Hi my name is Lee Ann. I am 29 years old and Graduated from Bethany college obtaining a bachelors of music. I am a happily married woman with two kids, ages3 and 2. I currently have six books out on the market, all of which can be found on amazon. The first is called The Leaf: One fallen heart and a burning desire, my second is called Avengement of Glory, my third is called Spiral of Enlightenment, fourth one is called Prodigy of the Immortal, fifth one is called Augment in the Realm of Darkness, and my sixth novel is called Bond in the Spiritual Heart. I started this advice column to see if I could give good advice. Turns out I am pretty good, better than I thought actually. I enjoy seeing people smile when I give them good advice and they use it. It makes me feel better as a person to help people. I want to make the world a better place and I think that starting an advice column is the right way to begin. Writing is a huge part of my life, without it, I wouldn't be able to function properly. After seven years, I think I have done pretty well as an advice columnist.

My hair is always staticy. It never fails. Everyday I put lotion in it and it stays down for about 5 mins. Then it pops back in to static-mode. I hate it so bad. Is there anything I can do about this besides putting excess lotion and hairspray in my hair?
Actually lotion and hair spray makes it worse. The best thing to do is to check how you are washing and drying your clothes. If you use arm and hammer with both the detergent and softner then it will take out some of the static in your clothes. Also if you put in a drier sheet when drying your clothes it will take all the static out. Your clothes are what is causing the static in the first place. A good way to keep it down for good is using a straightner for your hair also. It heats the hair and burns all the static out.
What's a good place to hide condoms in my room where my parents wont find them? It's not like they'll go looking through my stuff, but they clean it a lot and sometimes find stuff they shouldn't.
The place I would hide it is in the center of your mattress. If they do clean you room they are not going to lift up your mattress. They may take the sheets off and clean underneath but they will never find it in between the bottom mattress and the top.

This goes out to everyone using Wikipedia, can it really be trusted as in 99.9 %?
I use it quite often for my assignments, as it's quite time-consuming to go through all the books.
Actually wikipedia is a website where they take ay kind of information. Lets say that you are doing a report on Mozart. You could add that he was gay and it would publish to the website. It is actually not reliable at all. It is something that most college professors would advise not using.
For my choir class I have to do an oral presentation on 2 songs of contrasting genres.
And give a musical decription using musical terms!

Two good examples of genres would beThe Firbird by the composer Igor Stravinsky. 1.a. slow melody in french horn, soft, quivering string accompaniment
b. next violins, soft, melody an octave higher. Flutes join in.
c. Grows louder as more instruments enter.
d. violins and flutes, loud, melody even higher octave
e. full orchestra, melody very loud, timpani (kettledrums)
f. suddenly very soft, strings slowly get lower
2.a. brasses very loud, melody in a quick detached otes, timpani
b. melody in slower, accented notes, brasses, timpani music continues to gradually get slower
c. high held tone, brass chords, extremely loud, lead to sudden piano and come to a loud close.
Reading these notes you will be able to follow along with the song.
Another good song would be c-jams by Duke Ellington.

My mom never gets off my case. She's always yelling at me for something or disappointed in me. But my sister gets treated like a frickin angel when she's just as bad as me. I hate her sometimes to the point that i want to run away but i'd have no where to go. What can I do to get her off my case?
I was in the same exact situation. My brother would get treated like an angel even though he was a brat. When he would get into trouble it wasn't the end of the world but oh my when I got into trouble it is like the world was ending as we speak. I told her to her face that she is favoring my brother over me. She of course said no she didn't. I wrote down what I have done and what Ronnie did. I also wrote beside that what her reactions were to both of us. Some of the things on the list were exactly same but she had a different reaction when it was me and when it was Ronnie. I showed her the proof of what she was doing. She looked at the paper absolutely speechless and thats when she realized she was doing favoritism. Telling exactly what she says or even recording her will make her realize that she is in the wrong. Without proof to prove her wrong she will never stop.
okay im 14/f and i have been single for a couple of months but the boyfried that i had broke up with me. and we had been going out for about three years mabye a little longer but the things is he just asked out one of his ex's and that kinda bothers me becuase me and him a still really close. but than last night he found out she was cheating on him and i just told him not to let it get to him because he loves her and he said that yes i does love her but he also loves someone else alot more. i said who and he said it was me than said his friends kept telling him to dump me.. what should i do??

You should definitely try and get back together with him. He said so hmself that he loved you more. It makes sense that it would bother you becasue you had been dating for three years. And he shouldn't take him friends advice if it is just going to hurt him in the long run and the person that is involved. I think you should tell him how you feel that way he doesn't feel like he is alone in this awkward situation. When you become single for a while it means that you are not comfortable dating anyone else becasue you only think about one person. The best thing to do is to be completely honest with him and talk to him.
How do you ask a girl to have sex with you?
Never just ask a girl because it offends them. What you could do is ask her out to the movies or somewhere you can be alone. If you make the first move the first thought that will cross her mind will be he wants to take things all the way. So by you making the first move it will set everything to what you want.

also i have no idea like what different kinds of guitars there are. i like accoustic a lot so i was thinking of asking for one of those guitars for my birthday,,or should i get one that like plugs into an amp?

Guitar is very easy to pick mentally, the only challenge is practicing. Gibson is a really good guitar to look into. It lasts long and has good sounding quality. A good website to look at music would be www.ultimate-guitar.com. The boes on a guitar represent frets but you can look at them like numbers. Each box s a number. The first box is one, second is two, etc. A guitar has six strings. Each string has a letter to represent them-e,a,d,b,e. The music will have six lines with the letters on them, and will have numbers on the lines. Let say the first number is 10. You would count 10 boes and you notice it is on the second line which would be a. you would put your finger on the second string on the 10th box. Also press and pluck. On music the letters are backwards. The first line on the sheet of paper is actually the last string on the actual guitar. I don't know why they did that.
My face will start to blush or turn really red and sweat a little at the most random times. Its usually when I give a presentation or ask a question in class or even if any attention is called to me. It also happens just out of no where for no reason I can think of. How can I prevent this and get rid of it? Its very embaressing and have no idea to tell when it happens unless someone brings it up or if I feel it. Please I really really need help with this. I have a few presentations coming up at school next week so help me out. The crap about "believing in yourself" and confidence doesn't help at all so please dont say that. If anyone has any advice at all please tell me.

Something that always triggers that if when giving a speech you start to think more and more about what the audience is thinking. Pick topics you feel confortable talking about and know alot about them. I had the same problem but it got better each time a did a speech. I picked things that interested me. Always use props because the audience focuses on what you are presenting. It definitely takes alot of pressure off. Another thing to do is to sretch. If your muscles are tight then you need to do a little stretching. This will help relax the muscles. Another tip before you start speaking take a deep breathe. Say the words the students will love my speech, it is great, and I will do great. This will set your mind at ease when giving the speech. Don't pay attention to what the audience is doing becasue focusing on what they are doing during your speech will make it worse. Focus on the words and the main points of the speech. If teach and learn your body to relax you won't sweat or get nervous.

A good way to get a crush out in the open is to find common interests that you can use to your advantage. Find out what he likes and learn about them. If you talk about those things he will be more likely want to hang out more than if you were to just say hi. If you coninue to hang out more and more it will develop into a relationship. You don't want to have everything in common becasue then you will enter friend zone. You need to have some disagreements that he knows you are not liking something just because he does. He will realize that you actually do liek those things and want to get into a relationship. Be patient and take it step as it comes along.
I started Middle school this fall. I made a lot of friends this year. My best friend and I are in the same lunch and she keeps giving off this vibe that she is angry with me. Z (my bff) and I haven't fought at all this year and I didn't spread any rumors or snub her or anything, but she seems mad at me. Neither of us are part of the "in" crowd, though we have friends in it. We sit at the same lunch table, but she barely speaks to me. We used to be really close. Sorry for the length, but any advice would be greatly appreciated!
That may be it. You said that you made alot of friends this year. She may feel threatened that you want to be friends with them more than her. Another reason could be that she has something serious going on in her life and it is really hard to talk about it. I would suggest writing her a note or even phone call to prove that no matter how many friends you have she will always be one of them. It is hard to see your friends to slowly become popular. A person liek that senses that the more friends you make the less you will be friends with her. She is probably easing the pain but cutting off the friendship ahead of time. A way to avoid that is to talk to her about what is going on with her. If you don't ask directly you will never find out the answer.
Hm..i was just wondering how would you give yourself a hickey? Without telling other people to give them for you. Because most people think i dont like them thats why i dont get them. So any ideas please help.
That would be really hard because most hickeys you find on your neck. You do have the option of having someone do it for you. You could give yourself one on the leg or something like that. Say the guy who did it really liked your legs. That way you can physically do it yourself.

Okay, I'm not confident hahahahaha. I've decided tomorrow to try and raise my confidence I'll do a tiny bit of flirting around the opposite sex.

Well you don't want to just walk real fast and say hi to any random guy. Go somewhere you like and have an interest in. If you find a guy in that region kind of glance at what he is doing. If you think you can offer him some advice then that would be the start of flirting and a good conversation. If you take it one step at a time you won't freak the person out. Don't let the person know you are spying on what their doing becasue they might get weirded out by that too. Try and find some common interests with the person then it should be a breeze.

The picture you want you need to upload it into paint or microsoft word. Right click the picture and press copy. Then you are going to go to change your profile at your main page. Then click on the the area you want to put the picture. Right click the spot and press paste. Then you should be able to type beside it.

Read each question carefully, think about what you are going to say, think about what would happen if they took your advice both a good and bad side, and decide on if it is the right thing for you to say. Dont say what they want to hear but say what you really feel they should do. After that you should do just fine! :)

If you got it from someone else it was probably trained to bite. A good way to train it out of that style is to reward it for good behavior. The dog will learn what is right and wrong. Give it treats maybe four times a day and about a week the dog should catch on. And when it is being good and letting you pet it nicely say good dog, nice dog.

If you are being beaten by the man you got you pregant then you can lose the baby anytime. It is best not to hit the tummy at all when you are pregnant. You need to call the police if he is hitting you. If you mean sex wise then probably about the fourth or fifth month would be best to stop with that.

It is propbably best for the babies sake not to have sex until it is born. There are complications that can occur by constantly hitting the baby. It is like falling down the stairs, any pressure can affect the baby.
