ok so a friend of my sister and i came over for the holidays from college. and at the beginning she use to ask if she could enter or use the phone and stuff like that. my sis and i were raised to always be nice to guests and be very hospitable. and we have... thing is she stopped asking for stuff and she knows perfectly well that we won't say no. for example she calls about 7 times a day (i am not exaggerating) to her family internationally and long distance just to "chat"... i mean fine it was the holidays and she called her parents and sibs but HELLO just because my parents look like they pick money from a tree that they should pay this high expensive bills...
so.... what should i do? mt mom will kill me if i say something outright (it's not "hospitable") i need a way to hint to her that she is taking advantage and that it's not "yeah sure go on a head!" anymore....... what do i do the next time she pics the phone and calls people overseas? (link)

why dont you just say nicely that she is welcome to use your phone occasionally but she needs to remeber that the phone bills are expensive and she needs to think about the money your family is paying for her

why am i so weird. i get a crush on my cousin and then a close family friend whos like a cousin. wtff how can i stop this. sometimes its kinda embarassing cuz with the other guy who isnt family like we all consider each other family since we all come from like the same country like we're all immigrants in america n stuff. blegh. i dont think ive told anyone in my fam about it for the sake of awkwardness n just plain wrongness lol so how can i like banish these feelings. 13/f (link)

it isn't really wrong to have a crush on someone close to you. you cant really control how you feel. you probably just know so much about them you start to like them more than a friend. You can't date your cousin because that is family but you could date your family-friend. I don't think your family would find it weird. but for now it is just a crush. it will probably stop soon and you can meet a guy that you can like without feeling awkward

So I just got a new EnV phone, and after like every 5 seconds, when I leave it closed, the keyguard turns on! And I don't know how to make it so it stays off all the time. (unless I turn it on)

i broke up with my bf cuz he was cheating. i really want him in my life and to be friends but i know i will regret breaking up with him. he keeps telling me that he loves me and everything but then his actions say differently. he took me off his myspace, before we broke up. what the hell. then he set his profile on private. i basically just need to get over it...what helps mend the broken heart, im a really happy person usually, but i have a problem drinking so i want to find other ways to deal with this. please help (link)

think about things that are good about your life WITHOUT this guy. he isn't your life. you have family and friends. as for the drinking, ask a friend to tell you when to stop or at least plan to drive you home if you go out

Less than a year ago, I bought an LG enV from Verizon Wireless. A few months ago the battery connector broke, so they told me that I could pay $50 & replace it with a refurbished phone. I did that & less than a month later, it was lagging & both end keys stopped working. It also would shut on & off randomly. I took it back to the store & they replaced it with another. I had that phone for a few days & one of the main keys on the front were falling out completely after only using it to text. I took it back & explained to them that this is my third enV & if I can get a new model. They said no & that they will only change my model if its my third refurbished phone. My third refurbished phone will be coming in the mail soon, but I'm concerned that it will fall apart like the others. Every refurbished enV I had did not work at all & I haven't even had them a month. If something goes wrong, what should I do? Go back to the store & ask for a new model? Or are they going to give me a hard time about it? I do not want another enV. Would it be better to just call customer service? Thanks! (link)

Well this can get a bit confusing but I will try to explain it the best way I can.
There's this guy I have liked for a while.And we went to the movies all his friends and me and my good friend. So , he goes and sits beside me and I found him sometimes starring at me too. On msn we chatted and he said he was too shy to put his arm around me and next time he will and everything.Well, though after that day we haven't really talked.. should I keep talking to him? And ask him to come to catch a movie??

if you like him try giving him another chance. if he likes you to he was probably just nervous. try to make him confortable around you by talking before you get close, maybe get to know each other better.

When I play certain games, it won't work/load. It will just have a lil icon in the top left corner with a circle, triangle, and square in it or something. What can I do to fix this? I tried downloading the Shockwave player or whatever from Adobe.com to see if that would do anything, but it didn't. One of the games said I needed to the Shockwave plug-in? What is that? What do I need to download? (link)

try firefox instead of the standard internet. it is MUCH better for playing games. i had the same problem and firefox fixed it

I'm 16 and a girl. I live on a ranch. I have three older brothers and my dad who worked on the ranch. My oldest brother doesn't work anymore because he lives in a different town. My middle brother still works and my youngest older brother works on the ranch. Well I don't work on the ranch unless they ask me too and I do whatever they need me too. They don't ask me often, but when they do I do what needs to be done. I usually just stay in the house and do house chores. Well my youngest older brother (Barry) is really rude to me. He always tells me how lazy I am. He says I'm a spoiled brat (which I'm not. I work for a lot of things I have). He has called me a bitch many times. He has hurt me physically in the past and continues to damper my confidence. My parents worship him and anything he says they back him up. It is really starting to take a toll on me. I cry everyday hoping things will get better, but they just get worse. Am I wrong to think this is abuse? What do I need to do? (link)

If he is really abusing you and your parents wont help get help from someone else you trust like a teacher or call someone who can help. he has no right to hurt you or ruin your life

you can try braiding your hair, or curl it so it wont be strait. headbands and clips can also make your hair look more fresh and exciting.
