I'm 5"7, aged fourteen and weigh ten stone (which is 140 pounds I think). I know this isn't majorly overweight or anything, but I feel fat and would like, if possible, to gradually get down to nine stone (126 pounds). I wouldn't mind if this took, say a few months.
I exercise regulary but find it hard to stop snacking between meals. Has anyone got any tips into how to stop this?
Or any other gradual-dieting tips.
Any advice would be very much appreciated :-)

eat low carb food they have buttercup and snickers that are low carb and the taste the same and find a hobby that you have to use you hand like Suing or something like that so you can do that Instead of eating snacks and keep exercise 11

I have a problem finding jeans that fit me. I am 5'3", and 85 lbs. I have tried many stores, but most of them don't even have any size 0's that fit me. I have to wear juniors b/c my legs are long, but most jeans are too baggy. The only place that I have occasional luck is Kohl's, but most of the time they don't even fit me. Does anyone know a good store for people with skinny, long legs? Or could I get custom made jeans cheaply (i'm guessing not). Please help me, I rate 5's!!!

You can only be born with them but I know if you go to the docter and tell them they put this really really hot plate on you cheak or something like that

My friend and I are going to dress up as a nerd/geek for twin day at our school. We can't decide what to wear. So far we have black glasses with tape, and suspenders that have Ninja Turtles on them and another one has Spider man on them. What else should we wear. We are girls so not "guy" type of stuff.

so im 13/f, 4'9, and 66 lbs. there are rumors (sorry if i spelled that wrong) about me being anorexic, but i am not. i try to ignore/stop them(rumors), but i cant! its getting worse and worse! and no matter WHAT i tell people, they think im a physco anorexic person.

The good thing about rumors is that they only last for about 5 days as long as you eat at school people will stop think you are...And if any of the other girls make fun of you becuz of it just say dont be jelious that I'm skinny (but make sure they wont kick you butt lol)
