I have a 2nd generation iPod nano. I can't seem to turn it off. All the other buttons work including the play/pause (the same button you use to shut it off). It's just when I hold down the button to turn it off, it won't turn off.
How do I fix this?
If I can't fix it, can I go back to the store and exchange it for a 3rd generation (they don't make 2nd generations anymore) even though I've had it for a little over a year?
make sure your iPod isn't on hold.
make sure that it's not frozen,
and i don't think they'd let you exchange it,
try selling it for the same cost as the 3rd
generation Ipod, and see what happens. [ jesssiiccaaaaaa's advice column | Ask jesssiiccaaaaaa A Question ]
Cmilner1607 answered Monday May 26 2008, 10:20 pm: it depends on how long the warranty lasts. you need to check your papers and the warranty. and if you didn't get one, then you're stuck with an ipod that won't work. [ Cmilner1607's advice column | Ask Cmilner1607 A Question ]
