When my sister tried to dye her hair a darker shade of brown from a box like that, it turned out to be like the color of uran. Or applejuice. But, they are sometimes marked wrong, so i would recomend going to a salon, and getting it proffesionally done.

well i'd say go to pacsun..buy a few cute tees and belts. then go to forever 21, buy some nice skinny jeans (regular jeans will work to) and put leg warmers over them. and maybe a little jacket over your shirt, and balet flats. its extra cute, but some people think its weird. but you have your very own style that you are known for, which i think is pretty cool. By the way, those stores are pretty good priced. i don't know what other kind of clothes you own except for jeans and shirts, so i would need more info to get combinations for things you already have. Delias also has cheap but cute stuff!

It works for me whenever i accidentally choke on water or my spit or something, then once i finish choking [lol] i always get them. Or you could chug some water, then breathe in really fast right after. That usually helps me. Hope i helped!

There probably just jealous of you, because you're the one who's not afraid to be yourself, and go opposite of the crowd. They are probably too afraid of getting in or out of a certain clique, when you're not. Plus, you're the one that gets to spend all of this time with the guys, that all of those girls are probably intimidated by. If you're like at another dance again, and they tell you 'oh who would wanna dance with you', just tell her off or something. Be like 'Well who are you dancing with? Oh wait, nobody would wanna dance with such a slutty skank bitch like you.' That might help a little. Just don't change because they are riding you about it. Just come up with stuff, to show them that you don't care about their little comments. They're just rude little girls who have nothing better to do with their lifes. they really need to get one. My mom used to tell me that if someone picks on you, its most likely that they have low self asteem, and makes them feel better to tear people down. I started talking to this boy on AIM one day(about 2 years ago). he is a year older then me (im 13). he had a girlfriend when we started talking but i think i got in the way and they eventually broke up. he lived in a different state then me, but he is my best friend. I love him. I really do. Sometimes you love a person for their looks or how they kiss you. but ive never met him, so i know its honest to god love.a few months ago we stopped talking for about a month in a half, and now we are back to the way it was before. we call each other like 3 times a day and stuff. but over christmas and winter break (now) we have barely said a word to each other. he has no more texts this month and he wont really answer my calls. but everytime he does answer them he tells me he is with a friend or he is busy or something. Your only 13! I can see how you think you might think your in love, but he could just be playing you. By that, I mean that he could just be telling you what you wanna hear. I have tried it multiple times, and nothing has happened. But I do remember doing that on the last night of a camp one time. That whole night, it sounded like a branch or a coat hanger was scratching at the window. And noises coming from the bathroom. I could not get to sleep at ALL! The counselers said it was just my imagination, others said it really was bloodyMary, others said it was the "camp ghost". Who knows? Also, i read in some world record book or something like that (not the guiness one) or maybe ripley's beleive it or not, it was talking about thw worst cases of bloodymary. Like it showed pictures and everything. It said that, if you spin around 3 times, and say her name within each spin, she will appear. These people said that as soon as they were finished, they saw her face appear and say "you will regret this" and blood started to shoot out of their bodies, and blisters formed all over them. Brutal, i know. But those pictures were probably fake, if not from a different case. I personally don't think this is true anymore. When i was in about 5th grade, i still beleived in it. But now, I don't have anything to worry about, and neither do you. Its just some stupid story someone made up, that got carried away. hope I helped! Don't forget to rate!

so, i became a vegetarian last year for my new years resolution. the reason that i did was to lose weight. ive never actually been at all overweight or anything, but im very tall. im in the 7th grade and im 5'5 and a half. i weigh more than all my friends and still think of myself as fat. some of my friends get annoyed when i call myself fat, so they start saying 'yeah, omg jennas soooo fat!' and they dont realize how much it depresses me and makes me want to go anorexic. also, this guy that i really lik called me fat once, but i know he was just kidding b/c he doesnt know how to flirt. i used to have a kind of eating disorder b/c id skip many meals but still eat so it wasnt anorexic. i keep wanting to go back to that. i get plenty of excersice [i do track and cheerleading] but still have tummy and thigh fat and some days i get so depressed and just want to cry all day. one time at school, i actually cried all 5th period in the bathroom.

First all, you didn't specify your weight, so i don't really know if your maybe a little overweight, or average, or maybe even underweight. Almost every girl i know, including me, worries about their weight. I can see how your friends could get annoyed by that. Some of my friends keep saying things such as "nobody in this group likes me, i'm such a loner, your my only friend" and sometimes i just get so fed up with it, i just go yeah you are! or something like that. I feel horrible after i did that, but i just tell her that i need her to stop saying that, when the fact is that she does have a lot of friends. The same case is with you. If you happen to express 1 particular thing, quite often, people will get annoyed with you. Maybe tell your friends that when they do that, it really hurts your feelings, or makes you feel depressed. Then if a guy says that, he is probably expecting a laughing reaction to it. So you could just keep a straight face, and go "not funny" and maybe just walk away, or act annoyed.
The running should help your thighs stay toned. Do crunches, those really get rid of fat. They might not be the most preferrable option, but they really work the best. If you have some love handles (fat that goes over your pants, around the waist area) do side crunches.
Get in the regular "crunch" position, then drop your knees to one side, do about 25-30 then switch sides. You are perfet the way you are. There is no need to change yourself. Hope I helped! Don't Forget to rate!

So, I really like this guy named Jason. But there are many things that make it seem like it couldn't work. At the beginning of the year, i went out with his best friend, James. Also, he calls me and my friend slut #1 and slut #2. but i think its just a joke. And he makes up these 'episodes' of me and teryn [slut #1] being lesbians and all this other stuff. Your only in 7th grade, you have plenty of time to find a good guy. Alot of guys especially in middle school are verrry perverted. If you ask me, seventh graders should not be going out yet, i'd say about eighth grade would be a good time to start. But anywho, he doesn't seem like a nice guy, so if you are going to date, choose a nice guy. Maybe you've had an encounter with him, to were he was really nice or something, and you just can't get over the guy he was THEN! Think of all the mean things he's done to you, would you really wanna date a guy like him? I sure wouldn't, especially if he's gonna treat you like crap. Imagine what he would do to you if you guys dated. Because then he would know that even though he was mean to you, you still went out with him. So he could just treat you worse if he really wanted to. He could also only do those things because thats his way of flirting or something. Some guys are like that, they just don't know how to express there feelings in any other way. I had the same thing when i had braces. Use listerine everytime before/after you brush. You can even use it more if you want. You could also ask your orthodontist/dentist if they could prescribe you some medicated mouthwash. I don't remember what its called, but that also works really good. Get one of those pick things, and make sure every time after you eat, to go through each bracket, and clean all the food and plaque out. Hope I helped. Don't forget to rate!
