Well. Herbal essences is a really good product. Dangerously straight does make youre hair straight. When i use it, i dont even need to straighten my hair at all. Even though i still do, I honestly dont need to. You should seriously consider getting it because its way better for your hair than straightening it =]

Welp. Its gunna hurt. To some people it doesnt, and others it does. It hurt for me the first 3 times. The most she can do is just keep trying && maybe force it in a little. Tell her to try to go on top and get it in herself. I tried that, it only worked a little for me. Hopefully she'll have better luck. Uhm, and remember to be RELAXED!
