hmmm this is a tough one. I think people are right that they say that you shouldnt get paid because there your siblings but thats old fation. You should get paid cause babysitting is really hard no matter who it is, so you shold talk to you parents about it. Maybe they wil understand and give you a little bit or take you someplace as a a reword.

I'm not quite sure what to do. My "best friend" from last year is changing. We used to tell eachother EVERYTHING!! But this year she cheated on her boyfriend, broke up with him, and went back out with him and didn't even tell me. I had to find out from someone else. And she doesn't know about the guy I REALLY REALLY like. Its because she doens't take the time to find out. Every weekend I invite her to the mall, and EVERY time she says she busy and then calls me telling me how bored she is.. Also when ever I hang out with ehr myy grades drop. I dont know if I should stay "best friends" with her or not? Please help (link)

I know how you feel bcause the same thing happened to my friend. You need to tell your friend how you have noticed that she is changing. If she doesn't respond to this then maybe you should hang out with some of your other friends and not concentrate on her so much. Chances are, she will notice that you guys aren't friends anymore, and she will realize that it was her felt and she will feel bad. That will be a good oppurtunity to speak with her about everything.

Well I used to like one of my best friends, I've known for 9 years so I had one of my friends tell him and it turns out he never thought of me as more than a friend. The same thing happened to my friend not too long ago. What you need to do is call him up one day and tell him exactly how you feel. Tellhim that you don't like him more than a friend anymore, but you miss your friendship with him. tell him how you feel and you would be surprised, he probably feels the exact same way. After you speak to him try and act casual around him, the same way you acted before your fight.

ok well im the same as you. this happend to me a few years ago. the guys wouldnt go out with me cause i was to prude so maybe you have to show them that your not and your a good girlfriend and you will be there for them

to get cute backgrounds go to column settings and there will be a link for a lot of cute backgrounds. pick your favorite one, copy anf paste the code onto the background space under column settings.

Don't worry about making a move so much. It will probably just come naturally. However, one thing that you can do, is practice kissing by kssing oranges. My friend did it when she was afraid of kissing a guy, and my guy friend told me that she was a good kisser and that it payed off. Just don't worry so much about it, just take things slow.

track starts on march 6th

I know what you are going through because i am a runner also. in order to be in shape when track starts, so you are able to run a mile, you might want to start out by running only a little bit, and run a little bit more each day, This way your body will gradually get used to the feel of running longer distances. Another thing that could help until track starts is cross training. Cross training is when you do another sport in order to stay in shape for one. For example, I do swimming so that i stay in shape for track. You might want to do swimming or basketball which are both winter sports and are probably taking place now at your school.

i'm 15 years old & i haven't gotten my period for about two months. i've been having it since september 2004 & it's been sort of normal for about 8 months. i'm a virgin & i know this is going to sound extrememly juvenile but is there some way that i could be pregnant without having sex? as i said, i don't mean to sound juvenile but i've heard people say things like, "it's in the water" & is it actually possible? i'm just really nervous, & i'm racking my brain for an answer. could it just be that my period isn't on time? i haven't really been eating any differently. please don't treat me like an idiot, i'm just scared. In your case it isn't possible to be pregnant. If you haven't been in sexual contact with anyone then it would be impossible! I can totally sympathize with you because i know i would be freaking out if that same thing happened tyo me. Everyone's period pattern is different and it may just be an irregular pattern and won't come this month. don't worry about, it's nothing bad, but just to be sure, and to make yourself feel better, you might want to check out the pregnancy test by yourself.

To tell if this guy does like you, you should make a move and see if he responds. Flirt with him a little bit. If he flirts back then chances, are he likes you! If he does flirt back, then go for it!

ok so im a 14 year old girl. and i know i have a lot of time to get a boyfriend but here it goes..
there are these two really obnoxious girls in my grade and the guys always swarm over them. i really dont even understand why. they are really fake and agressive like always touching them and stuff and they wear so much make up and like brand name clothes and stuff like that. they are also both really concieted so i dont understand why the guys would like them. like im friends with the guys too but thats just it im FRIENDS with them so none of them would even see me as being their girlfriends. i cant help it i dont know why i keep being in the position as the "friend" never the "girlfriend". i mean im kind of shy and im not the kind of girl who will just throw myself at the guys. thats not who i am and i dont want to be a fake person.
also when these two girls are talking to the guys i dont know what to do. i mean i dont want to just go over there because it would be akward and like the girls would give me looks but like these girls are with the guys liek 24/7 and the guys are always together as one group so i dont want to like shut myself out from talking to them either because then nothing will every happpen. ill never have a boyfriend!!

Since you are friends with some of these guys, you might want to talk to them sometime and tell them that you feel like you never get a chance to hang out with them since these 2 girls are all over them. While doing this you might want to hint at the fact that you liike them. Maybe they will tell you that they like you back! If not it's okay to still be friends you will get a boyfriends sometime. You are doing the right thing in not throwing yourself all over the guys. You don't want to come off as a slut and you are doing the right thing to avoid that. The guys probably take notice of that, and admire that in you!
