Hey everyone! So I just made this thing if anyone wants to talk or ask for my advice or what not, I'm not Dr. Phill so don't expect some expert answer but I'll try my best and we'll see how it goes!

Hi can anyone help, I'm 26 yr old male and generally my complexion is ok, a few random minor zits but nothing terrible. However I have 2 reoccuring super spots. They flare up about every 2/3 months in exactly the same place (either side of my chin) and always both together. They start off as hard, sore, lumps under the skin and over a few days they become enflamed and red. Unlike other spots they don't eventually get a 'head' they just eventually die off, usually after 7 - 10 days. I wash with an antibacterial wash twice daily and use 'quinoderm' cream which is effective on most of my smaller spots.

Any ideas would be very gratefully received?

well everytime that time comes around, eat really healthy.. and i mean REALLY healthy! tons of raw or grilled veggies with fruits (make sure the fruits have antioxidants in them, because those will calm your skin down) and stay low on the protein. drink as much water as you can and get plenty of rest.. if that doesn't work, then try a facial cleanser (because it'll dry out the oil there) and follow through with a toner and moisturizer. i'd recommend l'occitane (at their boutiques or at sephora), sheiseido(most major dept stores), or dior(most major dept stores). they're all really good products. dont use that antibacterial stuff either, it doesn't sound too good, also.. try not to touch your face because your hands have oils on them which can irritate your face

ok first of all, being pregnant is a problem NO 15 YEAR OLD SHOULD EVER EVER have to worry about, but since youre kinda stuck in that shit hole, you just gotta try and find a way out. it's better to be safe than sorry, so you really shouldn't be fuck buddies, find out if your pregnant or not and who the frikken dad is if you are. if your not.. great.. but you need to know that these fuck buddies of yours will only screw you over and eventually hurt you emotionally, but thats your choice to accept the truth or learn it yourself.. anyhow, you need to get your head straight before you, if you chose to, make another move

ahhhhhh! dont write him a note! thats the cheesiest thing in the woooorld to do! unless your in like 6th grade cause then its really okay. i used to do that all the time. but anyway, id just start talking to him, but dont keep bugging him after that, make sure he comes to u too bc you dont wanna seem too desperate. guys want what they cant have, so give him just a little taste but just enough to make him curious...good luck

hey well i went tanning last week and on the 3rd day afterwards i would have an itchy like heat rash on my stomache and on the 5th day it was really bad. It was exactly like and alergic reaction. i had to take benadryl to stop the itching. Ive been tanning b4 this during the summer and this never happened to me. I did use a different lotion during the summer tho. Why am i getting this reaction? and its not because they dont clean the beds because i see them clean it and i lay on my back the whole time. What is this from??

it might be your skin telling you thats all it can handle. you dont wanna push your skin, once something happens, stop. skin problems are the worst thing in the world to fix.. i used to tan in beds so much, but im WAY over them, use spray on tans because they wont give you skin cancer and they look gorgeous

1. Does icy cold water really help make your hair shiney?
2. Are there any other techniques that help make your hair shiney?

icy cold water is really good for your hair, but if you rinse it with hot or cold water, you wont be able to tell the difference anyway. lol. if you straighten your hair, use a ceramic straightner, theyre actually good for your hair and make it look shinier, also use a good hair serum like paul mitchell's super skinny serum or biosilk by biolage. redken's antisnap is also great for you hair, you put it in towel tried hair and it prevents most frizzes and conditions hair too!

Ok hi my name is ashlee and im 13 years old. Anyways I really would like to wear makeup and stuff like that but i have a little acne. Its going away now because I just started using my acne medication right. Bad on my part I know. Wouldnt it look bad if there was like little bumps in the makeup though? What is the best foundation or powder that wont cause you to break out? Also, I've noticed alot of people having Coach bags and Gucci bags and dont they cost alot of money? ok first of all, before you wear make up, you need to clear that acne up because once you wear makeup, your putting more chemicals on your face that might react with the acne which will cause even MORE ACNE! u need to have a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer(sp?) all by the same line so they work together. try something like the Dior iod line, theyre new by Dior and theyre make just for younger skin, it's in blue bottles and theyre exclusively at sephora, but if you dont have a sephora close to wear you live, id recommend anything by shiseido (@ major dept stores, theyve been around over 100 yrs and theyre where other makeup companies get their stuff from) or biotherm. make up wise, id stick to, again, shisedio or mac. dior has some great colors, id recommend clinique too, theyve got more down to earth, normal colors. and as far as the bags.. theyre something you should really invest in. especially coach, even though they do cost more than the avg joe purse, its something that will make you look all the more special. the gucci logo bags are really ugly, never get one of those. but a lot of them are fake, but if i were u, id MUCH MUCH MUCH rather have no bag than a fake bag, it'll make you look terribleeee

hey i have little freckles on my face n they r lyke really light so it looks like the skin on my face is dirty or something but i usually wear powder cover up by cover gurl on it and it works really well but it never lasts for a very long time...ive tryed liquid and i hate it it makes me break out..i wanna stick to powder but do any of u know any good brands that stay on long??

try shiseido. they have some amazing products, theyve been around for over 100 years, you can get it at any major department store, there make up is like not really liquid but not really powder, its like that aquasmooth stuff by covergirl, but SO MUCH better! and shiseido is designed for sensitive skin anyway so like, all their stuff is really good, they basically do lots of research and developement stuff and sell their products to other companies like lancome and eeste lauder, so theyre just the best

for stuff like that, you SERIOUSLY need to get it professionally done.. but i guess u could try waxing it, but getting it done would be MUCh better

A friend of mine needs a roommate, and I really want to move in with her because she's got a cool place and I'm sick of living on my own. The problem is that she's got a cat and I'm allergic to cats. The duplex has all hardwood floors and I'd have my own cat-free room, but I'm really nervous about moving in because cats really make me sick. Should I risk it?

My friend has this bad problem with flirting with people and not even realizing that she's flirting with them. For example, she told my boyfriend that she thought he was cute, started giggling, and blushed. My boyfriend was rather...irritated...by this, as he can not stand my friend. Whenever I confront her about it, she swears to God she hasn't flirted. How can I get her to see that she really has a problem with this? if shes truely your bff, she'll be upset for a while and then realize its something she shouldn't dwell over. tell her to think about it this way.. if its osmething she cant help why dwell on it, get over it and be happy and move on with life. a guy isn't everything.. believe me, and explain to her whats going on, she's your bff and thats the least she deserves.

you could try promenade (sp?). but its real thick.. then you could gel it over or spray it.. try to get hair spray with like 'instant freeze' so it'll make it stick within like 10 seconds. fredrick fekkai has some really good stuff.
