I just broke up with my bf. I told him that we'd still be friends but I just wasn't feeling anything. He was ok with it and acted fine. So, why do I feel so crummy? PLEASE ANSWER! I'M BEGGING YOU! I RATE! PLEASE!

Maybe he acted fine because he was fine. Chances are if you were'nt feelin anything than neither was he. On the other hand he could be acting that way because he didnt want you to know how he truly felt. Either way BE friends with him. Just because you decided to break up with him doesnt mean you cant hang out. you can still be friends, just without the benefits. Often times breaking up with someone, does cause guilt so i totally understand where your coming from. My advice to you if you really feel that bad about it u should definitely call him and have a long talk. Talk about how he feels, how u feel, about the WHOLE situation, just get everything out in the open, dont hold it back. I hope everything works out for u! xoxo kara

well u want to look good but NOT overdone, so i say just stick to some liquid foundation, to give u a flawless look, some bronze eyeshadow, and black eyeliner and mascara. i reccomend ...lancome foundation(it works wonders), covergirl eyeliner, and avon mascara,,i've tried many different kinds of these things and these brands seem to work the best..hope i helped! xoxo kara

Ok, well this guy and I just started going out. I like him so much and he likes me too obviously. Well we've only been going out for a day. Today at school I acted all weird. I like this boy and he is 17 and i am 13. i don't know if he likes me or not but i talk to him on the phone all the time. we could never tell my brother considering that he is my brothers best friend. if my brother ever found out he would kill me! the boy said if i wasn't my brother's sister he would probably go out with me and i am like so in luv with him. i knew him for a year and a half and him and my brother knew each other for 6 years. what should i do now?

Well hopefully you already know that your brother is probably trying to look out for u and doesnt want to see u get hurt. Although u may feel like your SO in love with this guy, its hard to know wut love is at 13. Trust me i know exactly how u feel. Considering hes 4 years older than u is a big difference considering your age. You might go out with him at look at it for the moment, but just think in another year he'll be off to college away, out of highschool, and you'll be just starting, this could cause problems and its just not a good situation to be in. Often times, (i've been in this position before) older guys like to go out with younger gurls because there are naive and think hmmmm this older guy likes me i must be really special, some of them just think they can take advantage of you. if you've thought about all this and STILL want to consider being with this person my only advice to u is to hav a serious talk with your brother and tell him exactly how u feel, and also u think u are mature enough to make your own decisions. maybe then he might consider not going to the extremes of him not wanting u to be with this guy. i hope all goes well! xoxo if u hav anymore questions feel free to drop them in my inbox..kara

My semi formal is the same night as my Dad's dinner for winning employee of the year. I didnt go to my semi formal last year and a boy that I really like might ask me to the semi.. What do you guys think I should do? ( They're at the same times too!!)

I think the best way to do this is...try to split your time. i know it sounds hard, and you might not want to do this, but it sounds like the only way that you wont be dissapointed about one or the other. Maybe you could come to your dads dinner for some time, and then you could leave and got to you semi formal since those things usually last until late. That way if u can make both, everyone will be somewhat happy and hopefully everything will work out great!..hope i helped..xoxo kara

My friend i was talking to the other day and she told me about all the symptoms she had that made her doctors diagnose her with Bipolar disorder and my mothers ex boyfriend was bipolar and i acted just the same way he did before they{the drs} diagnosed him with Bipolar disorder. When she gives u the gift say u REALLY appreciate it AND that u have a problem that u want to discuss with her..its all about communication...explain to her the situation and how u dont like she lies. If she's a good enough friend she'll accept the fact that she's lied and wont get defensive.
