Playing Games

Question Posted Saturday December 29 2007, 5:38 pm

When I play certain games, it won't work/load. It will just have a lil icon in the top left corner with a circle, triangle, and square in it or something. What can I do to fix this? I tried downloading the Shockwave player or whatever from Adobe.com to see if that would do anything, but it didn't. One of the games said I needed to the Shockwave plug-in? What is that? What do I need to download?

First of all, make sure you did all the instructions that Adobe gave (copied from website):

Installation Instructions

1. Click the "Install Now" button to begin installing Adobe Shockwave Player.
2. Read and click through the dialog boxes that appear.
3. When the Adobe Shockwave Player movie begins to play, your installation is successful.

If that doesn't work, go to their support page:
