It wounds like you're having trouble with the actual design, so if I were you, I would just go with a template. I use http://freesitetemplates.com/ for this. As for music, as long as it's a personal website not selling anything and such, you should be cool with using music. I'm pretty sure music companies don't search thousands of personal unadvertised websites. If they do...oops.

I developed, manufacture and distribute a pool product in South Africa with great success on a small scale and would like to distribute it internationally now. How will I go about finding international distributors giving them sole distributing territorial rights or just sell it myself over the internet, posting the product to anyone anywhere? (link)

Now, I'm no product placement genious, but here's how I would go abut doing it. You would need to create a website, probibly a .com, and advertise your product on tehre. Then Google has ads by google that you could advertise on. If someone sees your product on there and would like rights to it, they would contact you, and there you to. You could also link pool companies to your website, it all depends on the product.

Well, you want to bargin. Start with something outrageously high and they'll go low and then in time you will reach an agreement. OR you could revert to the barter system and get a good amount of fire wood.

Wow, people are rude and made this question a frowny face. But anywho! Ecology is a hard subject, I would reccomend something a little more chiche' and maybe choose a heart. I studied hearts in biology..idk if you did or not. I don't quite know how this project has to go down, so I can help you no more!

Ok well I just started making steady progress with my crush of three years (i.e. talking to him, giving him donuts).
My problem is with my personal feelings. I'm always happy when he's around and stuff but when he leaves, sometimes I get really -depressed-.
For example, for the past three days we've been making up time for auto (we haven't ever had a class before but we had to make up time for the same teacher). We haven't been working together but we've been spending a lot of time in the same room, having conversations with teachers and other students.
Today, he shook the teachers hand to thank him for making up the time, got into his car and left. I got so sad at that moment. I feel so stupid because I know I'll see him next week but I couldn't shake off this awful feeling.
I still feel crappy. This has happened a few times. I wanted him to come back so badly. My friend started getting concerned and I'm getting concerned too because just the act of him leaving was enought to set me off.
Is this normal? I haven't heard of somebody feeling so low just because her crush went home. Is there something mentally wrong with me because I was happy all day and then he left and I'm like :(

There's nothing wrong with you, you just like him a lot. BUT IF YOU BROUGHT HIM DONUTS AND HE DOESN'T EVEN AGNOLEDGE (SPELLED WRONG) YOU THEN THAT'S NOT RIGHT! That's just not right. I know it's hard, but try to substitute him with something, like candy. Works for me!

I'm curious about something. If a person has been a smoker since they've been 12 years old, what long term effects would it have on the person? I'm asking because my friends wife is 54 and has been smoking since she was 12. She smokes about 2 packs a day. I think he is worried about her health. I already know that it has prematurely aged her from the outside. She has a very wrinkled face and horrible black and yellow stained teeth. Also does anyone have any solutions as to how she could quit? I hear it's very hard but possible. (link)

Let's do some math! Each cigerette takes seven minutes off your life. I think there's 30 cigerettes in a pack, so that's 60 cigerettes a day. Which is an average of 1800 cigerettes a month, which is 21600 a year. She's been smoking for 42 years, which is an average total of 907,200 ciggerettes. If each smoke takes seven minutes off your life, that's 6,350,400 minutes, which is 105,840 hours, which is 4410 days, which is 12.25 years. Maybe she's a person who can understand math better than people just telling her to quit. Eh, it's something to try.

yes, i am asking for advice for my cat because im a loser like that and i love her wiht all my heart.
Ok, well my one cat Oreo is afraid of everything! No lie. She is afraid of my parents, my sister, TVs, lights, windows, refrigerators, the only thing she isn't scared abotu is me. She spends most of her day aroudn me, and if i go somewhere she'll follow. When I'm at school my mom says she is frightened to death and spends all day until i come home, in my oom under the covers. I don't know what to do, I feel really bad for her. We got her when she was a kitten so she never was abused. WE don't know why she does this. Should I make her face her fears so she can be more comfortable aroudn the house? When she is in my arms she feels very safe and protected ( if i make her face her fears i don't want er to be afraid of me also!) Please help me, and my cat.. ? (link)

She has to face her fears, like have your mom pet her when you're not home. After she (or he) has gotten used to your mom, take it to the next level and lock her out of your room when you're at school. She'll (or he'll) be scared, but unless you tackle the problem early on, it will just get worse. Just remember to take it slow. Real slow.

I'm running for Vice President of Key Club at my school. In case you are unfamiliar with the Key Club, it's a club that basically goes around helping people, contributing to the community, and all of that good stuff. Anyway, I am running against one other person, a sophmore girl.

I got an offer to start babysitting but I have a probllem. Its really stupid but, Ive seen the commercials to "When A Stranger Calls" the new horror movie about the girl babysitting. Im afraid that when I babysit a) IT WILL HAPPEN.. or b) Ill be too freaked out and the kids will get scared, or I wont be able to take care of them because Im too scared. It will also be my FIRST time babysitting. What can i do to make myself feel safer?! (link)

The same thing happened to me when I saw the movie Titanic. I totally thought I was going to paint a chick nude and hit an iceburg. To get over it, I just realized that it's only a movie. Hollywood can create any type of senario they want, especially when it plays off your fears. Just remember that that movie NEVER happened. (except for the Titanic thing, that did happen)

I'm having a problem connecting to Warez P2P Client (the music download). It takes forever to connect, it doesn't do this all the time only sometimes.
I know there is nothing wrong with my internet connection because I can sign on AIM and use websites, only it takes Warez literally forever to connect. Has this happen to anyone else before, or am I the only one?
Also, if your only advice for me is to download Limewire, please don't even answer it. (link)

It's just the program. Limewire is good because it isn't P2P, but if you don't want to download it, there are other things to do, you could use torrents. http://isohunt.com/

i'm doing a project on ghosts and i need to conclude my essay about the believer's and non-believer's views and i'm a bit stuck for ideas! i've written about a few perspective's but i need a few more.
so for what reasons would a person either believe or not believe in ghosts?

Well, you could end it with a nice, awesome bible verse. Here are a few which mention the word 'spirit' or 'ghost'

^That's more talking about Jesus...but they mention ghosts, which can help.

Recently my sister got a game for her PS2 that let's you sing. I've played it a few times and it got kind of addicting. I've done really good on it and I think I actually kind of have a good voice. My parents and sistre and brother say I have a good voice and so do the rest of my extended family. I think it needs some work. But now I was thinking about it and I want to get someones opinion who will be honest with em about it that's not like in my family or one of my friends. Well, farting is classy. But that's besides the point here. When my dog was gassy, her doctor told me to feed her yogurt. Now, I'm not an expert on gas, but eat a lot of yogurt. It's delicious and helpful!

No. The only thing that will create flash objects is flash. And I wouldn't reccomend it for someone that doesn't know actionscript or have a recent computer.

Ok, well, Limewire ITSELF is legal. It's just a file sharing program. You're suposed to use it to upload files and have your friends download it, that's the whole purpose of a file-sharing client. BUT people started to use it for uploading songs and movies and all that good stuff. The act of downloading it is illigal, not having the program. And record companies only come after people who have 100+ songs downloaded, so just stay under sharing 100 songs and you'll be fine.
