if you have a perm or have had a perm, and it still curls when its wet. then scrunch it when its wet, style it, then use a lot of hiar spray. that will make it scrunch and stay. im not sure the other way.

hmm...first of all, i think matthew is a little jealous. and i dont kno how you could tell him taht you dont like him. he probly kinda caught on after he found out that chris spent the night. you could just say, i'm not sure if i like you any more because you dont show affection and you talk bout how hott my friends are all the time and never say that you like me. sounds like you are more interested in them.

mind you, im 18 years old.. and my guy friend is upset because awhile back ago his girlfriend broke up with him. hes become suicidal and everything, and i was always the one he can come talk to about all of his problems. well, recently, he got really upset with the girl, so he wanted to me IM her and tell her that im going to beat her up. i told him no, because im not going to beat her up if it has nothing to do with me. thats immature. everything about it. so he makes a fake sn and IM's her pretending to be me and talks a whole bunch of bullshit. which pissed me off when i found out, but i said nothing to him. anyway, the girl IM's me under my real sn and i told her i didnt say any of that shit. so now, my guy friend called me a "bitch" and said that he thought he could trust me. im pissed, but not really.. in any other situation, if someone calls me a bitch, theyre gettin beat the fuck up.. but hes my friend, so how should i go about this situation? You see, I used to go down to my cousins house and I would stay the night there because one of his friends moved in with him because his mom is a crazy bitch, so he was like and adopted cousin. But now my cousin still lives at home and my adopted cousin moved out with his girlfriend, who is really nice and all, but now i barely see him. I used to be able to call him on my cell phone because he had a cell phone, and my home phone cant get long distance, BUT NOW my damn phone is turned off because my dad had a cell phone and he used his ALOT so the bill was like $400 so now he has to pay this, or i cant call him, so now i feel bad about not calling him, or even going down there. I cant go down there becaue of my knee sugery i had recentally. I just love my adopted family members so much and now i cant even see them or talk to them....WHAT SHOUD I DO (link)

I have really bad split ends but my mom doesnt have time to take me to get my hair cut and she wont have time till like October or November. I scrunch my hair now so you cant tell I have splint ends...is there anything I can do to make it less visible until I cut it? Thanks!!

i dont really think there is anythign you could do. you could try a cute bun to hide the split ins, first just put it in a pony tail and on the last loop, keep the little loop thing.

My father is the closest person outside of my house family to me. I love him very much but all of a sudden he has developed a mental illness and doesn't remember me. Sometimes when I walk into the room to visit him he shouts things like "Killer!" and "Why did you have to hurt my leg Barbara?" although that is not at all my name. I'm not sure if there is a way to help him remember me, but it's hard to cope with the pain of him thinking that I have hurt him in the past. What should I do? (link)

you cant really do anythign to help him get his memory back, but you can try wearing the same thing or something that he might remember that he can recognize you by. mayb a bracelet or sumthin...and jsut tell him im your daughter or sumthin.

do some crunches and get on all fours, then lift one leg at a time in the air, and hold it for like 10 seconds. this firms the thighs and tones ur butt...it will look like it shrank but it just got toned and firmer.

you can still eat the foods you like, just eat smaller portions.you should start eating more healthy foods too though. start out with fruits and stuff...when you come home form school or w/e,just dont pick up anything in site...try some low fat yogurt or bannanas or sumthin
