i always have this white discharge on my underwear. its realy weird. what is it? is it normal?
yep. discharge is 100% normal. if you haven't gotten your period yet then getting discharge is a sign that youre going to get it soon. if you have gotten your period it's still completely normal. discharge is your bodys way of cleaning out your vagina. disicharge is normally white sticky and has a sliight odor. however it's different for everyone. but if yours suddenly changes in any way, it turns green, or starts to smell WAY different than usual tell your mom so you can get checked out. but that is very rare. so don't be scared when you see discharge. its one of the most normal things ever

yes i see the green clock.. what next ?
okay good. click on the green clock a whole thing of your history should pop up. at the top there should be a scroll down bar of how you can sort it...(by date; by most visited; etc) click on by date. then right click on "today" and then click delete all history items marked today. that link should then disapper. ex out of internet exploere and bring it up agian. click on the green clock again and see if it was all deleted. if it wasnt im sorry to say youre going to have to click on today so all of your links will come up then individualy right click on each and press delete. this should def. work
ask again if it doesnt or that didnt make sense

So on Saturday night, I went with my best friend Bridgette to a movie night at a boy named Robert's house. She only knew her boyfriend and Robert, and I didn't know anyone. There was a couple other people there (girls and boys) but there was one guy in particular that i was interested in. and it seemed that he was interested in me as well, his name is Jacob.
after everyone left and it was just Bridgette, Robert, Jacob and me. and Jacob made me scoot over on the couch so he could sit next to me.. theres about 3 other couches in the room and he kept flirting with me alot.
and then his phone died and he needed to call his mom so he asked to borrow my phone, and so i let him. and he goes "now i have your phone number. i'm gonna text you at like 2 tonight okay?" and i was like so excited about it. we've been texting pretty much nonstop since then.. and that night i asked him if he was single. and he said he'd been with this girl on and off for a year and nine months, but for the past 3 months all they've been doing is arguing and he said he knew it was going to end soon, which is why he was flirting with me so much.
and this morning he tells me that they're over, and that he cant wait to hang out with me this weekend, so he can really get to know me better.
and i just dont know if he is just wanting some ass, like a rebound. or if he really did know it was ending with his girlfriend, and he really did fall for me.
i could use all the help i could get.

Hey! well from what youve told me he sounds like a great guy that really is into you!! and it seems like he really wouldn't just be wanting some ass, because he's been with that one girl for sooo long. which is good because it means he's not afraid to be in a relationship or to commit. And also it seems like he really did know it was ending with his girlfriend because most relationships that are going well are amazing for about the first year, after that you start to know eachother a little too well, and then you start to fight about eachothers bad qualities that youve now gotten to know. thats why when you meet the right person their bad qualities dont bother you as much and you can get over them easier and last longer than a year. so if i were you i'd def. go for it! because he seems liekk a great guy that really is def. into you!! and it does seem like it really is ending with his gf.

last night i had sex for the forth time and i've been sexually active for the past 3 weeks. (my first time was about three weeks ago) last night when i did have sex it still hurt when he put it in of course not as bad as the 1,2, or 3rd but it still hurt like an elephant goign up my vagina haha but anyway. it still bled too;; i brok my cherry at the age of 5 from jumping on my bed and yeah you get the picture. so it's not that.
is this okay? or should i talk to my mom about it (my moms my best friend i tell her everythign) and maybe see a doctor. but when i went to planned parenthood she said i was heathy and everythign was fine which was last week. so is this hurting and bleeding still normal?
hey! if i were you i wouldnt worry about it. for some girls having sex can hurt off and on for up to about her first 10 times. so if i were you i wouldnt worry too much about it. however if you feel more comfortable getting it checked out, you could tell your mom. but i wouldnt worry about it!

im 13/f,me & my boyfriend hav e been going out since sept 21 '06. It was all cool until like December when we started get fights. My friends and him don't get a long, my best friend and him hate each other!! they've tried to make it work for me but they ended up fighting again. They both said they wouldnt try to fix their problem its just not going to work, well everyone wants time with me and stuff. But im always busy with school,and my boyfriend (his name is going to be Bob)... Well im almost with Bob,and want more time with my friends, but then when i go hang with my friends me & bob end up fighting or me and my friend start fighting because of Bob.
Now Bob says im treating him badly or Whatever.
What do I do to fix my relationship with Bob & my friends??

hey! im very sorry to say this but i sort of think you should break up with Bob. i know that right now, he probly means a lot to you and you really like him adn would hate to see him go, however you will find a new guy that you and your firends both like. because i know people always so dont listen to what your friends say, its what you think that matters. and that's great advice and all, however, you chose your friends for a reason. because they were nice, you liked them, and you trust them. so, if you trust your friends and they hate your boyfriend. they probly hate him for a reason. and also, you dont want to get in fights with your friends over your boyfriend, because in the end. your friends will be much more important to you than the one boyfriend you have now ever will be.

hey! if i were in this situation what i would do i tel him you like him. see what he says, if he says he likes you too, and thats it. that either means that well yes, he likes you, and he either likse the other girls too, or is just tooo scared to ask you out. if you tell him you like him, hes obviously gonna say he likes you too! because he gave you a kiss! and he def. wouldnt do that if he isnt interested. so dont worry about him just kinda getting awkward and saying he doesnt feel the same way. but i would def. give him a chance. because all guy like more than one girl. its hard for them not too. even when theyre completely crazy about their girlfriend they pretty much always have some other girl that is occasionaly on their mind. so tell the guy you like him, and def. give him a chance if he asks you out!

What are ways to test that your crush likes you?
cause theres this guy who sits next to me and hes in a different grade level. we talk during that period. But there are some days where we don't say Anything to each other. and I don't know if he sorta kinda likes me or not. I dont think he likes me majorly, but he might a little bit.

Okay well like i have dated before and i alwais end up dumping him evn if i really like him. I have to admit i'm a BIG FLIRT and they guys flirt back but then when were together i feel fine then when he's gone i think about dumping him should i be with him does he love me and all the concerns and then i end up dumping him. hey! i had the exact same problem. but i learned to get over it by whenever i see another guy that i want to flirt with and have a boyfriend. think about your boyfriend and compare him to this other guy, think about whats better about your boyfriend, or worse. if the new guy has more better things about him then your boyfriend, break up wiht your boyfriend. its not fair to him if you think another guy has more better qualities then he does, but if your boyfriend has more better qualities, stick with him. And if you still feel urged to flirt, think about your boyfriend and how much fun you have doing things like making out, or even just talkkking. Also, if you find that your boyfriend and the new guy have the same number of good and bad qualities. stick with your boyfriend. it's easieir to stay in a relationship that youre happy in rather than trying to start a new one!

hey! well to answer your first question once you start seeing someone that DOES NOT mean that you automaticly love them. it takes time. lots and lots of time. my boyfriend and i have been going out for 5 months, and we still havent said i love you. and thats not because we dont like eachother, but its because were not ready for that. saying i love you is a very big step in a relationship, and you shouldnt say it unless you are positive you are. now ideas everyone goes around saying I LOVE ____ the day the ask them out, but really they just like them. were still young, and really don't have enough experiance to know what love is. and me being young, i dont know what love is. but im pretty much positive that once you are in love, it will be completely obvious to you, and you wont have to question it at all. it's like lauren from the hills says, "love is not a maybe thing, you know when you love someone"

Im about 5'4 and weight 143 pounds. If i did 400 sit ups a night how long do you think it would take to get a 6 pack ?
Hey! you dont get a six pack by doing sit-ups. sit-ups strengthen your abdomanal muscles that form your abs. so yes sit-ups are good to do, and they do help. however you may do 348090486 sit ups every hour and still not have a perfect six pack. thats becausee you still have a layer of fat covering them. therefor if you want to get a six pack i reccomend that you do fat-burning excersizes, such as, running, swimming, riding a bike, roller skating, anything that involves movement. And then once youve burned a lot of fat thats when you can start doing crunches to begin forming your abs!

how many credits do you have to have to graduate ? i dont know if its different in each state or what . but i live in newnan georgia . some people say its 24 , but then some say its 28 .

it depends on what kind of degree you want. to passs/graduate you have to get 24. but if you want an advanced diploma have to get 28. and im not sure about newnan, georgia. but where i live, if you take 7 courses a year (the normal number) and you pass each (D or above) you automaticly get the advanced diploma

Journeys. it's amazing and has clothes that can look skater/punk/goth. but can also end up looking preppy depending on how you wear it and what you wear it with. the prices are also very reasonsable.

hey! okay that part is easy. herre are the steps!
--go to menue
--go to settings and tools
-- go to sound settings
--click on rint styles
--click on Master Volume Detail
--go down to Calls (or whichever one you want it to be)
--click change
--scroll down to the bottom until you find the sound you recorded
--now click select
--congrats! you have a new ringtone!
