Beach Body? NEED HELP FAST :)

Ok so as you all know summer is coming up =) and i found a super cute bikini that im gonna try to look good in. You know them people at the beach who wear them little bikinis and just look awful well i dont wanna be one of them. I'm 5'3 a little less than 110 im thinking. So im not saying im over weight its just my stomach is not toned. Its kind of gross...if i stand up its mostly flat its just kind of is flat | like that then go in / like that you know what i mean well not that drastic but just basically i could be alot skinner and toned. I wanna get like this because i have a hot new boyfriend and i wanna look good when i go to the beach with him. How do i get my stomach looking real good??

PLEASE HELP!!!!

If i have to ill stop drinking pop :) thats the extent ill go to :)

A really great exercise for that area is to sit on the floor, sitting up, with your knees slightly bent. Then lean back as far as you can without touching the floor, lifting your feet, and make sure you can keep your balance. Then, take a pillow in your hands, keep your arms straight in front of you, and rotate your torso left and right. It really really really burns and it helps A LOT.

basically cut back on junk food (go for a banana) and two... do tons of ab work.... suitcase crunches, crossovers, sissors, leg raises, toe touches, side crunches, figure 8's, two count situps, chinies..... basically buy a med ball maybe a small one and a big one the rubber ones not like a huge thing... and when you do them set a goal ok im going to do 30 (more than you think you want to) or go until you feel a burn and then ten more... i can help you alot (i have a 6 pack and i used to have ur problem) so basically if you dont know how to do any of those examples of sittups i named message me and ill explain... :)

Do crunches, but don't forget to do side crunches too, so you work ALL your stomack muscles.

well I'm pretty strong and I have a 4 pack (or 6 pack?) but here's how i make my abs stronger

do situps. Do about 25 and then repeat 5x.

then once you've done those... try doing the same thing except have your legs up in the air.

then you could rock the boat.. which is kinda hard but it works really well!!
for this one the only thing touching the floor is your tailbone (upper butt bone) and your legs and arms are up in the air, so your stomach is scrunched. sorry if its hard to explain.

then the last exercise is like the boat thing, but instead you have a ball that weighs like 6 pounds or so, and then you touch the ball on each side of you (right side, then switch and touch the ball to the left side)

do about 25 of all of those and repeat 5x and do them for about 2 weeks and you should get strong abs

110 lbs is pretty tiny.. im 140ish, but if you wanna get abs try doing crunches, or lay on your back, and do a crunch, but while doin it, make your legs go out, as if your doing a cheerleading toetouch. trust me, itll hurt like hell, but if you do atleast 15 a day, by summer your body will be awesome.
another good thing is by adding an extra 150 steps aday, but adding them youll be burning more calories. and if your downstair and have to use to the rest, go upstairs. same if your upstairs, go downstaris, adding extra steps will help, not a lot, but it will save cutting out pop!..
