I had recently got an early christmas present from my mother and it was a victoria secret jacket. I loved it so I cut the tags off and threw them away. I tried the jacket on tonight and it was way to big. We still have the recepit but the tags have already been thrown away. Will they take the jacket back with just the receipt or do the tags need to be on the jacket too? Thanks for the help! (link)

In my experience with returning things, the tags have always needed to be on the item even with a receipt. It doesn't hurt to try anyway though.
This is why you never take the tags of clothes before trying them on.

I'm pretty shy about things like this too. I told my mother right after I got mine though because my confusion about what to do outweighed any embarrassment haha.
I just called my mom into the bathroom and said "I think I got my period" then she hugged me and showed me how to use a pad. Woop, done.
Really, she's your mother, she's a girl, she was your age before and she's been through the exact same thing you have. She's probably suspected for some time now that you'd be getting your period soon anyway.
Granted it is a bit embarrassing but you really shouldn't let that bother you much. (: Just basically do what I did, call her into a room so it's just the two of you and tell her.
Or if face to face makes you nervous, how about texting her or even calling her while she's out? I've also heard of some people writing their moms a little note saying they got their periods and putting it in a place only their moms would find it.

This guy is no friend of yours, he is USING you. He's 18, you're 12. Any picture you send him is child pornography. He's not really blackmailing you now, he's just trying to bribe you into sending him pictures that he WILL use to blackmail you later. He'll probably try and use pictures of you in your underwear later to blackmail you into sending him full nudes later. He could threaten to send them to everyone you both know if you don't do as he says.
DO NOT send him any more pictures. Do not continue this friendship. He doesn't care about you as a person. He just cares about your body. He's creepy, he sounds like a potential child molester.

I got my second holes when I was about 12 and my first were done when I was just a baby so I know how you feel.
Everyone has a different pain tolerance, everyone is different.
For me, it just feels like a small pinch on my ear followed by a slight burning feeling for a few minutes and then it's fine.
What made me feel better was repeating over and over in my head that if I could take it while I was a baby, I can take it now lol.

Hey ( Sorry for the length) well I was really mad at my friend and I made this Facebook account that I use to express how I feel instead of doing it on mine ( becuz my parents are my friends on Facebook). So I want to but a profile pic and I want it to be me but I don't want anyone to recognize me so I want to change my skin color to look like someone lighter than me (not to be rascist of anything but yes I mean white). And I really want to do this but I don't want it to b perment. But I also want it to be something that I can do easily and mayb once a month. And I don't hav a lot of makeup ( the makeup I do hav is to dark) so I need some other ideas on Wat to do. And also if I hav any ideas on how I can change my look tht wuld be VERY helpful so. Once again I don't hav a lot of makeup and I also don't have eyelashes or I liner or mascara. I downloaded google chrome and it didn't change my browser to google chrome. When I get on the internet, it still says my browser is internet explorer, but when I log onto google chrome on my desktop it says that its my default browser. Some web pages said I need to change my browser, I want google chrome but I don't know how to change it. How do I make google chrome my browser? (link)

You need to click the wrench icon in the top right hand corner on the Chrome browsrer and click 'Settings' you should see an option to set Chrome as the default browser.

So I've been wanting to buy an iPad for awhile now and I was just causally mentioned it in conversation to a friend the other day. That friend went on to tell me that an iPad has phone capabilities and you need to pay a monthly fee like for a Smartphone to have one...is that true? I didn't think/know that.
If that's not true, which GB iPad should I get? I want the 1st generation; the cheaper ones lol. I would use it to surf the web(obviously), download apps/play apps, watch videos, stuff like that.
I'm really slow when it comes to GB sizes so I don't know what's a lot and what isn't.

My room never stays clean for more than 2 days. I want a friend over and my mom says my room has to be clean before anything happens. My mom also said if I get my room to stay clean for a week with a maximum of 5 things on the floor, I can get a mannequin for my fashion designing. I cant do this!!

I used to be like you, I could never keep my room clean growing up. I only cleaned it when I had friends coming over because I was too embarrassed about it for them to see lol. As I got older a dirty room started to irritate me more and more until I just started to keep it clean on a daily basis.
-I'll start by saying the obvious, once you're done using something, put it back where you got it. Don't leave things open, out on the floor, or on any random surface in your room.
-If you bring food or drinks in your room, bring them out when you leave. Or just cut out bring food in your room period. If you can't do that, just stop bring food in your room for a week.
-Keep a garbage can in your room. The reasons are obvious. Don't let trash sit, throw it away. Then when the can if full, take out your trash. Leaving your garbage can full will make you start to leave garbage everywhere in your room.
-Put all dirty clothes in a dirty clothes hamper. If you don't have one for your room, buy one. Until you get one, carry your dirty clothes to the laundry room after you take them off.
-When you take off your shoes, put them in ONE spot. Don't kick them off and then let them stay wherever that happen to land. Keep them in your closet if possible.
-Vacuum at least once a week. This can do wonders, seriously.
Here are some ways you can remember to do these things.
-Have a cell phone? Set a calendar notification every day at a certain time you know that you're home that tells you to stop what you're doing and check over your room. Clothes on the floor? Put them in the hamper. Stray trash on your desk? Throw it away. Etc etc.
-Tape a sign up on your door or on the wall next to your door that you'll definitely see every time you leave your room. Write something on it in big, bold letters that tell you to turn around and take a quick look at your room. This can really help you to remember to take any food and drinks out of your room.

I'm not sure if you could be sued or not, but do NOT make a YouTube video like that. It's childish and will make you look immature. You'll also get bullied for it. Most people on YouTube are rude and will leave rude comments calling you all kinds of names because you were childish enough to create such a video and post it onto YouTube. You'll only be hurting yourself.

What is this?? I literally bought Late Night, Generations, and Ambitions only about 2 weeks ago. And I got Pets this weekend, and it worked fine. I just played and saved the game last night, and when I opened it today for the first time, I got this error. And I restarted the application multiple times, and I'm still getting this error.
Dear god, let this be fixable. I don't want all the time I spent on that town to go for nothing. If I have to lose the game I don't even want to play Sims anymore, and I want a refund. If this issue isn't fixable then what's the point of starting another game when the same thing could happen to it in the future? This is ridiculous. After spending so much money on expensive Sims games, people shouldn't have to put up with this BS
I didn't even download anything yesterday or today, so it can't be from some conflicting file or anything. I'm completely at a loss.
If it makes any difference, I have Windows Vista, too. And I downloaded my games from Amazon.

I've been playing the Sims since it first came out in 2000 so I know how attached you can get to a family. I've personally never had this error pop up before. I've had other errors, but never this one. I'm going to give the usual (probably useless) advice. Though I have done a little research and I've found some links that might be useful to you.
-Have you downloaded custom content? If so, you may have downloaded a bugged/corrupted file that is causing the game to have this error. I suggest erasing any CC you have and redownloading it one at a time and checking your game. That way, you'll know what works and what doesn't.
-Is your game up to date? Try downloading the latest patch if you have not already.
-Do you have enough memory/video on your computer to handle all those Sims 3 games? This might also be why.

I hope something in my reply was able to help you, I totally understand how frustrating Sims 3 errors can be since I've had my fair share of them to deal with. I think the game is worth it though.
If worse comes to worse, you might have to delete the family, uninstall and then reinstall all the games. Annoying? Absolutely. But your saved game may be corrupted and this will be the only way to fix it.

I plan on buying a new laptop that I can play the Sims 3 on. I have almost every Sims 3 game and I plan on buying others once they get released. I'm not that great with computers so I need a little help. I tried using Google to help me but answers I found just confused me. Hopefully someone can dumb it down a little for me.

You do not say where you are from.
In the United States, 18 is the age were you are recognized as a full adult. Therefore, you do not need parent permission to do things anymore.
While it would be nice to have your moms approval and blessing, it's not necessary and you can get married without her permission or without her knowing.

You shouldn't try to "convince" your girlfriend to have sex with you. For whatever reason, if she doesn't want to then she doesn't want to OR have to. Don't try to force or pressure her into anything, that's so wrong.
You can be prepared with condoms and tell her you'll go to a private location but if she still says no, that's it. You're not having sex.
If that's all you want from her or that makes you get angry at her, than you shouldn't be in a relationship with her.

I was cleaning my room at midnight because I'm not tired at all and on the bottom of my wall I saw a large bug. I suggest cleaning your room really good. Wipe down everything, dust everything, wash everything, vacuum up REALLY good and make sure there aren't any crumbs on the floor at least once a week. Food and moisture attracts bugs.
If you're really concerned, get your place exterminated.
