed above and then just try to hang out with her a lot, call her, (dont be a stalker), make her be like your best friend almost, then if you find out she likes you as well, then ask her out

wow, tough situation. That has happened to me before too. Just confront your friend about it and tell her that you didnt want anyone to know and the fact that she told someone upset you. You can probably still trust her, just be careful of what you tell her. And if you talk to her, she will probably understand and respect your trust more. Good luck, hope I helped.

ok 1 of my friends told me that his bestfriend liked me but when i called to ask him he started t ostuder & it took him about 2 min. to answers it & this is pretty much what he said " ummmmm i ahh didnt say that i umm think he was ahhhmm probly lien to you"so does that mean he likes me or something.

ok so i liked this guy for a while and i had one class with him this year ..i could never get myself to talk to him at school..but we would alwaus talk on AIM ...well he now has a g/f thats like 19 and hes 15...so i tried to get over him but i cant... now one of my CLOSE friends likes him ...well everytime we talk about him she gets really sad (b/c she knows he has a g/f) ...idk most people say he just uses his g/f for sex ..but i feel really bad for my friend and i think i still like him..what should i do?

well not watch it. you can block certain channels on your tv, block website with certain content on your comp, do something else, like run, play xbox (or what ever system you have) hang out with friends, listen to music, what ever gets your mind off of it

ok im 13 and i have only had 2 bfs and they both only lasted for like 2 days they say im really pretty but then y dont they still wanna go out the one i really liked said he wasnt comfortable around me and he had his friend break up with me for him!! and now that he broke up with me i try to talk to him but he never listens!!

well considering your 13, dont expect things to last long, i would just leave it alone, but if you truly like him a ton, make him listen, otherwise, dont ever bother, just move on

What is the best energy drink to buy besides red bull? Does starbucks double shot give you alot of energy?

Im not an energy drink expertise...however Bawls is great, and so is Monster. Double shots always work. :P Hope I helped.

Well, there ist really any specific cream that you can use. BUT if you buy a back scrubber and some body wash/soap, that works great. It makes a major difference, even though you wouldn't think so. Hope I helped!

Hey guys!! Okay I have a really confusing conflict! I am going out with this guy and I like him a lot and he is a great kisser! but I just found out he cheated on me. and he is the kinda guy that doesnt seem like he cares so I dont know if he cares about me. ok I like his friend, we have talked a lot and I know he cares and I know he wouldnt cheat on me....I dont know if I want to break up with My boyfriend and go out with his friend or if I should stay with my boyfriend and see how things go?! Definitely break up with your current boyfriend. No girl deserves to be treated that way, and if there is someone who cares for you, and will treat you perfectly, then that's what you need. Not someone who will go off with other girls randomly.

Ok, there is this guy that I like. My friend found out that he liked me too. He was mad about me knowing I liked him. I told him it wasn't a big deal because I like him too. So now we both know about our 'secret' crushes. It's just weird because he was acting different. I don't want to ask him out right now though because I'm going on vacation Sun. and I won't get to talk to him. So don't tell me to just ask him out. Does anyone know why he's acting different? Or what to do in a situation like this?

He's probably just acting weird because now his secret is out and it might be a little embarrassing for him, even though the feelings are mutual. Before you leave, remind him you like him in some way, and tell him you want to see a movie, or grab a bite to eat with him when he gets back. That way it will remind him that you care and he doesnt have to worry about anything. Plus, over your vaca, maybe he will stop acting all weird and when you return he will be the same again. Im sure it will be fine.

Uhhh...not such a great idea. You should really figure out more about him first. Make sure you know him perfectly and you know you can trust him, and it won't be awkward when you're around him. Situations like that can end up very badl at times, but not a lot, just make sure you know him really well, and you know what to do if something goes wrong. But if i were you, I wouldn't. Just my opinion.

is soda pop REALLY that bad for you? I'm on a diet and I get sick of water.. I like diet pop! My boyfriend says he will never drink it because its so bad... true? false?

Well, diet pop is really bad for you. there is a weird chemical in it that messes you up causing you to want to drink even more of it. But as far as regular soda, yeah, it's bad for you, but so is everything else on this planet :P Just don't drink a lot of it. But if you don't drink it at all for a few months you can lose a ton of weight!!! I did that for about 3 months and I lost about 15 pounds from not drinking it. But yeah, it's not that bad for you, just diet.

OK..I ALWAYS go to bed late. If I try to go to bed early, i still don't go to bed until about
3-4AM. I've tried not to stay on the computer and tried to clear my mind and everything and i still cant sleep. After that i have a tendancy to wake up a tiny bit late (10-11 AM)..And i mean a couple times i may get to bed if I'm lucky around 1AM..i dont know what to do and my mom just thinks that i stay up on purpose so she doesnt wanna help me..what do you thinks wrong?? is there anything to prevent this from happening anymore?? thanks!!!

well i have that same problem, expect i sleep till noon-1, but if you want to try to go to bed earlier, just get up extremly early (like 7 or 8), then dont drink energy drinks, or a ton of sugar, and then you'll get tired earlier and want to go to bed sooner

i used to play for my school/parish soccer team which is U-14 as far as i know and this year im going to be a freshman but i dont wanna go out for high school soccer...id rather play rec league. do you think i should ask if i can still play since it is a school AND parish team or should i just let it go? thanks in advanced!

well i play soccer, and i played both, highschool soccer is a ton of fun, but also requires work as well, you should go for the school team and still play on your rec team, think of it this way..twice as much fun!

I'm thinking about making a cd with all the songs that make me think of the guy I like (much too weak a word, believe me) and then giving it too him, but I'm not sure what message that would send. We've been best friends for about five years, and while i'm willing to risk a great friendship for what i feel would be a better relationship, I don't want him to think i have a secret shrine to him in my closet (i don't, btw). any advice on how this might make him feel or the possible consequences to my following up on it?
