Your doctor "doesn't know what it is." You might have athletes foot. Have your doctor run some test. It could turn out to be something even worse than a minor case of athletes foot. If your doctor can't figure out what is wrong with his own patient then he is a idiot anyways, and I'd suggest a new doctor.
