Hello, I'm 17/M, and I've been thinking. Having a girlfriend is something I'd like to experience before I graduate high school. The problem is, I have no idea who to ask out. I meet a girl I have chemistry with maybe once every two years, and the last two girls I had chemistry with turned out to both be complete bitches. So who do I ask out if I'm in high school? One of the millions of cute girls I don't know? One of the millions of cute girls I'm friendly with? Or do I wait around for chemistry? Kind of a strange situation. I go to the cafeteria at our school every day and there's this girl that I kind of like behind the counter. I always smile and stuff when I order my food, and she smiles back, but I think it's because she's working. I doubt she knows that I have a little crush on her. How do I actually ask her out without sounding stupid or desperate or embarrassing me or her in front of her coworkers? I know she's single. Try asking her when she's not behind the counter. Engage in a casual conversation (if there isn't a long line behind you!) about what she likes to do and where she hangs out. Invite her to a group thing like a party or something and go from there. If she's interested, she'll pick up the hint. If she's not, there's less of a blow to you, and you can just say you're interetsed in being friends. Hope that helps!

so ive had itunes & my ipod on my computer for a few years now. now my sister just got an ipod soo we'll be sharing the library on my comp. im worried about her connecting her ipod to my computer bc ive heard so much about how it screws up being able to put songs on your ipod and stuff. if she does, will it delete the songs from my library/ipod or anything? i manually update mine if it makes a difference.. but yeah, anything bad that can happen? only if you know for sure... basically how can we connect it so it works out? in simple terms lol thanks (link)

Set a limit and take time for yourself. For example, don't take calls after 9:00 p.m. or don't be afraid of telling friends that you are too busy to talk. Meditate. Think to yourself. Maybe you could recommend your friends to professional counselors. If it wears on you too heavily, talk to a counselor yourself and get professional help.

i had my belly button pierced, and it got infected and was falling out,like tiny piece holding it there. So i pulled it out and ripped the skin off. well my belly button has been red ever since.
But my question is if my belly button was infected does that mean id still have it in my system??

I'm 17/f, and overall i'm pretty thin (not like anorexic...but like average) people are alwayss telling me i'm skinny...BUT i always notice that my stomach is huge...it looks like i'm pregnant- it just kind of sticks out. That's just a problem area; we all have them. Don't drink carbonated drinks and salty or sugary foods all the time: they make you bloat. Also, try doing exercises from the magazine Abs Diet for Women. It takes a while to make your stomach totally flat but you'll feel stronger (mentally and physically) and more confident for the experience.

It's cool: female facial hair is normal. I use a razor with warm water: no creams. But shave gently and wash your face afterwards. Hope it helps. Also, don't use a sharp razor (use the same kind you would for your legs and underarms).

Even if this guy does end up wanting to be your boyfriend, I sense that he is only in it for your body and not the your mind. He won't love you, he'll lust after you -- and a relationship can't survive like that.
Show him that you're not interested anymore. Refuse to make out with him and act like you don't care when he makes out with other girls in front of you. You'll get over him in time, but give yourself time. He's not worth your trouble.

I'm 18. I'm not sexually active but I would like to be and I think it would make relationships a hell of a lot easier. The only problem is that i'm really afraid of the result....meaning....the pain and initial hymen-popping and whatnot. 1) When a guy "cums", he orgasms and releases sperm. Girls can "cum" too, but instead of sperm, its vaginal secretion when they reach orgasm.
2) Average penis is 4-7 inches long and maybe 2 - 2 1/2 inches wide, but sizes vary greatly.
3) When a girl, gets wet, she becomes sexually aroused and her vagina secretes (releases fluid)to make it easier for a penis to enter.
4) When guys have an erection, the blood veins in their penis fill to make it hard and long and this happens when they are sexually aroused. They can be aroused by thoughts, sights, or actions.

It will only work if you just ate, and while I can't say there is no painless way to make yourself throw up, I won't tell you its bad. I will only help you weigh out the pros and cons because though I don't know you, I feel you should make the decision yourself.
Some pros: helps you lose weight faster, gets rid of food before chemicals are absorbed
Some cons: your body needs sustenance, vomit stains your teeth
While I can't in good conscious tell you what to do, I can tell you my opinion: I feel that you should not make yourself vomit. In the long run it does permanent damage to your body that has made some people unable to have children. Exercise is good for you and it releases endorphins, which make you happy. If its low self-esteem, find a way to make yourself feel better without having to vomit. I have any tips you need, just message me. Have a good day!

My period ended about 8 days ago, and since then, I've still had a brownish discharge, and noticed that I also had some slight blood clots (looked like veins). This hasn't ever happened before, this long after ending my period. I am not pregnant...
usually when my period ends, I'll have clear discharge, but it's been brownish for a while now. What could be the cause of this? Maybe it's hormonal...I don't know. If anyone knows that would be great. (link)

The brown spotting after your period is dried up blood that caked on the walls of your uterus and is now coming out with the liquid blood from menstruating. That's nothing to be concerned about. As far as the possible clotting, see a gynecologist to ask about it: it's best not to take risks with blood clots.
