Grab some friends, grab some junk food and have a night of pigging out and having fun with your friends!!!!! it usually mends a broken heart!!! try to forget about him(though it might not be easy)...your obviously too good for him anyways!!!

if i start running everyday for like a hour or so will that trim like my stomach down too or just my legs?
i want to get toned but i don't know what to do about my stomach because i got my belly button peirced recently and i'm not comfortable with crunches yet.

yeah running can help burn fat but i heard that it isnt good to run but is better to just walk for like 20 mins a day because it burns fat and running gives you weak ankles in the future.

well what i did when my ohone went through the wash, was i turned off the phone and took the battery out and let it dry out for a couple of days and then it worked fine. but since u cant turn off the ohone i guess just take the battery out. thats what everyone usually does when they get water in their phone!

I am sixteen and I have never even been kissed or had a bf... Is that normal? I am super shy ... like once i get comfortable with someone I'm not shy around them anymore, but if I don't know you you probably think I don't talk .. at all. It is especially bad around guys... I never say anything for risk of sounding stupid. I am very insecure and such. Also, my best friend is super beautiful, smart, outgoing, ect... and it seems that guys always go for her...And people who are far more shy then me and are kind of 'less popular' than me(even tho I fealt horrible saying that) have boyfriends and such... what is wrong with me??? I was just wondering if anyone had any advice... I know.. just be more outgoing, talk to people, step outside your comfort zone... I've heard that all before, but it never helps me any! I just feel like the only one who has never been kissed or even had a boyfriend! Please Help with ANY Advice! (link)

Sweetie its normal, i have a friend who is 18 and has never had a bf or kissed a guy! also one thing don't ever change just to get a guy.. someone will like you for the shy girl you are, the only thing you gotta do is wait.. i kno it can be hard sometimes but you cannot lose hope! some guy might even like the fact that he is going to be your first bf.. i am just like you, i am shy until i get to know someone! so dont worry there is nothing wrong with you... let them come to you!!!

i have only gone tanning once in my life and starting next week im going tanning. so i dont really want tan lines so would it be okay if i dont wear a bra in the tanning bed and just a thong? would that be okay or would that be bad? (link)

yeah its okay! most people dont wear anything!
this is soemthing you probably don't want to hear, you should wait till summer comes and the sun tans you, not that the sun is much better but its definitely better then those tannning beds...and those tanning salons make you age more and wrinkle and starts to make your skin look fake...plus tehy can give u a higher risk of cancer!
but if you go, try not to go too much!

well this guy sat next to me last year. we became friends REALLY good friends. He would flirt with me and i could tell he liked me.. all my friends said he deffinatly did.. but i never told him my true feelings because we were such good friends because i didnt want to lose him as a friend if he said he didnt like me (even though i knew he did) so yeah then summer came and i saw him again in september for school. So i could DEFFINATLY tell he was still intrested in me when school start again. He would stare at me alot and we made eye contact a lot. and like 2 or so weeks ago my friend caught him talking to his friend saying he liked me and all this other stuff. And so like 4 days ago before the weekend and she asked him, "do u like(she said my name" and he half smiled and said nope and then my friend was going to leave and he said ,"i know she likes me." well yesterday and today at school been wierd i caught him multiple times looking at me and he seems to be more shy. I think he likes me alot! but then why did he say he didnt? (link)

Ok I've hung out with my older brother's friends for awhile now (he is 25 and his friends range from 21 - 28 i think). Well, I've liked one of them for a couple years now, and they had a new years eve party last night. I ended up staying there, and me and this guy that I've liked slept on the couch together (nothing happened though, just cuddling). After we all left, he sent me a message on facebook and said he had a good time chillin with me and gave me his number. So I gave him mine, and we're texting now. He wants to take me to a movie sometime, and I'm really excited. But the problems are 1) he's 24 and 2) my brother doesn't really like him anymore (some girl issue they had like a year ago). I really want to see where things go with this guy, but my brother would kill me if he knew. He's already told me I shouldn't go out with him and all. Plus, my mom doens't think it's a good idea, cause it might mess up my relationship with my brother. I'm really stuck on this. I really like this guy, but at the same time, I don't want to ruin my relationship with my brother. :/ Help?? (link)

i agree with the person before me family before friends but i don;t think you should let someone ruin a relationship for you. You like the guy and he seems to like you. you should try talking to your brother about it saying you want to try it with him and he should try and be supportive about it. even if the brother knows things about him that you don't, it should be for you to decide whether you like those things or not and let you to experience those things for yourself. and what you won't go out with a guy everytime your brother doesn't like him? it's for you to make that choice. and him being 24 is not a big deal. Its not really a big age difference. So yes usually it is family first but there are some limits.

im getting braces tmrw and im really nervous about it... i hate the orthodontist soooo much and people in my mouth... i'm so nervous im gonna like feel sick while hes putting the braces on, ialways gag when im there and really nervous about it.. how long will putting everything on take? will it hurt a lot? answer everything and give details please if you can! it takes about an hour to put on braces and for meit didn't hurt at all! only later it was a but sore but thats it but even the soreness isnt bad its just feels annoying....but believe me they are totally worth it when us ee the end result!!! good luck!!!

ok, so i know that the new season starts jan.8th but i didn't start watching it until the 3rd season. so for christmas i got all of the first 3 seasons. but i'm a little confused because i started watching the first season today and is the very first episode EVER of oth the one where lucus gets on the b-ball team, and him and nathan start talking/fighting? cause i'm watching the promos for the 5th season and on some of them the say episode 102 which is the first episode i watched today, but on other promos they say the first episode i've watched is the piolt episode. so will someone please tell me what i'm missing!? i don't want to miss ANY episodes!!! please help me and explain wuts goin on!!! thanks! omg i love one tree hill and i can't wait for it to start!!! but to answer your question the one where lucas gets on the basketball team and nathan and him are fighting is the first episode of the series....just follow the seasons that u got for christmas in order and do it a.s.a.p because it starts soon and then everything will make more sense when u watch all the seasons. but the first episode is definetely the one where he gets on the b ball team.

i know my boyfriend masturbates to beautiful girls on the internet, hes even told me. im just crying right now because i looked at the insanely pretty girls he has as his favorites and who he probably masurbates to. im not pretty like them and i never will be, and it just really hurts because i feel like he isnt happy with me and would go with a beautiful girl if he could. we have been together for almost two years, and we have had our issues, but i just feel really low right now. is this normal? do i have anything to worry about? any input or experience like mine is appreciated, especially from a guys point of view! i dont think this is anything to worry about....guys just have certain fantasies just like some girls have their fantasies but it doesnt mean you are ugly and he wishes you looked a victoria secret model and that he is not happy with you. i really dont think this is anything to stress about.
