Cyber Bullying
So a girl I was friends with told me I was so ugly and that she looked better than me but I know that I am prettier than her and I want to post both our pictures on youtube for comparison and I want to know if I was sued would I actually be convicted of that being that I would take her picture from her public facebook page.

Heyy. You shouldn't feed into peer pressure. People aren't always going too like you. You were not placed on this earth too please others. Only you yourself and god. You shouldn't compare one another, everyone is beautiful. Regardless. And also, if you place her picture upon Youtube, than you yourself would be considered a " Cyber Bully ". I've been cyber bullied myself, It doesn't feel good at all. So try to refrain from making others not feel good about themselves. Your're beautiful ! remember that, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise (:

You said it yourself. If you make a video like that, then it is considered cyber bullying. If you are prettier than the other girl, why don't you just take joy in that and leave her alone. I don't know if you've noticed but the world is RUTHLESS. If you post that video asking random strangers who is prettier, I guarantee that you will get a slew of rude and sexual comments. Also your video could become hugely popular and people at school would see it and start making fun of the other girl or maybe even both of you. And when the school finds out, you'll get called into the office and probably suspended for posting the video. Mybe even expelled. All I'm saying is, don't be mean because it creates a whole mess of drama.

I'm not sure if you could be sued or not, but do NOT make a YouTube video like that. It's childish and will make you look immature. You'll also get bullied for it. Most people on YouTube are rude and will leave rude comments calling you all kinds of names because you were childish enough to create such a video and post it onto YouTube. You'll only be hurting yourself.
