Hey, I'm going to a show for one of my favorite bands and I'm hoping that I'll get to meet the lead singer (many people have met him and have claimed it's very easy to meet him).

I recall reading about a girl who goes to every John Mayer concert, and each time she meets him, she takes a photo of them while holding a picture of the two of them taken from an earlier show. She does this everytime she meets him, holding up a picture from a previous show.

I wanna do something as creative as that, but at the same time I don't want to steal her idea.

If you have any suggestions, it would be appreciated :]

So he touched it nd told me he wasnt gona stick it in and then he tryd to nd i tryd pushing him away saying stop but he just pushed me down and told me to chyll out i tryd pushing him away again but he wouldnt listen nd so i just layd there nd he started having sex with me nd i was crying. after he was done i got up and ran off upstairs.

What should i do? I dont even know if this is wrong it just makes me feel wrong and dirty. Is this wrong or not?

alright so heres the thing,
1 of the girls i liked at 1 stage recently got dumped by her boyfriend, she keeps putting herself to blame for the reason she was dumped, and i think she is slightly depressed, she thinks nobody likes her, which isnt true cause shes one of the most poplular in year 8, and i think shes at the point where she is going to get hurt,

if shes on of your best chick friends then talk to her. Sounds like she just needs someone to listen to her problems, if shes the type thats like im fine, nothing is wrong, tell her no your not, we have to talk. And if shes like its my fauly, just tell her how awesome she is, and she can find a much better boyfriend. & if you like her as more then a friend, maybe tell her?.. that part is up to you.

spring break is in a month and i need to loose like 10 pounds or MORE . what all should i do ? like i know running , but how long ? and how much exercise ? and how much water do i need to drink ?

first. try adding an extra 150 steps a day..
this will help not cutting out pop.
second.
lay on your back, legs striaght..
do a crunch, but bring your legs up while doing that and make them go out as in your doing a toe touch.
it will hurt, but doing 15 a day, will help alot!!..
&& just do about 25 normal crunches...

Okay, well.. I really want to do highschool cheerleading next year, but I am not flexible AT ALL , and I can't do a kartwheel. lol, I'm pretty sad I know, and then I don't exactly have a cheerleading body i guess? I'm extremely small in height , I'm about 5 feet, and then my legs are muscular .. but then my stomach, ughh. I'm not sure what it's called lol , but I call it a potbelly [: , but i think its really a beer belly? I want to get rid of that SO much by summer, so I would like exercises for that .. and then could you help me to get a six pack maybe , and then ways to do a toe-touch and a kartwheel and round off. thank you sooo much [: .. i know its asking for a lot!

so. i love cheerleading!!.. im a cheerleader..
so to get a flater stomach/abs.
lay on your back..
do a crunch, but at the same time bring your legs up as if your doing a toe touch.
it will hurt.. if you do 15 a day, it will not only help get your stomach flatter, but it will help improve your jumps.

cartwheel..
To begin a cartwheel, stand in a lunge; your "favorite" leg in front, knee bent slightly, arms up by your ears.

Let's assume you are a right handed; if you're a lefty, simply reverse these directions. Reach forward with your right arm, kicking your left leg up as you do so. The left hand should follow very quickly, and as it touches the ground, your right leg should be off of the ground also. You should pass through a straddle handstand briefly. Your left leg will reach the ground 1st, followed by the right, which you will place in back, finishing in a lunge, just as you started, but with the opposite leg in front.

The trick, really, "hand, hand, foot, foot", and getting through vertical. Most gymnasts tend to kick around the side when they are first learning this skill. Take your time, and be careful.



round off-
your going to run about 3 steps..
hop up on your left foot, down with your right, then do a cartwheel...
the landing is differnt and putting your hands is differnt..
you will want to put your hands facind the way you just came then push off and land with your feet together.

jumps-
toe touch
Keep your head up and your back straight.
Don't reach for your feet, instead try to bring your legs up to your hands.
You don't actually want to touch your toes.Your hands should be about where the arch of your foot is.
Point your toes.
Snap your legs down with as much force as you brought them up with.

try this, it will help with your legs
Start off by stretching out. Make sure you are warmed up before you actually throw any jumps to avoid pulling or straining muscles.
Next do 3 sets of leg lifts: sit in a straddle on the floor, hands are behind you for support (hands should be on the floor, under or near your tail), slightly lean back and lift both legs (about a foot off the floor), keep your legs STRAIGHT, WITHOUT your legs touching the floor lift them 10 times, release, count to 10 for a breather and repeat. Do a total of 3 sets. Leg lifts are hard but it will strengthen your legs and improve the height of your jumps!!!
After leg lifts we do side high kicks: arms in a T motion, with right leg kick 5 times, breather for for 5 seconds, switch to left leg 5 times.
Ready to begin: Throw your toe touch, count 5-6-7-8, throw another, then repeat.

over all, its hard, but once your a cheerleader, you feel awesome!.. if you dont make it this year, dont give up!.. get into gmynastics!.. then try out again!..

hey im 15/f andi have sadie hawkins dance this weekend.I was just wondering what i should wear and makeup and such
i usually wear my hair in a ponytail and i dont put it down so i guess i should straighten itand put it down??

so i LOOVE sadies!... but some schools are differnt then others. at my school, we make our outfits. well my mom makes mine!.. ha.. but i usally have my mom make a skirt, and a cut of top with puffy arms, i put patches on, and the name of my dude of my butt. but i know across the river, they dont do that, they just wear shorts and some kind of farming top and cowboy boots.
but either way, put the name of your dude on your butt!..

hair.. try putting your hair down, and curl it. i have a perm and i wet my hair and moose it and put in low pony tails. its very cute. then put ribbons in it of your outfit color.

make-up.. try taking an eyeliner pencial and out freakles on your cheaks.

should you always stick up for a friend even when you know they're wrong?

it depends. if you know that they are 100% wrong, then I would let them fight their own battles. But if they have some right in it, then try to help them out by pointing out that they we're right on that one thing.. by being a good friend doesnt mean ALWAYS sticking up for them when their wrong.

Yes you are Hawaiian. Your if your Grandmother has Hawaiian in her, then you do too. If she had your father with an American, then your Hawaiian percentage went down, but you still have Hawaiian in you!!

Ok so as you all know summer is coming up =) and i found a super cute bikini that im gonna try to look good in. You know them people at the beach who wear them little bikinis and just look awful well i dont wanna be one of them. I'm 5'3 a little less than 110 im thinking. So im not saying im over weight its just my stomach is not toned. Its kind of gross...if i stand up its mostly flat its just kind of is flat | like that then go in / like that you know what i mean well not that drastic but just basically i could be alot skinner and toned. I wanna get like this because i have a hot new boyfriend and i wanna look good when i go to the beach with him. How do i get my stomach looking real good??

110 lbs is pretty tiny.. im 140ish, but if you wanna get abs try doing crunches, or lay on your back, and do a crunch, but while doin it, make your legs go out, as if your doing a cheerleading toetouch. trust me, itll hurt like hell, but if you do atleast 15 a day, by summer your body will be awesome.
another good thing is by adding an extra 150 steps aday, but adding them youll be burning more calories. and if your downstair and have to use to the rest, go upstairs. same if your upstairs, go downstaris, adding extra steps will help, not a lot, but it will save cutting out pop!..
