Question Posted Saturday February 24 2007, 8:48 am
ok well im not fat but i have little stomache that i cant get rid of and well i want a really faint 6-pack....
do you know any exercises i can do to get the six pack??!?!!?!?!
first. try adding an extra 150 steps a day..
this will help not cutting out pop.
second.
lay on your back, legs striaght..
do a crunch, but bring your legs up while doing that and make them go out as in your doing a toe touch.
it will hurt, but doing 15 a day, will help alot!!..
&& just do about 25 normal crunches...
MissMegLoL answered Saturday February 24 2007, 2:01 pm: I would run first to burn fat, and then I would do crunches to make your abs look defined. If you don't burn the fat, your abs will make your stomach puff out because they will be forming underneath fat. [ MissMegLoL's advice column | Ask MissMegLoL A Question ]

my answer on here too.
well I'm pretty strong and I have a 4 pack (or 6 pack?) but here's how i make my abs stronger
then you could rock the boat.. which is kinda hard but it works really well!!
for this one the only thing touching the floor is your tailbone (upper butt bone) and your legs and arms are up in the air, so your stomach is scrunched. sorry if its hard to explain.
then the last exercise is like the boat thing, but instead you have a ball that weighs like 6 pounds or so, and then you touch the ball on each side of you (right side, then switch and touch the ball to the left side)
do about 25 of all of those and repeat 5x and do them for about 2 weeks and you should get strong abs
