Hey guys, i'm having some people over tonight to watch a movie because i have a movie theater room, sorta .. but i have one problem: I dont know what movies to rent!! i'm turning 16 soon and i was wondering what are some jobs that hire 16 yr olds that arnt too public...lol i mean like not mcdonalds where everyone goes. thanks =)

publix, pet stores, vet offices. there are a lot of options if you look. Also, have your parents talk to people at there offices or something like that. If they work in a big office building sometimes there are other companies that want a teen to file papers and things like that.

don't be jealous because he was flirting with someone else. Get over it. Maybe he actually liked that girl. Maybe his taste in girls changed. But none the less, maybe he was flirting with that girl to make you fee jealous and try and get you back. Give it time. But if you're just saying I like this kid jimmy - hottest kid in the world, do you like him for more than just his good looks? If not, quit wasting your time.
If you really do like him, just stay friends with him. If you think he's so awesome be good friends with him, and over time he'll probably see that you're awesome too and that he wants to be with you.

as much as you probably don't want to hear this,
maybe being just good friends with her is for the best. Trust me. I'm like that with one of my really good friends. I truly like him with my entier heart, he just ins't interested. But we still have one of the best friendships ever and I wouldn't trade it for anything. And who knows, maybe one day this girl will change her mind and ask you.

Does anyone know all the techniques for straightening hair? (both temporarily and permanently) Please either give me a list with prices, or websites with descriptions. I rate 5's! Thanks so much

Conair makes this really awesome hair straightning brush.
It looks like a hair straightner but it has brush bristles and you don't plug it in or anything.
Instead it has vents at the top, and you follow the brush down your hair with your hair dryer. It works really well and I don't think its any more than 15 dollars.

I am going out with someone that is a year younger than me and no one has really said anything to me about it yet but i have a feeling they will...i cannot stand when people continuously say crap to me about it...is it really wrong that hes a year younger?

not at all. Look at your parents. If their relationship is anything like my parents relationship, then there is probably at least 2 or 3 years of a difference.
But then again, it depends how old you are. A grade 9 dating a grade 7 is odd. A grade 11 dating a grade 10 or 9, not so odd.

im 13 and my boyfriend ( obviously im a G I R L) has been acting really weird with me. i recently wenT to puerto rico for a month to get prepared to compete in a pageant. we talked and we were doing well apart but then he wentto north carolina and has been talking alot and i mean alot to my best friend. i didnt use to mind on account of theyre best friends too.but they look more like a couple than me and him. i feel like there is something he isnt telling me. hes not the type of guy tht would cheat or play me and he wuouldve dumped me if he didnt really like me b/c thats how he is. i know him ....weve been together for 10 months.but something tells me there is something going on. i dont know what to do anymore. im scared to talk to him b/c sometimes he makes me feel like trash and then talks to my best friend again about it. is she really my best friend and how do i know if hes cheating or not? first off, if he makes you feel like trash when you talk to him, why are you with him?

but you should try talking to him about it. talk to your friend about it too.

Don't assume anything, because assuming can often be wrong. Talk about it, and find some information out first.

you should tell him the truth. The only way for relationships to work out and stay strong are if they are based on truth. If you start with one lie, they can grow, and if you tell more lies the trust that is necessesary in a relationship can dissolve and so can the relationship.
