ok well im also a defender i ahh play stopper .. and well in a game you need to focus on letting them make the first move .. jst stand in front of them and watch the ball .. and when they go to make a move most likely they'll make a mistake or they'll realize they're not getting by u and pass it ... but nutmegs r tricky i hate thoose i get caught w. one once er twice .. but basically watch ur feet jst reallize ur legs er open and be ready .. as for practicing u need someone to verse u .. i lyk my litl sisters the most cause i kno they're not good but they're slow .. so it gives u time to think and realize what u should be doing in the game rather then jst stabbing or going for the ball .. jst relax and take ur time .. hope i helped

I'm going to get braces within a few weeks and I'm kinda starting to worry about playing flute with them. Do any of you have braces and play flute? If so, is there anyway you can position the flute so it's not right on your chin when you play? Also, will having braces dramatically change my performance?
well .. i have braces nd i play the flute .. nd lyk the very first monthish hurt cause ur teeth r jst sore .. so that's a pain but after it's lyk they're not evn there .. a lot of my friends who play flut have braces nd its lyk there''s nothin there .. so don't worry about =)

I used to be BEST FRIENDS with this girl, Nicole. We used to do everything together - camping, swimming, movies, ext. About 8 months ago - we got in a huge fight, and ended our friendship. It was entirely my fault. About 4 months ago - we started talking again. She said she forgave me, and that we could still be friends. Since then - we've talked about 10 times. 2 weeks ago (to the day) I got grounded for acting like an idiot. I screwed up big time. I'm in trouble pretty much for saying I was at a friend's house and then leaving her house to hang out with other people. My parents were pissed beceause they couldn't find me for 2 hours. Understandable. But I have nothing. I'm not allowed on the computer (shh dont tell lol) I can't use the phone, go places, have people over, and they took my cell away. I'm going insane not being able to talk to people. They won't even tell me how long I'm grounded for. They keep saying that I'm grounded until they feel that I have proven to them that I can be let off of punishment. What exactly can I do to prove this? I've been cleaning and doing all that shit. I have a job, I'm active in sports, get decent grades. Honestly, most parents want a child like me. I mess up once in awhile, everyone does, but everytime I do they like spazz on me (usually when i mess up tho its pretty bad..) I just want to frikin be able to do something! i feel like i'm in prison except its worse because i have no one to talk to, i cant go outside, and i have no phone privilages. I'm going crazy!
