y am i attracted to pretty much every guy? i check out almost all of them even ones i dont even think are cute. and i cant stop liking other guys. i've been with my bf for 10 months and i love him soooo much, but y cant i stop liking other guys? i dont want to i want to be like fully commited to one guy or whatever. y cant i? and hes saying next time i do that he'll leave me. i cant blame him though because ive liked like 9 other guys while ive been with him. the reason i think i do is because my parents have always told me its ok to like other people. but that cant happen i love him too much. how can i stoppp? My mum's boyfriend looks at other women. Sometimes he comments on them. This doesn't mean that he isn't committed, it just means that he likes to look every now and then. As the saying goes, there's no harm in window shopping. So long as you don't sleep with "pretty much every guy" you're doing nothing wrong.

i tried everything, i used anonymizers, free proxy servers, and i can get to internet options cause they blocked that feature on IE along with command prompt and RUN, and i cant get to manage:mycomputer. cause they blocked that also on the actual computer so idk what to do, i just like playing games but i cant get to any, could someone else please tell me something i may be forgetting?? First of all, you shouldn't be trying to get around your school's internet filters. They're there for a reason, and bypassing them could get you in a fair bit of trouble.
Now that that's out of the way let's get to the good stuff. When I was in college I put portable firefox (found at http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable) on a USB stick. It let me do all the stuff that they blocked under IE.
A word of warning: I never got in trouble for doing this, but your school sounds like it knows what it's doing when it comes to IT (unlike my college). It is possible for them to catch you doing this and I can't be held responsible if they do.

Paint comes with pretty much all versions of windows so yes, it'll be there. On windows xp you can find paint by going to start>all programs>accessories>paint. If it's not there go to start>run, type mspaint and press enter. If that doesn't work (I don't see why it wouldn't) then feel free to ask and i'll try to help.

So my apple computer has been freezing alot lately so we are bringing it to a place to get fixed. But I went throught his phase where I looked at some porn websites. I never downloaded anything, just looked at the pictures on the web. But I dont anymore. Now i've deleleted my history and "reset safari" but is there anyway that when I go to get it fixed the person will b able to tell that I've been on those websites and then tell my parents? I'm no expert on macs, but it sounds like you've been pretty thorough. Like the last person said, they probably won't find anything unless they look.
Even if they did find something, they're unlikely to tell anyone about it unless it was something illegal (i.e. kiddie porn). I did a weeks work experience in a computer repair place and was told that if I found porn on a computer I should keep it confidential.

I have windows XP and those name things lol. So, I have the Sims 2 for the computer, and its worked fine, but then all the sudden, now it doesn't. I can get to the part where the family is loading, but then it loads forever and I can never get passed that part. It works on my sister's name, so I don't get why it won't work on mine. It wouldn't be that big of a deal that it only works on hers, but i downloaded objects and theres two completly different games. lol. Oh, and I downloaded the patch. Probably not correctly, but even after that it still worked, so I don't understand. Any ideas? Thanks in advace! (link)

It could have something to do with the objects you downloaded. Move all your downloads to a different folder and see if that fixes the problem. If it does, then put your downloads back one by one, each time starting the game to see if it works. When it stops loading correctly, you've found the problem.
If it's not that then reinstall like missadvicebitch1 said. That should sort the problem.

Im going to try crack or coke with my friend in a couple days for the first time so my question is, if i only do it once, what can happen? Can i form an addiction right away? Whats worse crack or coke? I'm going to try the one thats less harmful on my body. People with experience plz help. so far ive drank alcohol, smoked pot and cigarettes, and taken speed. If you must try one, then coke's less risky. I don't know if you can form an addiction right away, but crack is highly addictive and can damage your health and kill you.
Coke is still addictive, but not as much so as crack. It can also cause health problems too (especially if the coke's cut with nasty stuff). I have tried coke myself a couple of times without any problems, but that doesn't necesarily mean you won't.
Both crack and coke affect the heart, so if you've got any heart problems or if your family has a history of heart problems don't even think about doing either.
In short: For god sake don't do crack. Coke's better, but if I were you I'd stick to weed and alcohol. Both are less harmful to your body and just as fun as coke (in my opinion)

I'm 19, never had a girlfriend, and am perfectly happy without one. I wouldn't mind having one but it's not something I'm all that bothered about. Like Nallie said, you need to love yourself in order to be happy.

She'll get over it. I'm guessing this was the first time she had alcohol? She thinks drinking's "cool" at the moment. She'll either forget about it after a while or get really drunk, do something she regrets and/or feel like absolute crap in the morning and learn the hard way. Until one of those happens there's probably not a lot you can do.
If it makes you feel any better I'll tell you my drinking story (and if you don't like my other advice you can always scare your friend a bit with it). A while ago I drank 2 or 3 bottles (I'm not clear on the exact amount) of homemade wine. I ended up lying on my friend's patio, soaked with water (the water was there to clean up the vomit), barely able to move and completely unable to control my bladder. I haven't touched wine since the day I peed on my mobile phone.

If you're using windows xp you might be able to fix this. As soon as you turn the computer on, press F8 repeatedly until you get to a menu. Select safe mode. If windows loads you can use system restore to roll back to a previous restore point.
If windows doesn't load or if you're not using xp then you'll need to reinstall windows. You should have either a windows cd or a factory reset cd that came with your computer. Use that.

how do you get rid of adware.qoolaid w/o downloading any other programs? I have Norton Antivirus which did show the Qoolaid thing but I heard even that doesn't pick up on everything. (link)

If you're getting rid of spyware you're better off getting a program that does it for you. I've used adaware before and would recommend it. Spybot, search and destroy's supposed to be good too.

Okay so Idk what is wrong with me. Like Im convinced bad things are going to happen to me.
like when I'm 16 I cant get my license but i think to the future and picture myself getting into a car accident and like i actualy believe that this is going to happen to me.
And i read a story in seventeen magazine about a women getting murdered in her house and i think to myself oh that will prob. happen to me. like im convinced that something bad is going to happen. Like every bad situation I hear I make myself think its going to happen. Idk why but I dont think its healthy, and i freak myself out. Like I seriously think im going to prob. die in a car accident when i can drive.

I wouldn't say you had OCD. OCD involves rituals (e.g. if i don't wash my hands 10 times my family will die). I would say you're pretty anxious though. I would recommend that you speak to someone about this (a parent or doctor) who might be able to give you some more advice. Also, some relaxation exercises may help (i found some here http://www.hws.edu/studentlife/resources/counseling/relax.asp, you can probably find more on google).

whenever i want to play a game on my computer that requires macromedia shockwave player, it doesnt go on at first, but then a screen comes up saying it is downloading it. after a few seconds though, a thing comes up that says "network error. please check your internet connection and try again" and then i can never play the game. my internet is working though, so i dont know why it says i have no internet connection. it has also said i have no internet connection with some other stuff that i have tried to download off of the internet. i don't know why it's saying this, because i am on internet explorer. is there any way to fix this? thanks. ok well my msn 7.5 wont turn on only 5.0 works... i used to have 7.0 but when 7.5 came out i downloaded that one and it deleted my 7.0... so now i dont have 7.0 or 7.5.. and its really frustrating because now i cant have a display picture or anything.... when i try and sign in on the 7.5 it says that the service is temorarily un availible or something about trouble shoot...its been like that for a month or so now... ive uninstalled it and reinstalled it a bunch of times and when i try and download 7.0 again you cant because it isnt the latest version

Yes you can. I use Intervidio WinDVD Creator but most modern cd burning software should do it. I would recommend Nero burning burning ROM.
A word of warning, downloading full films and doing this is illegal but if you're talking about burning home movies or something you should be fine.

I have a question on MSN i removed the newer version of msn off my computer and then i thought it was all said and done and then someone said hey to me on the older version of msn and I can't find the icon or toolbar for MSN anywhere on my computer. Its not on the add or remove programs list either. Has anyone else had this problem or can someone help me please? The 2 guys (the symbol of msn) is on top of my internet explorer) and i no longer want this. I just want the new version. Thats it.

By the older version I assume you mean windows messenger. I don't think you can remove it but you can stop it from running. Find windows messenger on the start menu. Open it up, click on your name then click personal settings. On the preferences tab unckeck the "Run windows messenger when windows starts" box. click ok, sign out and you're done.

in computer terms a cache is a type of temporary storage. Your computer's cache stores information about whatever program you're running. Cache memory usually runs at a higher speed than a hard disk so that this information can be accessed quickly.
Yahoo's cache is a copy of the web page stored on yahoo's server. It's useful if the page doesn't work as you can still access yahoo's copy.

Ok, well my one cat Oreo is afraid of everything! No lie. She is afraid of my parents, my sister, TVs, lights, windows, refrigerators, the only thing she isn't scared abotu is me. She spends most of her day aroudn me, and if i go somewhere she'll follow. When I'm at school my mom says she is frightened to death and spends all day until i come home, in my oom under the covers. I don't know what to do, I feel really bad for her. We got her when she was a kitten so she never was abused. WE don't know why she does this. Should I make her face her fears so she can be more comfortable aroudn the house? When she is in my arms she feels very safe and protected ( if i make her face her fears i don't want er to be afraid of me also!) Please help me, and my cat.. ? (link)

Your mum should try and coax her out from under the covers with a cat treat or toy. Also get your mum be the one that feeds her every now and then. When oreo's with you your mum should try stroking her (let her get away if she's scared). Hopefully this'll do some good.
