I know this isn't the best of questions, but I was curious after talking to some people. I was walking around the neighborhood and some people were smoking ciggs, and black & milds. They were all about 16 or 17, so I was like "aren't you guys too young" But then a friend of mine told me that you can be 16 to smoke Black & Milds, and 16 to smoke ciggs, but you have to be 18 to buy them. Is that true? I live in NC so like if state laws are different, that may help, but I was just curious about it.
Also are black & milds just flavored ciggerettes (sp?) I used to think they were illegal, but after seeing lots of people smoking them in public I just kind of picked up that they weren't. Anyway, I know it's not a very smart questions, but it was just a thought I was hoping could be answered.
I'm not sure about NY but in texas the legal age for it is 21* not 18 anymore do buy and smoke it. But just like alcohol, kids under 21 still do it.
Everyone's asking questions about cutting. Do they mean that they're literally taking knives and cutting their flesh? If not, what do they mean then? If so, why the hell would they do that? It makes no sense.

the other day i got a cut at the bottom of my lower lip (in the inside where the lip connects to the gum on the left side) it really hurts and turned white! anyone no what it is or how i can get it back to normal?
Just give it a few days. The white thing is most likely cut dead skin. I busted my lip a few days ago and where my teeth cut my lip, the skin turned white as well.
i had a question. besides the risk of stds and pregnancy why are adults so against teen sex? like parents make a huge deal out of it and i dont see why if you use male/ female condoms and are on birth control. i mean there is always still of risk of those things but they arent the end of the world.
Many believe that teenagers are not ready for sex and the effects of sex emotionally, and physically which most aren't. And alot of teenagers aren't because they are not educated about it as much as they should be. Pregnancy and STDs are not your usual have to deal with everyday type of problems. If more people were educated about sex then we wouldn't be having so many problems with them.
when you delete something off the computer, it goes to the recylin bin but i dont think it reaally deletes it.. so what is something i can do so it PERMANENTLY deletes it?
You can "empty" your recycle bin and that permanently deletes them. Open the recycle bin and over to the side, click "empty the recycle bin"
someone keeps stealing the sign off of our lawn that says vote for judge price! we keep getting new ones but they keep getting stolen... is there anything we can do to them if they get caught?

Hey, My name is Andrew the iorny is i always give advice and almost never ask but im stuck here guys. I', friends with this girl and were almost like brother and sister. Now when I meet her she had a bf (but hes in another state!) so we were purley friends. As we talked more and more she started to like me too and eventually months later they broke up. Now that she was single i said to myself "Hey perfect!) but before i knew it she was dating some other dude Mike that her friend introduced her too that she knew for a week! Of course I was pissed and all cause she knes I liked her. But now her and Mike broke up after barley a month but guess what? I ask her out and she's "in love" with corey again and hes got a gf and he's "in love" with her too. And I really like this girl and we talk for almost 3 hours a day and never have aqwered silence...but at times she dose stuff that makes me question how much she likes me. What should I do here guys?
That does blow some serious dick. You can't really do anything if she says she's "in love" with that other guy. But the fact that she feels that comfortable around you is a great thing. All you can do is stick around and hope she'll eventually come around. But, don't "wait" for her. If another girl that you like comes around, try things out with her.

I have a friend like that, and he isn't gay. Some guys just aren't as macho as others and joke around alot. It doesn't mean that they are gay. And guys ask for mirrors all the time. He probably wanted to see if there was anything on his face he should know about or fix a contact or something. Again, it doesn't mean that he's gay. And one thing you should not do is ask him. If he is gay then he might not care but if he isn't then I can imagine him getting upset.
This is the problem! My parents don't let me have a boyfriend(but I have one anyways.) Now my boyfriend lives quite far away, and i never get to see him. Should I break up with him or stay together with him. What should I do?

You can only get STDs from have sex, you're mom's pregnancy, and through blood transfer. So, if you have a wound you don't know about on your hand and your guy/girl has say, AIDS then it can get into your system.
okay well my bday (sweet 16) is in less than 2 monthes and i need ideas for a party. its going to be at my house and i need ideas for an easy theme. nothing cheesy. its going to be mostly girls and some guys. prob between 10-20 people. i was thinking of a snow out side thing but there is a chance there may be no snow yet.

But if you can't do that, I was going to suggest a pool party. Now, after going back and reading your question and seeing the word, "snow", I see that is out of the question. What you can do though is a hot tub party if you have access to one.
Movies and music are also things you want to have. Music playing whenever you're not watching movies and movies for whenever the music isn't on.
As for where, why not your house? Or a friends house. I guess you could rent a hotel but that might not me inexpensive. If it weren't cold, you could rent a pool for the day.

Well, if it's wild, you might not want to keep it. It might have rabies or some other type of diseases. They pet stores might not want it because of the disease factor. But you can still try that. Just don't keep it.
