the same thing happens to me but on my hip its just cracking like u can crack ur fingers but its not good for ur joints so u should go to the dr. and see what they can do for ya cuz if u crack it too much it can lead to like broken bonrs or arthritus when u r older.

I'm 13, and I am 5`1. Is there any ways I can grow taller? I heard that after you get your period, you stop growing, but i want to keep growing, because I got mine at an early age (9). My mom said that Yoga will add PLENTY of inches (maybe up to 5`6) , but is there another way that I can get taller? Thanks. (link)

im 13 and 5' 1 too idk if we will get taller drink milk and maybe try yoga if u really wanna get taler i dont kno if it will work but its worth a shot or else just be happy u dont hit ur head on the cealing! lol

I have 2 best friends who are leaving me out a lot lately, we used 2 b extremely tighht but now they're bein kinda mean. One of them is very controlling and the other is a follower so the follower follows the controller and they do stuff against me. I really hate it. I always feel like the second choice or the third wheel. What should i do... i rate high! (link)

i kno how that feels they are just like that and i think you shuld find better friends because they are not treating u like a friend and next time they ask u to do sumthing just tell em that u are gonna hang out with ur real friends that day but if u really want them to be ur friends ask them why they are so mean to u all the time. some ppl are just like that and u dont need them to be your friends.GOOD LUCK.

Is there any way to change the ratings other people have given you? Is there someone I can ask? Some of my ratings are SO unfair, ex:
- A person asked if Dickies would still be in style by the middle of the year. I said yes and also gave them a link for a new style of Dickies dresses. Turns out it was a guy, but how was I supposed to know?
- Instead of giving someone a long list of picture websites, I gave them my one favorite.
- Someone put "my head hurts!", don't know how THAT didn't get deleted but anyways, I made a joke about it and they rated me 1. Wish I could rate them back.

Well I have this really birth mark/mole on my at the top of my left arm, but none of my friends know about. I always cover it up with a bangage or something that sort but the only reason I do is because people used at school used to stare at it and make fun of me about it. i think you should just sho it and if it really buggs u get it removed some day but its there and its a part of u so sho it. i have a scar fom something on my stomach and i was afraid to wear swimsuits that showed it but its gonna be there and its part of me so if you show it and ppl dont like u just for that then they are not good friends.GOOD LUCK
