Q: I am 17, female. My best friend is 17 and male. I have known him for nine years, we met in third grade. We were each other's pretty much best friend. I can go to him with anything, I have no problem telling him what I feel I can't say to other's because he will never judge me. He tells me a lot of his problems, too. When I text him upset, he can tell and he asks immediately what is wrong, and vice versa. He struggles with very low confidence because he has a brother who, in his eyes, is perfect and he can't measure up. So, I have to pretty much tell him everyday how great he really is or else he would get upset. He sings and plays guitar, he knows I love his singing voice, so when I ask, he sings for me. We are going to Europe for a music trip in three weeks together and my science teacher is being the biggest douschebag, while my friend is in AP Physics and I am in Chemistry, I had asked him if he could help me get ahead in Chem so I wouldn't be behind when we get back, he said he can try and we stayed after for 2 hours going over Chemistry work, after everything was finished he asked if I understood and I replied that I was so, so. He went over more things with me to help me better understand and he promised we won't leave until I am pro at Chemistry, even though his dad was home from the UK after being away for 2 weeks, he still stayed with me and drove me home after. My friends all say he loves me, his friends say I love him. I think we are both just great friends. A random person came up to me in the hallway after my friend put a cat sticker on my locker and gave me my favorite flavor jolly rancher and said "God, just date already, oh wait, everybody knows you two love each other except you two." Again, we think we are great friends. I reinforced that idea to everybody today when about 12 people felt the need to tell me he was with another girl at a music festival. When I asked my friend about it, jokingly, he didn't give me a straight forward answer which gave everybody reason to again, believe that he is "trying to make me jealous" or he realized he "cant be with me so he's 'settling'"

From an outsider, what do you think? Are we just friends? Thanks! Sorry if it's unorganized and the ideas are everywhere, I just typed what I thought. Thanks again!

so you don't have feelings toward him i am assuming? well... the problem with this equation is everyone assumes that when girls and guys are friends they aren't... "friends" even no matter how much you protest it. But when people say that don't let it bother you that can actually distance your friendship... but also from what it seems he might like you... i'm not going to lie. avoiding talking about hanging out with another girl is a sign of that but then again he could have avoided it because he might think YOU like him... just sit down and talk about it.

Im going to try to make this short so here it goes. I had a fling with a guy who had a girlfriend of about 5 years last year. We went to the same college in pennsylvania. I lived in Pa and he lived in Ohio which was where his girlfriend lived and went to school. It was more then a fling though, we spent everyday together and I believe we both fell in love with one another. It turns out that we were transferring to different colleges our junior year (which is this current year) and we both cried and he said he would visit me since he was not willing to try a long distance relationship with me which I was willing to do. He never visited in the summer like he promised yet we texted all the time (he didnt break up with his girlfriend until the end of the summer) through the school year this year we've been texting still and once again he has promised to see me about 3 times and never came which got me upset because I still loved him and wanted to see him. He claimed he didnt have enough money and that he couldnt see me in the summer because he still had a girlfriend at the time.He texts me that he misses me and thinks about me yet he dosent do anything about it. Well, I met a guy through the guy from ohio at our campus named drew. We hung out over winter break and we ended up having a crush on each other. It turns out I found out that he liked me for about a year. He transferred to the ohio school that the guy from ohio transferred too, plus their roommates. drew has voiced to me that he wants me to be his girlfriend in the future so possibly in the summer we will make it offical and he is willing to make the long distance relationship work where as the guy from ohio was not willing to do. I realized that the guy from ohio was a jerk yet I still love him and probably always will he kind of is to be the guy that got away even though he was a jerk to me. So to move on, I deleted him from my friends on facebook and his number so I can forget him. After I deleted him about 15 minutes later i gt a message on facebook from the guy from ohio saying: Hey, I was going to text but I remembered you got a new phone, but listen just wanted to say I think about you a lot and it still bugs me how I think you view me or us. I'll never try to come between you or drew and you don't have to answer me back I just wanted to say that to make me feel better. The "make me feel better part" really got me like what a jerk. And he did not even have to say that i mean he did not want to try to do a relationship with me and what he just told me did not really need to be said ya know? plus he is kind of interfering with me and drews relationship. I like Drew he is such a sweet guy but I still think about the guy from ohio because I loved him and he always comes in and out of my life. Should I respond or not say anything? did i do the right thing because if he "thought about me alot" he would come and try to visit me right?like what did that note mean? Thanks!

seriously, you got something most girls dream of... A GOOD GUY. So as to the other guy who in the first place never loved you or cared about you enough to leave his girl (because if he did he would have dumped her from the beginning) fuck him. he isn't even worth caring or thinking about it. don't respond. block him from facebook and anything else that he can contact you from and move on. Because you even still thinking about him while you have a new guy he cares about you way more then the old one.. is stupid. and don't use "love" as an excuse because he didn't love you.

LMFAO. Sweetheart, your wetness shouldnt gross him out. it's a way to tell him how hot he makes you and how much you want him. if anything it will be a turn on for him, just be like "heads up, i get really wet ;)" in a jokeful way. You are being honest and avoiding an awkward feeling to whether or not he finds it gross.

just because you have gay sex doesnt mean you get hiv. but always get tested for sexual disease because no matter what orientation you can get AIDS, Herpes, and other STDS.

Q: I'm stuck between picking two people that I really care about. One is a guy I was in a relationship with for a year and a half and am madly in love with, but we've been broken up for almost 2 months. We broke up bc we had many problems in our relationship but the break up helped us realized how much we love each other, and will do anything to make it work. The other guy is one that I started dating after the break up. Normally I couldnt move on that fast, but something about this guy helped all the problems in the world fade away. I had an amazing month with him, and he's just like me. I know its probably bc its new and exciting but I stopped talking to him 2 weeks ago bc I wanted to make things work with my ex. Now that Im making things work with my ex I cant stop thinking about the other guy and it confuses me. I love my ex but I love what I had with this other guy. Im afraid if I got with this other guy things would be good but its nothing something that would last forever...I know if i stay with my ex it will last forever. This other guy brings out the best(confidence, fun, etc) in me while my ex brings out the worst(jealousy, insecurity, etc). What would you do?

you say "forever" but the problem when it comes to love there is no "forever". do you know how many people are together for almost 10-30 years randomly divorce after one figures out it wasn't love or just plain old falls out of "love"? You may "love" your ex but let's face it, if you are thinking about another guy and allowed yourself to move on that quick, that's not real love. Someone in love wouldn't allow themselves to think about other people and it would have been WAY to hard to move on. You can try working out with your ex but if you do apologize to that other guy because if you were going to run back to your ex the whole time THERE IS NO REASON another person's heart should have gotten dragged up in your relationship problems.

Q: I have a crush on this guy that my friends told me about. He's not in any of my classes so it's hard to ever see him. I have never met him, but my friends tell me that we have similar interests and I would actually LOVE to meet him. I'm on the shy side and I heard he is like that too. In what ways can I approach him? My friends don't really hang out with him so it's hard. What should I do? I really really want to meet him and capture his attention.

I'm sorry but this is funny to me. you have never met the guy, only heard of him... and you like him? Sweetie, you said you're a junior which means you are 16-17 and you should know how stupid that sounds, i mean if you were 13 i'd be a little less harsh but really you know NOTHING about this guy. For all you know your friends could have also just HEARD the things they were telling you or even exaggerating what they know or plain old making it up. Meet the boy yourself and talk to him. and then maybe you can call him a "crush".

long distance relationships are hard but that's not the point. He ISN'T OVER HIS EX. Keep that in mind, as in... even if he did like you, you're just a REBOUND. And obviously not worthy enough to distract him from his ex. Forget it, he isn't even worth it. You will just get played.

Q: So when ever I shave I get painful, red bumps. My mom says they are infected hair follicles. Sometimes they don't go away for a week and are able to pop like zits. I've tried topic creams and tea tree oil but they don't help. My pubic hair also grows out to an annoying itchy length after just one day when I shave. Waxing takes far to much time and I get less shaving bumps, but still get a few. When I wax, it does come back slower. I have to heat the wax in the microwave & I feel awkward doing that because I live with my parents. I'm 18, a senior in high school.
I shave all my pubic hair & leg hair off about once a week and I use Aveeno shaving cream or Aveeno's moisturizing bar to shave with.
So besides my Venus Embrace razor and my Moom Hair Removal Kit With Tea Tree Oil (waxing kit), what can I do to get better results? Is there a different product that works? My friend, a female at my high school, said that mens razors work better. Is that true?

i use that blue venus razor and its alright but sometimes i get these little things that look like blackheads which are the hair follicles and i just pop them out and hair doesn't grow back there that being said try like one of those hair removal creams or even have you ever tried using shampoo as shaving cream i know its wierd but it can actually be a better substitue for shaving cream. ACTUALLY if you ever heard of smooth away, it's not a bad product and you can find it at some convience stores like walgreens, cvs, walmart, and target for around 9-13 bucks.

Q: last year I unstailed windows 7 and my mom went a fixed the laptop. now I put windows 8 consumer preview on my laptop and microsoft decided to wait till after I downloaded it to tell me I cant unstaill it and now if I tell my mom she is gonna get super mad at me. is there a way to remove windows 8 consumer preview without reinstalling windows 7 and if theres not please give me some advice on telling my mom about the laptop

your best bet is to tell your mom before she finds out you did it anyway.

when i was your age, my boobs were big too. well... they still are unfortunately and the bigger they are the fatter you look. and i was a child of drug-abuse and other stuff and also was made fun of, with divorcee parents. with this being said, you're pretty much me when i was your age. you need to learn what i call the "no-fucks-given" disorder. don;t let how other people see you bother you. because now that i have graduated school, you really do learn THOSE PEOPLE DON'T MATTER. Infact half of them will be nothing. Just focus on you, loving and finding yourself. Cause you is the only person you can trust.

you're stupid. he is using you. now nobody else may say this to you but you need to hear it. this guy knows you will do ANYTHING for him and that you will always be there to hook up with him. you are a sidechick. nothing more. he is usuing you and will never have a real relationship with you unless he has no other choices because not only does he like to be in relationships but he like to cheat. Stop talking to the guy, and find somebody that won't make you nothing but a second option and will actually will treat you like a queen because that guy is not it, and he might even be bragging to other guys about how you are his "little backup girl".

Q: so I had very lengthy hair in the 3rd and 4Th grade but now am in the 10th and my hair is really short and doesn't look like it wants to grow I am 14.I really wish I had long hair. I am from the Bahamas.

actually there is stuff you can do to make your hair grow. For one thing do you perm your hair? if so you can always try what many girls and MYSELF did. which is cut it. for a couple of months, my hair was so short i hated so i just wore wigs and didn't bother taking care of my hair, even dyed it... bad mistake. my hair dreaded up and had to be cut amber rose short. but i benefitted from it. it took all the chemicals that had been in my hair from perming out, allowing my hair to grow. So for a little bit over 8 months i wore wigs and extensions and got a sow-in weave... my hair was to my shoulders again.
of course, this is a way to make it grow for the chemically ruined hair. you can always just get a sow-in weave which means you can have any length of hair you want while your real hair is in braids that actually helps it grow believe it or not.

Q: I'm looking for a good powder. The one I loved and used was recently discontinued :/ The thing is, it needs to be sheer and smooth enough to act as a good setting powder, but have just enough coverage to be able to use on its own. I was thinking MAC, but the MSF naturals are way too sheer & provides almost no coverage, and the studio fix powder is too heavy to use as a setting powder without looking cakey.
The only one that seems like it may be a good match is the Chanel Double Perfection powder but I would reallyyyy prefer a less expensive alternative if anyone knows of a good one?

uhm as much as i'd like to helpy you each skin is different and it really depends on your own foundation maybe even concealer routine and the oul of your skin. you best bet is to experiment and buy some makeup to try out. and see what works for you.

depends... if your a virgin the first time may hurt, it doesn't for everyone. And if its been a long time since you had sex, or the dick that is going inside is much bigger then your use to... it could also possibly hurt. or even depending on your partner and the sexual positions your using or even the hole he's thrusting. so yes, sex CAN hurt.

Q: How do you write a song like how do you find tunes for singing like YOU personally.

you just write, get a piece of paper and just write maybe after some motivation hits. If you need to practice take some tunes that you really relate to alright or you always felt could use a little changing and write your own version it's good practice for many songwriters.
