OK, i am kind of short, like 5'1 or something(if that much) and i weigh 95 pounds. I know that's not overweight, but i have this stupid little pouch thingy and it makes me feel fat. How do i get rid of that wothout dramatic weight loss? Just exercise? (link)

since its not like dramatic work outs. just do sit ups. 100-200 a day. they work reallllllllyyyyy good. hope i helped =]

haha me too. okay so after searching liek everywhere for a dress i ended up finding one at jcpennies. it was a simple, cute black dress. they have a WHOLE bunch of styles etc. to choose from and plus the prices are low. so try looking there. other places are like macys etc. they have some nice stuff. look around, youll deff find something.

heres the deal , I'm overweight! I really really need help: I want to lose 20-40 pounds in 4 monthes but theres problems. I never feel like excercizing or running or anything! I always want to eat and I think of going on a crash diet and I know its wrong and I will never make it but I really want to get skinny. I'm going to visit my family and I want to be skinnier. Everyone always make fun of me and when they see me with my friends ,I seem 10x fatter than them! I need help fast!! + if you know , what pills do you reccommend? I'm only like 13 and I'm going to turn 14 in about 5 monthes and I don't want anything to harm me but I need to lose weight! (link)

-okay okay okay. haha. alright. firstly i know the crash dieght really sounds like it will work but umm yeah it can be really bad for you. so just eat healthy. that means no sodas, or sports drinks. just drink water. like 8 glasses a day (its really good for your plus its good for your skin) and that also means no junk food. eat fruits, lean meats, vegetables, and stuff like that. just healthy. and dont eat for fun. just eat if your hungry. okay so for losing weight... you REALLY have to get motivated to work out because thats pretty much one of the only ways to lose weight.
-in the morning or after noons run. like a mile or so. and if you cant run it all thats fine walk when you have to. but try to push yourself to run further without stopping because it will get easier as time goes on. remember to stretch before you run and make sure your wearing the right type of clothes, sweat pants or like.. work out shorts && shirts and a sports bra. and running sneakers.
alright..
-then do push ups about 20 a day. do them right, make sure your not like "cheating" or w.e.
-joining sports and stuff are really good for you too
-sit ups are awsome. trust me. do 100 a day. i know it sounds liek a lot but if you want to loose weight fast... okay and then start upgrading to like 200 etc.
-leg exercises can be found in google. just type in leg exercises. ha.
-if sit ups are way to hard for you, then try crunches. but you wont get the results as fast as you want.
-if you can go to walmart or sports authority and get this thing called the cross crunch. it is meant for getting abs. just read the directions on the back if you buy it =]
-a member ship to the gym is also really good. again make sure you have the proper work out clothing and make sure you have water with you. if you need help with the equipment ask some one who works there for help because they know what there doing.
remember to make sure you wear your hair up and stuff to keep it out of your face.

umm i dont know any other like scary ones but just to let you know if you haven't read Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson you should because it was really good and pretty much goes thro everything that a teenager experiences. i don't really like to read but i had to read for like la or w.e. and i read this book and omgg soo good =]

Is there such a thing as being scared that you're too skinny? I don't want to say anything, although I bring it up to my mom sometimes, but I know if I said this my friends would flip out and say "what is wrong with you, why are you rubbing it in?" etc. Also, people always comment that I look skinnier than the last time they saw me!! and yes, I know it is a good thing but I see some girls who are just anorexic-looking and very unattractive in my eyes and I am afraid that I look like them.
I dance once a week for 4 hours, and I have swim practice every other day and meets on Fridays. I am very busy, although I don't play many sports, but I feel like I'm in OK shape. But I often just don't feel hungry and I eat when I am hungry(but eat a lot of junk food...i'm trying to eat less).
I feel pretty, but my skin is very pale, I have dark circles and I sometimes feel too skinny, although half the time i am perfectly satisfied. I never feel fat or anything.
Thanks soo much for the help, I guess what I'm asking is, do other people worry about this?
is it normal?
and what can I do to be healthier-looking?
(i always tend to look tired).

okay so alot of adults complain about my weight saying that im too skinny when my docter says that im PERFECT weight (5'3 and 102 pounds). thing is dont listen to them, if you doctor says your fine, then you should believe them.
okay yeah its normal other people worry about it. ha.
o make you look healthier you can work out. it will make you look toned and physically fit. try running for like 20 min, look up on google for leg exercise, push ups, and sit ups (try doing 100-200 a day you'll get abs pretty fast =]).
drinking 8 glasses of water a day is really really healthy for you and will help with you bags & will make skin healtheir. =] also for your bags try putting two spoons in the freezer for the night and in the morn but them on your eyes for a while. or try cold tea bags. i saw in like macys or something some lotion thats suppose to get rid of bags. but its expensive. and umm. cover up might hide them.
for your skin like for how pail it is... in the summer tan a lot or try to be outside alot (make sure you wear sun tanning lotion) or try lotions that are ment for making you tan. you can find them at pretty much any type of drugstore place or like walmart etc. or try spray tanning =]

I usually just wear band shirts and jeans...studded belt or checkers. i have black hair but its natuarally dirty blond...

umm okay go with your natural hair because guys like girls who do things natural. =] just go to a drug store or shoprite or something and get dye thats your natural color and dye your hair back to it. if you dont like the color of your natural hair then do like light brunete or something.

in the middle of may i am going on a trip with my school to boston.
in the hotel were staying in there will b a jacuzzi and pools & stuff.
im not overweight,but i look like i am.im 5"2' and 116 pounds.
i hate the way i look.
i need some exercises that will help me lose weight and get some abs.i also want thinner legs cuz mine are huge.
food ideas would also help.
please foods that are inexpensive & taste good ut nutritional at the same time.
ps i dont really like fruit alot.

umm well theres soo much you can do im just ganna list it;
-sit ups (do 100-200 a day)
-run like a mile a day
-get a membership to the gym
-drink 8 glasses of water a day
-eat healthy like fruits vegtables. ect.
-push ups at least 25
-squats
-crunches

its just when i got my first kiss it felt sooo wierd... and gross too. like his lips (i am a girl btw) felt huge even though they werent, and kind of wet and VERY squishy. it was just gross. idk. are all kisses squishy? oh ya it was just like 5 or 6 pecks in a row, and sometimes our lips will stay touching two three seconds.
and please dont tell me that its really what you feel for the guy that makes a kiss good (i didnt feel anything for him, although he really liked me)i am really talking about the physical traits of a kiss, not emotional ones.

So.. i took about 6 or 7 asprin..that were 500mg each. Is that bad? Could that hurt me? And ever since then, my stomach has been hurting pretty bad every time i eat something..or even when i don't. well your suppose to only take one or two depending on what your age ect. look over the asprin box and read the party were it tells you how much to take ect. tell your parents too.
&& if it gets really bad then you could always go to the doctor.
it might not be that tho, you might just have stomach pains or a stomach ache, ect. tell your parents tho, just to be on the safe side.

My worst fear EVER is throwing up. I can't listen to it or see someone throw up, or throw up myself without crying. And whenever someone feels sick I avoid them. My brother has been in the bathroom throwing up for about a half hour now and I locked myself in my room and started crying my eyes out. I am 13! I thought if you face your fears you can get over them, but when I throw up myself and face it, it doesn't help, just makes me scared I'll throw up again and I refuse to eat for the rest of the day. you can get help for it and get over the fear or what ever.
try going out of the house when your brothers throwing up or something. like. take a walk and get away from it, you know? try not to think about it either. that might help.

im 13 and weight 220 pounds and i dont like it!Its all in my stomach and im fat!! Im thinking i can just drink water and get full on that but cant u get sick by doing that, i dont want to eat i only want to eat a VERY lil but not nothing.. so if i drink alot of water and like a slice of bread for breackfast and a lil lunch and dinner would i lose weighted also exersizing (link)

umm just eat three avarage sized meals a day. make sure they are HEALTHY. water is really good for loosing weight. like.... 8 glasses a day. okay i suggest doing a sport or something. that will help you alot. and since you said your big, the weight should come off relatively fast if you eat healthy and work out. towards the ends its ganna get harder because that the hardest to loose (the weight at the end) but just keep working out and stuff.
okay heres some ideas:
-run (for like as long as you can then start to increase remember to stretch before you do it tho)
-sit ups. work like a charm. i did 100 a day and it worked AWSOME. if you cant do that much start with a number more comftorable with you.
-crunches
join the ymca. that would be awsome because they have so much stuff.
go to google and type how to loose weight. sooo many links will pop up.
