Think realistically here. Should you really stop eating because your 17-year-old boyfriend broke up with you? I mean, I know it's sad, but in the long run, it likely wouldn't have lasted forever anyway.

I dont know how many of you are catholic, but this year i am getting confirmed. Actually in like a week or so. And its suppose to be like dressed up nice, and like no jeans. Either nice pants, skirts, or dresses for the girls. well i wanted to wear a dress so i went to like Windsor, and DEB and stuff. And i found 3 dresses i really liked. Well one of them is kind of too dressy, so i'm gunna save it for Graduation. And one of them my sister hated so i just dont like it anymore either. And the last one could be perfect, but its kind of big in the chest area. And i would have to wear something over it cause it's spagetthi strapped and since its in church were not allowed to wear anything like that.. but i almost think i'm dressing up to much. 3 of my friends that i talked to are just wearing skirts. But i really like my dress. Its like a salmon color and its short, and just real cute. but i dont know. i'm scared i'll be the only one in a dress & i'll look stupid.. plus after i put something over it i dont know how its gunna look & like what jewelry i should wear and yeah ...what do you think i should do? Hi. I'm not sure if this question should go under this topic or not. But anyways, I'm 13/f and never been kissed. (yeah, I know yall are laughing) I heard that usually on your first kiss that you end up kissing the guys nose/face/ect. anyone have any tips so that won't happen to me? Yet, I still find myself caring.
I used to go to language school early last year with this guy I met there and we spoke a bit then I left and we spoke sometimes on MSN. Well tonight we were talking and he basically joked "What's a hot sexy girl like you doing alone" and I asked if he really meant that, and he said then I wasn't hot and sexy at all, and I would be if I wore a bit more makeup. I felt very upset by this comment and got mad at him and called him a whole lot of names, and said I was only nice to him because I felt sorry for him, blah blah blah. I didn't mean a word I said.
Well he just emailed me, not apologizing or anything, but saying he was upset by what I said, and that its true i wasn't the most attractive girl there, everyone else was prettier but he doesn't try and sugarcoat things. Then he went on to say he feels horrible he wasted effort and breath on me when i was only being nice to him because i felt sorry. He said this cut him pretty badly because he thought we could've been friends.
Should I apologize to him? I have absolutely zero interest in him, but I feel guilty now. He did hurt me pretty badly though. I don't take comments about my appearance too well. Then again two wrongs don't make a right. I did insult him pretty badly. So what do I do? Sorry this is so long. (link)

Well, guys are weird, so let me explain.
All guys say they look for different things in a girl, but mostly it has to do with physical attractiveness. Personality matters too, but a lot of guys out there, especially teenagers, will overlook a dumb personality if the person is "hot." If you're lucky, though, the guy won't be a total dick.
Guys show girls they like them in different ways. Some of the dumber, jockier, more alpha-male types will show it by teasing and hitting. Shyer boys will get nervous around you and say things that, occasionally, are downright pathetic. Some boys will just say it or be nicer to you than most girls. Whatever the case, it'd probably be one of these things.

Well, before you go and break up with him, consider his feelings. Talk to him about what he's doing to piss you off and that if he doesn't fix himself, you'll consider breaking it off with him. If he still doesn't fix himself, dump the guy. You don't need a whiny emo kid weighing you down all the time.

It's on Disney channel, and in my honest opinion, it's terrible. I watched this tepid musical for maybe 30 minutes before I had to turn it off. If you're a fan of brainless teen entertainment, go for it.

There is this guy that I like and he likes me back, the emotional and physical attraction is really strong. theres a problem though, im 13 about 5'3 and hes a year younger but 4'10 or 4'11. while standing up even if i lean down i couldnt kiss him comfortably, is there a way i could kiss him without it being awkward? thanks (link)

So this girl who was suposed to be my BESTFRIEND ratted on meh and my closest friends for drinking. Now I lost my best guy friend in the world and im never aloud to talk or see him again. my parents have a restraining order on him and Its killing me because I love him so much and would do anything for him..

The answer is yes, forgive her. You seem not old enough to drink, and though it may not seem like it, she is looking out for your best interest in the long run. If you really want to see your guy friend, talk to your parents about it. Maybe set up some kind of system where if you stay away from the alcohol for a certain amount of time, you can see him. I dunno, just throwing some ideas out there.
