My brother is graduating high school tomorrow night. He goes to an all boys Catholic school, and the ceremony will be at a church.

It goes a little past my knees, and I was going to wear white flip flops with it. My question is, what kind of top should I wear?
I have a gray cardigan from American Eagle, but I don't have any camis or anything to go with it. I have a solid pink or blue shirt if nothing else. Any ideas? Thanks in advanceee.
the sweater would look very cute, and it would match. but it might be hot, so maybe consider the shirt in blue or pink. but the sweater would be the best looking, in my opinion.
im buying a tux, and the picture of it is shown with the model wearing a necktie, so thats what im going to do. Its a black tux, but my question is, can i wear a coloured necktie with a tux, or would only a black tie on white shirt look good. Can anyone give me a good combination of tie and shirts that will go nicely with a black tux?
black matches anything honestly. white would be most classy looking though. but if you're tan get a little crazy and wear some neon colored shirt with the tux. like a bright blue or green, maybe even pink.

my boyfriend & i have been together for a year & a half and we haven't had sex, but we do fool around a lot (been to 3rd base), and occassionally we send dirty text messages or emails to each other. okay here's the problem..his parents read an email i send him (DIRTY!), they told my parents, and he got his phone/computer taken away, and my parents said i'm not allowed to see him the entire summer. neither of us have our licenses, & now his parents hate me. i don't know what to do. he's my best friend & i can't not talk to him or not see him!!! any advice?
parents tend to freak badly at first, seriously give it a couple of days let him cool down, maybe sit down and talk to your parents, explain that you're growing up. and while you respect their opinions it's your life, and if you want to make a mistake they can't protect you for forever.

I have a 2nd generation iPod nano. I can't seem to turn it off. All the other buttons work including the play/pause (the same button you use to shut it off). It's just when I hold down the button to turn it off, it won't turn off.
How do I fix this?
If I can't fix it, can I go back to the store and exchange it for a 3rd generation (they don't make 2nd generations anymore) even though I've had it for a little over a year?
it depends on how long the warranty lasts. you need to check your papers and the warranty. and if you didn't get one, then you're stuck with an ipod that won't work.

Mii friend C, shes hurt me a lot of times, like telling me how im a B**** when i just told her she can be a little messed up sometimes. another time, she told me she didnt want me to be friends with her friends that she knew first. also, shes said stuff to my little brother about how shes just taking advantage of me because im nice like that and im smart(i dont mean to brag but she said that). im really hurt and then she just gets mad at me, i dont think i hurt her because i would never try to hurt a friend. sometimes shes just like that and shes lied to me so much but i dont get why im so nice about anything and i always forgive her. but this time i cant forgive her because i cant take it anymore. please some advice on what i should do about this, i would be grateful and really appreciative of any advice. thank you so much!

My family can be really critical, but what they think will always matter to me, as well as my friends. So i just need some opinions from everyone.

anytime you feel like you are ready, and by ready i mean physically, emotionally, and finicially ready to have a family then start. your family is entitled to think that 35 is the appropriate age, and you have to hear them out. but it's ultimately you're life, and only you can decide when the timing is right, and trust me when you're ready you'll know. good luck. I have to do a speech. I loathe public speaking and for some idiotic reason, I chose to do my Expose' on Body dysmorphic disorder, which, by the way, I probably have.
I am freaking out!! it has to be 3-4 min. long and you only get 3 notecards.

girls wear- heels, dress shoes/boots or cute sandels. khaki jeans or a longer skirt, or a dress with a decent length.
boys- dressy shoes/ boots, khaki pants, and a buttoned up tee, or a polo looks nice. also, make sure you're hair is styled or brushed.
now the minutes, this is always hard, of course you your note cards, but don't let them take control. you have to say what you think at the moment, and don't get nervous, it's just a speech, and you aren't the only one doing it. relax.
My boyfriend is going to university in September, and he was wondering whether he should leave his hookah with me, or would he be allowed to have it in his dorm room?
So basically are they allowed to keep their hookah's in their dorm, and if so, are they actually allowed to smoke it?

i highly doubt you're allowed to have them in the dorms. he could sneak it in though, they aren't personally going to search through his belongings without suspicion.
I pierced my own ears about a week ago and hid them for up to now. I want to tell her, because I have done this before on my earlobes, and she wasnt too mad, but she did specifically tell me not to do my cartilage (which I pierced). If I tell her, I don't think she'll get too mad, but I just don't know how to come about telling her. So how should I do it? It's not exactly a friendly dinner conversation...

well this situation is going to be hard anytime you tell her, just come out with it. hiding it for a little isn't bad, just don't lie to her about it. she could make you take it out though, so you might want to put that into consideration.
Okay, I guess you could say my best friend and I "broke up."
That sounds stupid, but it's the best description.
It was because of her a guy and I couldn't handle it, and I tried to just get everything out there, but eventually she chose him over me.
Well, we've been best friends since 1st grade, and I got way to attatched, to the point where she was basically my only friend.
So, I tried to ask her if she like wants to be best friends, not that we have to if she says yes, but if she even feels like she misses me I guess.
I didn't get an answer, and I don't know if that was because she's just trying to forget of she means no.
But if she meant no, she should tell me.
Well now we talk in the only class we have together, well kinda we say like things but not like best friends.
And she seems like she's fine, but so do I, so I don't know if she is fine, or if she's like faking it like me.
Well, I wrote a letter, and didn't read it twice because I wanted it to be like raw and not fake.

don't use anything that heats up for the first couple times, and other than that you can use any condoms, usually get ones with please for her, and maybe get ones that are thinner, it'll make it easier on both of you.
I'm on birth control, Yaz, and when I start taking the white pills I start my period, and it ends 1-2 days after the first pink pill.
Well, I'm going to Europe soon, and I will be getting my period because I'll be on the white pills right in the middle of our vacation. Will it be safe to start a new packet as soon as I finished with the pink pills of the previous packet? Just skip the white pills and start a new packet the next day?
Oh, and I'm not sexually active I'm on the pill to regulate my periods.
just stick with the normal cycle of the pills, even though it's annoying. it won't regulate your period if you keep changing pills on your body, it has to get use to the cycle, which can take up to three months for full results.
I have a Motorola razor and I was wondering if you can record things on this phone. Like on my old phone i recorded part of a song and set it as my ring tone. is this possible on the razor? I don't have any of the manuals or whatever, this was an old friends phone. thanks
you can record things yes, but it only records for like 35 seconds or something around there, and i know it won't let you set anything like a recording as a ringtone, i have a razr by the way, so i'm sure.

alright sometimes this happens, if you are truly done with your ex then stop worrying about it. it's just something you were use to thinking about. and it will stop when you let it. i wouldn't tell your current boyfriend, he'll think you aren't over your ex, or don't want to be. but if it doesn't stop, then clearly your head isn't ready to move on. try concentrating on you and your boyfriend,and the sex feeling good.

My family is catholic, but i found out that my brother is "agnostic". This has happened recently, he is a seventh grader and only 13 years old. Will he grow out of this? He goes to church but he never says any of the prayers or anything. A lot of people think catholicism is too "strict" but our church isn't a normal catholic church; we have a youth choir that actually sings songs that aren't boring and we have youth groups and our priests are really nice and actually give good sermons. What can i do to help him? I don't want to shove it down his throat or anything...but what should i do? please help!
give him your opinion of course, explain to him what it means to you to believe in the faith. and then ultimately he has to decide who he is, what's he going to to do, and who he'll believe in. he'll get there, don't fret.

i don't know any personal exercises but if you just do the ones in the 'how to' booklets i'm sure they'll be affective. or try searching on google or yahoo for more results about it.
