hi...
i couldn't find something similar to my situation so i figured i'll ask...
i have been "seeing" this guy for almost a month or so or maybe a little less. he's super sweet. i've known him for years but we only actually got to be friends over this short time frame (the last month of school). anwya i am not allowed to date (i am 17, 18 in a month) since my parents are uber strict. so i would sneak out and see him mostly late in the evening or early in the am... i would come up with excuses like i am at the library or at a friend's or whatever... so far so good. i know i know.. i hate lying and i never ever do it with exception to this time and a couple of years back when i snuck out with friends... anyway so this guy seems to be into me... he is the very first guy i've ever allowed myself to show my interest in return. usually i just listen to my parents and brush them all off by twisting my interest into something negative.... i still have one more year of highschool and my dad threatens to send my to my aunt's (there's a girl's school there... ahhh!) if i break the rules...
anyway i did...two nights ago and last night i snuck out and saw him...but last night........ :s it was technically the second time i actually let him get close to me ... usually he'll try to put his arms around me and i wouldn't put mine around him... he'll get my discomfort and back off... he's really gentle like that. so yesterday i made out with him. and i told him i've never done this before and he said if i was uncomfortable he'd stop but although i was scared i said i trusted him and new he wouldn't hurt me (i do, or i did i am not sure anymore)
things escalated. no sex.... he did put my hand on his parts though.. and i sort of caressed it... he told me how to... sort of directed me and soon the conversation took a sort of "normal-sounding" tone.... we talked about it in a rather "mature" way since i was somewhat curious and had so many questions. he answered very directly and casually... at one point he did show it to me. i was shocked... i've never seen one except once accidentally with one of the boys in school but that was it... (i was dared to walk into the boy's wc and ended up shocked *lol*)
so then he asked if he could "pleasure" me so to speak to return the favor... but i said no (i have no idea why i didn't stop this whole showing me his penis part and putting my hands on it since i got realllly uncomfortable -despite curiosity- and felt like i am a tramp or cheap or something... it sort of went against my personal principles).... so anywa i said no i am saving myself for marriage... very politely and very direct. he seemed ok with that and didn't press... we continued kissing and it was very enjoyable... but i guess by the end of the night.. (about 5 am!!!!!) i said we better head home.. and we did. he seemed very normal. talking through out the way back... but as i was getting out of his car i felt awkward and didn't know what to say or do so i looked so disoriented and it was awkward... he was very normal but not as sweet as he was earlier.. he was still polite and gentle though... anyway i did msg him after to see if he got home. he msgd back and wished me goodnight... so anyway today i expected a call or something.. like a text or anything... but nothing... nothing at all! i have no idea what to do... i don't want what happened between us circulating. he might tell his best friend but people are judgmental here so i don't know how this will translate... especially that my whole town is a relative variation of my family rules (some more open than others, i happen to be on the very strict side he isn't but he knows what my fam's like) anyway (the night before there was a bunch of falling stars during a small meteor shower or something and we made wishes, i got 3 he got 2) he did mention that his second wish from the night before... was to kiss me. he told me that after we kissed since it came true... his first wish, he says, involved something over a period of time (which i take it is a relationship) but after the whole awkward phase and the making out and stuff i feel like i might have turned him off and now he decided he isn't going in that direction.. i don't know what to do.. i don't want to msg and seem like i am okay with the rate of things or on the opposite, seem desperate! i do want to talk to him face to face and tell him i really like him but things have to slow down... but now school is over and if i don't contact him or he i, the odds are i will not get the chance to see him for a long time...
if you guys think i should initiate contact how do i do it? and what do i do if he doesn't answer or if he ignores me... i think i'll drop dead... *lol* well not that dramatic but it will really really take its toll... especially that i thought something more might come out of this...
if you guys think i shouldn't and pretend nothing happened (deny it if people find out, since i'll be shipped away otherwise!!!) how do i control the resulting damage!!!???
he knew that it was my first time.. i told him that. and i asked him if he'd done it before he said he had sex before.
i would really appreciate your answers asap! and so sorry for the long long longggg letter...

I just got out of the same situation. I kinda think he was out to get a piece of ass. Sorry to burst your bubble. :( I wish things would work out. But from the sounds of it, he isn't too happy about you wanting to save yourself for marriage (I give you props for telling him that!)
I would not... let me say it again... I WOULD NOT contact him. If he wants you so badly, he'll work for it. Play a little hard to get.
Trust me, I did the same thing... and it's not easy. I'm not patient at all, which made things worse.
And don't deny anything happened, you don't sound ashamed. If people ask, tell them that you guys made out and that was it. Nothing to be ashamed over.
So, if he really liked you and wanted something more than sex, he'll call you. Otherwise, I think he was just trying to have sex with you. And that sucks that all guys try it, and when you say no... they just act like you don't exist. Like, I said. I just went through it, so if you have any questions or need someone to talk to, let me know. :)
Good luck and I really hope he wasn't out just for sex...but it does sound like it. And if/when he calls/texts you...just act casual and like it didn't mean very much. It'll drive him crazyyyy. & play Hard To Get. :) It'll make him insane. haha. :)

Alrighty I am getting ready to put a dent into my saving and I need some help! I am an obsessive reader, and I love the idea that you can have a kindle or nook and just download any book in seconds and have it ready to read!
However I can't descide if I would rather have the Nook from barnes and noble, or the kindle from amazon! My aunts have the kindle and love it! I do to, but then there is also the nook and its newer, with color touch screen and everything. So which is a better deal? I don't want the nook if its not as good of a quality as the kindle. Either way it is a big buy! ANY advice or reviews of one you have is GREATLY appriciated! (link)

I have the Kindle... and I absolutely loveee itt!
I've heard a lot of bad things about touch screens, my friend's phone touch screen just stopped working out of the blue.
So, that's one less thing you would have to worry about if the screen stopped working.
Honestly, it's your preference. I love my Kindle. It may not be as new as the Nook, but it still works like a charm and can do the same thing the Nook does without the touch screen.

Hey i got my first puppy about 2 weeks ago and i just scheduled her to get her second set of shots. I was just curious do i go into the room with her when she gets them done? This is my first time going to the vet doctors so im not really sure what to expect.

Depends on the clinic.
Some clinics, like the one I work at, will just give the shot right in front of you while a tech will hold the puppy.
Other clinics will have you go into the examination room and they will take the dog away while they give him a quick poke.
Don't be nervous, just remember... you're the one that's paying their paychecks. :)

2. If he has two girlfriends, what makes you think he's going to treat you special and be loyal to you if he's cheating on one girl, if not two?

So I've been with this girl for 9 months and
we have fights every now and then. Today I called her to come see me during my lunch period. Well I called her about 30 minutes early to get ready which shouldn't be long because i told her to just dont worry about her make up and just put clothes on, but she told me she couldn't make it after my lunch break was over.It should take her about 5-10 minutes to get to me. I waited 45 minutes outside for her, when i could've just spent my time with my friends during lunch. She said she had to get gas, her dad had to change the light in the car and whatever. And I'm just so mad I waited 45 minutes when I was looking forward to seeing her. I really wanted to see her. And then when school was over I came home and she came to see me, and I told her how mad I was because of that, then she called me SELFISH because when she wakes up she has to finish all her "priorities", which is probably NOTHING. This girl is 18, she's done with all her high school credits and she doesnt have a job. She's been home since she got out of school. She can't find a damn job. And she calls me SELFISH when I offer to buy her food and buy her movie tickets. I don't see how it's selfish of me to call her to come see me because first of all, everytime I call her she's always asleep. It's 11:30 in the morning. I'm not calling to wake her up so she can finish all her chores, I'm calling her to come see me and it makes me so angry that she would think that I should call her to wake her up so she could do her daily chores THEN come see me. I'm not calling her so she can do her daily chores. On top of that, she accuses me of being tired during the weekend when I'm with her. Which I am, but HELLO, I wake up at 6:00 in the morning and go to school until 3:35, I get to my house at 4:00 and I have 30 minutes worth of break before I need to get ready for work at 4:30, then I work from 5-9 depending on my schedule. I have the worse job in that restuarant becauses dishes pile up like hell. She forced me to stay awake with her Sunday because I'm going to see my cousin in massachusetts for summer vacation for two weeks, so I'm not going to spend time with her, and after that I have to work the rest of the summer and go to 3 weeks of prerequisite classes or whatever for my major. At least I'm doing something. She also said that next time she comes visit me she'll just call. And I just told her to don't bother and it's okay because 1. I'm not going to be let down like that again, this happens way too many times and 2. She's never going to because she doesn't even wake up until I call. I can't rely on her to do anything because relying on her would be waiting for a plum to dry up. (link)

Who wants to date someone that doesn't have a job, has no drive in life, and sleeps in half the day?
I wouldn't. There are too many fish in the sea to be worrying about someone who doesn't have a life and obviously doesn't want to improve her current situation. And she's always going for you to be paying for things. I just went through the same thing, except I'm a girl. And this guy would message me everyday and ask what I was doing. It was either school, work, homework, essays, sleeping or cleaning up the house. And his answer everytime? "Nothing." Yeahhh... I'd get rid of her, she's not worth the trouble.
You want someone ambitious. College will definitely treat you well, haha.

im 16/f and looking for a good first car but i am clueless when it comes to cars. i like scions and am probably going to get a scion xa, my brother has a tc. or i like a jeep wrangler or beetle bug. what are some other cars that would be good for me? i need it to be a big type of car, 2 or 4 door idc, sunroof, alot of space to see. any ideas on very strong safe cars with good bumpers and what i like haha?? possibly a cobalt orr any of thoes? yellow or black car, the city car club is gonna help me make it epic with exhaust and interior and vinyls :) can someone go over this with me i dont understand cars (link)

You don't need to be worrying about cars that will make you look cool driving up to school. Because, honestly...you'll probably wreck it.
You need a first car that is in your price range. You need a reliable car. You don't want a piece of junk that won't take you on roadtrips eventually.
I'd stick with toyotas, nissans, hondas, etc with low mileage. Make sure there are no problems with it before buying it.
I drove a 92' Mercury Grand Marquis to school everyday for two years. Let me remind you that this car looks like one of those massive cop cars that ate gas like candy.
You want a little car with good mileage, reliable, and low mileage. :)
Nissan Altimas are great cars. Same thing with Honda Civics. Try to stick to those if you can. Not only are they pretty good, they're kinda cute too. ;)

I recently just got a napkin with someone's number on it, and we started talking and we've even hung out... Seems like your all choked up about Maya. If she lives closeby, why not try it? I mean, if you go with the girl you're not really attracted to physically versus the girl who has an amazing personality, obviously your attracted to her physcially, she can hold a conversation, the whole package...
Wouldn't you always be wondering "what if?" I did the same thing before... so go with your gut feeling.

I got a new job at yd. Its my first job and I have NO idea how to dress up for it. I have to dress up a little formal, I guess. I have a load of casual clothes, or so I think and I am SO stuck and lost and confused as to what to wear. Its a menswear store. I dont think jeans and a top would do it. I would just wear whatever makes me comfortable.
Wear a light one if at all possible. But, if your like me...and has a heavy period... then just make sure you are clean and have a fresh pad in your purse just in case. :)
I probably wouldn't straddle his leg and grind on him either. If you've ever seen SuperBad, that's why I say that.

I have been officially dating my boyfriend for about 14 months, and we kind of saw eachother for a month before that.
Lately, things have heated up alot and I can't help but think about sex. The thing is, my mother is extremely religious and for my entire life has talked to me about how having sex will do nothing but ruin my life.
I am not planning to have sex anytime soon, just maybe within the next year or two, but I would like a few opinions first.
I really do love my boyfriend, as stereotypical as that sounds and I am more than ok with him being my first. Do you believe that a year or two of dating makes it a bit more liable? I just dont want to end up being considered a horrible person if I do have sex with him before marraige. He has had sex once before, but has been amazing to me and is perfectly fine with waiting however long I want to, it has never been an issue.
Also, my parents always tell me that anyone they know that has been on birth control has ended up having problems with getting pregnant later. I have tried researching this, but many websites have different ideas on the matter. I was wondering if anyone knew for sure if this would be a huge issue. When I do have sex, whenever it is, I want to be able to use birth control pills, condoms and spermicide, just to be extra safe.
However, once again, I have alwasy been taught sex before marraige is one of the greatest sins that can be committed. I dont really believe that, but it does bother me. If anyone has their own viewpoints on this, it would be great to hear.

And even if your mom is religious, tell her you want on birth control because you'll be heading off to college soon and can't take the chance of getting pregnant. You never know what will happen... you could get really drunk one night, have sex with some guy who didn't wear the condom...now you don't have anything protecting you from getting pregnant.
That's the same reason why I got on birth control. And I'm glad I did. Even after I was put on birth control, I waited atleast a year and a half, almost two years to finally lose my virginity.

Haha, that's so weird. I have a pug too. And he definitely likes the boy dogs.
Before I got him neutered, he was so much worse than he is now.
My dog likes big dogs like Golden Retrievers, god only knows why... lmao.
I also work at a veterinarian office so...is he neutered? If not, neutering him would definitely help. And dogs seem to get a little crazy when another female dog goes into heat in the neighborhood. So neutering would also help in that aspect.
And try getting him out more, getting him used to other dogs. :) Hope I helped.

So my boyfriend and I have been dating for over 7 months now. I've given him oral sex many times, but he's never done it for me. So when I asked him last night, he said he thought it was gross. I have what is akin to a high school crush on this guy. I hadn't seen him in about 4 months, but ran into him the other day at college. We talked and all like old times for an hour. Now the weird thing is, the way I know him is he is a friend of my ex.
My ex and I broke up 4 months ago and it was a nasty breakup. We were together for 3 months. When I ran into this guy the other day, he didn't really talk much about my ex except to say he was a real asshole for what he did to me and he barely sees him anymore.
When I was with my ex, this guy was always way nicer to me and would compliment me and pay attention to me. He would always say weird things like how I was better than his ex gf (who I never met) and how cool I was. I never would've done anything before but now that we're both single, I feel I've got my chance.
However, I'm not sure how he feels about me. So my questions are:
1) Do you think he would be totally opposed to going out with me because he met me through my ex? I know they aren't really friends anymore but some people might feel weird.
2) I'm not very good at making a move and like I said the other day was the first time I've seen this guy in months. If I see him again, what should I do?

I think he'd want to try things out with you. What I think about this is that he's glad that you and your ex broke up so now he has his chance? Well, thats what I think.
And I'm not good at making moves either, so what i would do is to invite him out to a club/bar whatever and just dance with him and see where things go and see if he tries making a move on you.

Lol, I was in your same position a few months ago...for the most part.
For something to wear...wear something casual...not to give him the idea that you want him but at the same time, you want him to notice you.
And OF COURSE it's okay to kiss someone that you're not official with!! If you're single...then go out and have fun and kiss whoever you want! (That's my attitude anyways). ;)
And how to seduce? Well... that one is hard... I can't answer that one. Sorry. When I was in your position..I was secuded not the seducer. Lol. Anwyays, just let things happen and if you feel uncomfortable, stop. Just do whatever you're comfortable with and you should be fine.

It's completely normal. I lost my virginity about two months ago and I had the same problem. I bled a lot the first time and not so much the second time I had sex.
