Call me desperate, but there's a lot of nice guys that I'm pretty close to that I'd totally go out with. I've never had a boyfriend. I was asked out twice in 5th grade, and now I'm in 8th grade, and I want to be a new person. Well just my love life. I'm funny, outgoing, guys think I'm awesome, I'm tall, athletic, tan. All my friends think I'm laid back and easy to talk to. So what's wrong?! I want guys to notice me more. I don't know what else to do. I'm not the flirting type but I just want some more tips. I really want to have a boyfriend before I get to highschool. I want to have a first kiss. So what do I do to be even more noticed? (link)

Your only in 8th grade, don't worry so much. Just wanting a boyfriend isnt a good enough reason. Be yourself around guys and wait until you find one that you really connect with. Things will take care of themselves.

I have light blue eyes. I am basically what you would think of when you think of a girl from Sweden. I have this long curly light hair, fair skin, and really big blue eyes. I have grown kind of fond of my look, but I want to know if there's anyway I could make my eyes more exotic-looking? Just to see how it looks. I get kind of jealous when I see girls with long dark hair, tanned skin, curvy bodies and deep dark eyes. Their eyes are so beautiful. Could I get my eyes to look a bit more exotic? Thanks.

Many people (like myself) would kill for light blue eyes. Try black eyeliner (maybe a slight cat eye)and smokey eye shadow.

actually its just random colors on the screen so when i apply pressure it just changes color but doesnt disapear

Well i have a HPS Dell laptop
and so i accedently hit the screeen with something and now in the corner the color is all weird
please, tell me what i can do? does this mean that i have to replace the laptop or can i get the screen replaced?

does the color change from black and white to normal? or does random colors just show up? mine would do both of those things and it only stopped when i applied pressure to the screen. i put two large clips on the top of the screen that holds it down okay, but it's still not completely fixed. i was told it would cost 200-400 for a new screen, and i had broken the computer multiple times bfore, so i just had to get a new computer. you can try the clip thing, but i really don't like dell as a reliable brand.

I've always shaved my bikini area and I hate doing it. I was thinking of starting to wax. I just have one question, can I have them wax ALL the hair off so there is none at all, or is there a limit to what they will do? (link)

They can wax everything, but trust me, it'll hurt. Maybe you should just start small and work your way up.

What the person said below me is not true. There not miracle workers like infomericals say but they do detox to a certain point. I used them and the pad would be white before I went to bed and brown when I woke up (and a sticky foot, btw). It's known that toxins make there way down to your feet when you sleep, so it could be plausible that this could work. I ordered mine from Avon, I havent seen them in stores.

So for the past two months, I haven't been going to church every Sunday, like AT ALL due to a fight that my aunt and my mom had and I got sucked in their problem making my relationship with my aunt nonexistent. This morning, I said sorry to my aunt and we're OK now but the church is my problem because there's a lot of nosy people at church questioning WHY I haven't been at church. What should I say? I can't tell the truth because it's really stupid and ridiculous and I don't want them to see me as childish and an immature brat. But on another note, I don't want to lie under God so... if there is such thing as a "true lie" can you please give me advice on what I should do? Thanks. (link)

Oh, the lovely church goer's. Many are elderly and retired and some have taken up gossiping on the other church members as a career. But you also must consider that they care about you and your absence and are concered. Either way, do what is comfortable. If you don't wish to disclose the information but don't want to lie, you can say something like:
It's personal, I'd rather not talk about it
It's family problems, I don't think I should talk about it
It was just a little problem, but it's been resolved now
Or you can tell them the truth and ask to respect that. It's church, remember, you won't be attacked or anything :P

I see a lot of people go for chocolate brown or auburn hair colors this season, or you could just add chestnut highlites or something warm to transfer from the fall-summer look.

Might want to wear pants, just because with a skirt it tends to go up a lot when your dancing (no need to give the guys further encouragement with their hands)

You can deffinitely get rhinestones on the wall. You can buy gems at your local craft store and use a strong glue to attatch it to the wall. I'd say you could use super glue, but that might damage the wall, so I would ask someone who's an expert. When you go to buy paint ask the employee, he or she may be able to recommend a type of paste that wont tear up your walls.

ive been going to the same hairdresser since my 1st haircut and she cuts my moms hait too, i never had a problem with it. but now that i am older (im 14) and i see hair styles that i want. ahe never has any idea of what i want. like i wanted sidebangs, like thick ones that actually go over to the other side(mine are thin and like half of them wont go over to the otherside no matter how hard i try) then i wanted layers and my hair short so i went to another girl in the same place and she did an awesome job, that was back in october i went with my sister for her to get her hair cut (by the same lady who normally does my hair)and i asked if she could cut my bangs really quick and she totally messed them up, now they dont go over to the other side and they always have to be pulled back because i cant use a straightner or curling iron on them so now i want another hair cut and the girl who gave me the good haircut with shorthair had a baby so isnt gonna be back till the beginning of feb. i dont know what to do cause i cant just like trust anyone i feel cause i dont even know what i really want. any ideas for hair or what i should do? ( my hair now is just laying on my shoulders, layers, sidebangs) idk if i should go shorter with layers or shorter one length (link)

Try going to another place or using a different stylist at the salon. If you can bring pictures, that would help the stylist a lot. Make sure you are VERY descriptive with what you want and what you don't want. Have the stylist repeat what you said back to you so you know he or she understands.

When you get with a guy (assuming your a girl) and hear the music, it'll come to you. Basically you move your hips, butt, etc in a circular motion side to side in unison with the guy to the tempo of the music. You can hold his hands, you can leave them at your side or just dance with them, or you could put your hands on his if his hands are around your waist. Dance like you normally would, just in sync with the guy.

It would probably be better on your budget to wait it out. Like the iphone came out around 600 500 dollars I believe and dropped two hundred dollars after the first month.
Waiting could also let you see the general feedback and let the kinks be reported and worked out by Verizon.

Keep trying with the tampons. When I first started it took me atleast five months to get a tampon in comfortably. Trust me, it gets much easier.

You could have a spa party and get facial masks and other beauty projects, fun magazines like cosmopolitan etc. You could even be a little crazy and get temporary hair dye (color pulse says it washes out in 8-10 washes). You could get recipies and make cup cakes and other fun dishes. Traditional sleep over games like truth or dare or would you rather etc etc are always funny and you could make print outs. Even board games could be fun. Just be creative!

my best friend say cara and i got ina fight with my other best friend say jos-mainly me and him tho-weve been off an on best friends only bc we loved eachother and it kept gettin screwed up for many different reasons-now we hate eachother-the thing is the fight was over aim-cara likes jos also and i finally got her to tell him ina chatroom with me her and him-he entered and never said a word and after about 10 we got fed up and she said how shes liked him since shes known him-he didnt say a word-the kind of moment you have to say atleast something-so after her meltdown in the chat i started cursing him out and all-then i called him because he wouldnt anwser-he was at his friends house on aim so i said once he gets home to call back-never did by the next day so i called again and he said he wasnt there..wow what a friend-the next day after ive called him 4 times-he walks by us in church smiling so big i almost flipped him off-he talked to her 3 days after and me about 16 days after only because i hang out with alot of guys and he was in the group with me-everytime i say something about it he leaves or has a excuse hes such a jerk to me and he knows ever since the last few times-then he acts like he loves me-we can never even go anywhere like we used to anymore for the past 3 years because were to close at times-ina way i still love him in the back of my heart-imtotally different without him my depression is gettin so much worse-this is drivin me insane does anyone know what i can do?! ill try and add more if ya need it. were all 13 never had bf or gf sad i no. pweese help (link)

Im almost 15, and I've never had a boyfriend. Not a big deal. Most relationships with 13 year olds aren't real, are just kids wanting to try something. It's drama and this guy doesnt sound mature enough to have a girlfriend, or interested in your friend. Let it die down and don't push it-stay out of drama. It's easier.

Talk to girls who seem just as shy as you. My friends are the people I opened up to myself. Smile, say hi, crack a joke about the class your in, and ask about them. Find things you have in common. Just showing an interest can help. I'm going through the same thing and it gets easier.
