spring break is in a month and i need to loose like 10 pounds or MORE . what all should i do ? like i know running , but how long ? and how much exercise ? and how much water do i need to drink ?

basically, your loosing like 2-3lbs a week.
mostly, you should just eat right. 1600 calories a day and work out for around forty minutes three-five times a week or more.
if you have no clue what to eat, here's an idea:
breakfast: bowl of special k, medium banana, orange juice
lunch: turkey wrap w/ raisons(sp), and another serving of a fruit or vegetable.
dinner: chicken ceasar salad, a healthy choice dinner, speghetti, etc.

Cut off all the soft drinks(including juice) you are having now. Have normal breakfast (must) with egg, meat, and crab. Don't have crabs after 3pm. and eat fresh fruit and veg for dinner.
aqua answered Thursday February 22 2007, 5:27 pm: Do cardio for atleast 25min a day, drink alot of water when you crave food but you arnt hungry..half the time your body thinks its hungry your really just thirsty. Improve your diet if you need to, but maybe have one day each week where you eat what you want, as long as you continue the rest of the week to work out and diet. Andd if some days you dont want to run, stay at home and do a pilates dvd..it tones up your stomache mucles [ aqua's advice column | Ask aqua A Question ]
