I don't know what to do with him! I found out from my bff that my bf made a facebook group thing about our relationshp. I went and red a few things on it and it is personal and nothing anybody should know but us so I told him I knew he had a secret he was keeping from me but not what it was so he would tell me or something but he didn't. i kinda thought that he posted stuff and didn't think it was bad and I wanted to give him chances to say so but he just said he didnt have no secrets so i went back to read the rest and he had made it private only so now it is hidden from me.
I guess what I am asking is if he didn't think this was wrong why did he hide it when i found out? He still denies everything and now i got no proof because i cant see it anymore!!! i have been crying about this and i feel betrayed like he has a secret life on facebook or something! should i stay with him if he isn't going to be honest and still hides things?
Sorry if this is too long! (link)

Thanks for the question. :)
Seems like you're in quite a situation...
I honestly believe that one of the most important parts of a relationship is TRUST. If you two can't trust each other, than it won't work out.
If you for some reason don't feel that he's being honest....you need to trust YOURSELF. I mean, who wants to go through a relationship worrying about if the other one is hiding things from them? It's not very fun.
Tell him how you feel. Tell him you don't feel like he's being honest, and see what he says. If he just blows you off and acts like it's nothing, then maybe you SHOULD think about just breaking up.
I hope this helps a little!

hello, I'm very passionate about piercings and tattoos. I love body art; I would like to get my licences to become a professional piercer. I suck at drawing, so I'm not interested in tattooing. I live in the columbiana , Ohio area. I tried to look it up, but I didn't get much. Either if its a school I would have to go too, take classes, I'm not sure how to even go about this. Thank you!! Oh, I'm 19; female and I am currently in my second year of college, I don't think my school has any programs like this! lol (link)

Can you fix your facebook wall so that only certain people can write on it? One of my friends... or acquaintances, had a birthday today and it showed on the news feed that people had written on his wall, and what they wrote.
But when I clicked the link that said "write on his wall" it took me to his profile, but his wall wasn't there... but others had written on it. However, the tab doesn't show up when i'm on his profile.
Is he just blocking me? Or can you fix it where you choose what people can write on your wall? (link)
|
I know you can specifically fix it to where only certain people can write on your wall.
I've done it before.
So he probably just made it so only a few people could write on the wall.

Okay well they have that prank dial thing on the internet where you can prank call someone for free and leave a funny message, well i have sent a few out to my ex just to play around, but can i get in trouble if i send to many? (link)
|
No.
I use it all the time.
Every day you can make about 4 free prank calls, you won't get in trouble for it.
They will tell you if you've made too many, but you can't really make "too many." You just get to the point where you have to pay for the tokens. So just go back every new day, and you'll have 4 new tokens for free.

hello...
I got my period a week ago when will it come next and from when do i count.... EG from the first day i got it or the last your advice is greatly appreciated thanks (link)
|
After your period, typically around 28 days later you will have your next.
But everyone is different. A lot of the times, periods are irregular (especially in the beginning), and you can't calculate the exact time.
For me, the day before I get my period I always get cramps. This helps a lot for me knowing when I'll get it.
Just remember to always bring pads with you when you go somewhere, just in case.

I just started school recently for sophmore year, and lately I've felt a lot of anxiety. I feel friends that i have aren't there. Everday I go to school, I'm not excited. I used to be always exited. I used to always feel like I have plans and a lot of people to hang out with, but either I just became hated by a lot of people, or was always but just realized it now. I am scared of being by myself ever, I have attacks where I feel like I'm going to cry. I get embarrassed by my friends easily, and sad to say I feel like I don't belong with them, not in a snobby way, i just don't fit in with them, if u get my drift. I also hate diong presentations or being present in awards ceremonies. It's like i have a lot of friends, but recently a lost best friends that I trusted, which makes me just expect people to hate me. I try to be friendly but I expect people to just hate me. Also recently i've had major anxiety in cars & traffic, if that's anything relatable. I would really appreciate it of your opinion on the situation and if I should go to a counselor. I really want to be able to control the entire situation, this has been going on for years, it just keeps getting worse. Thanks! (link)
|
Go to a counselor.
They will be able to help you cope with this, and control your anxiety.
I've been dealing with anxiety almost all my life, and I have days where I just cry for hours because it gets so bad.
Going to see a counselor and talking helps a lot. Talking it out just helps, and they usually can get to the root problem that is causing your anxiety, and they can help you control it.
You said you hated doing presentations and things like that...but that's normal. That's called performance anxiety, and MANY people have that. The best way to get that to just die down is to go through with it. Face your fear and do your presentations.
The general anxiety, though, is rough. I know. I have GAD (General Anxiety Disorder), and it's the hardest thing. It's really hard being at school during an anxiety attack, but you got to stick through it. Because if you don't then your body thinks, "Okay...so next time I'm in this situation I just leave again." and you'll never get through it. You can't just leave school, you know? You have to face your fear. You also need to have supportive friends...this is a tough thing to go through, you need support from your family or friends. I know if I didn't have the great support of my friends and family this would be 20x harder for me to deal with. So if you feel like your friends won't be there to support you, meet new people...and don't just think they'll hate you. Try and think positively.
When you have anxious thoughts coming on, just keep telling yourself, "This is just anxiety. I will get through this. Whatever I'm thinking right now is just based on my anxiety." The people you just meet will not hate you automatically. Tell yourself that is just your anxiety speaking, and nothing else. Just keep repeating this....the more you do it, the easier it becomes. The more control you have.
If you're at your house and you get an anxiety attack coming on, just relax. Go in your room, lay on your bed, put a cold washcloth on your forehead, and turn on some calming music and just try your hardest to relax.
I know this is hard. But see a counselor, really. It will help you a lot. Also, talk to your doctor. They might want to put you on medication, which DOES help. I'm on an antidepressant and it really helps with the anxiety.

about 3 days ago i had a very bad panic attack and ever sice i had it i havent been myself and im always scared cuz it might happen again and ive also been very depressed, feeling guilty, and like i have no control over myself whats the best way to move on from this experience and how do i prevent having another??? (link)
|
I know exactly what you're going through.
I have an anxiety disorder, and depression. All summer I suffered from multiple panic attacks. Quite horrible, aren't they?
Here's what you need to do: STOP WORRYING. I know it's hard, trust me. I'm a worrier. I always worry about the next panic attack. But dwelling on it doesn't do you any good, it just makes you more anxious and makes it so your mind will just freak out and send you into panic mode. You do NOT want this. When you start thinking about it, stop yourself. Focus your mind on ONLY good thoughts.
Here's a list of things you can tell yourself.
-I'm okay. This is only anxiety.
-I will get through this. It won't last forever.
-I'm a good person. People care about me.
-Whatever I'm panicking about is not worth the panic. It's nothing.
Think of happy thoughts. If you DO feel another panic attack coming on, lie down, put a cold washcloth on your head, turn on some calming music and just think those good thoughts.
Learn breathing techniques. Meditation and yoga are very relaxing and help a lot of people with panic attacks. Stay away from caffeine/really sugary products, it's very bad to drink anything with caffeine or eat a lot of sugary products as it can cause panic attacks. Exercising daily also helps out a lot to relax you.
Don't feel guilty about this, ever. It's not your fault. I don't think you realize exactly how many people suffer from panic attacks. There are SO many people out there that get them, you wouldn't believe it.
If you start seeing that the panic attacks are becoming regular, talk to someone. Tell your parents. See if you can go to a therapist...it really helps. They will teach you coping methods.
Talking to people that understand what you're going through REALLY helps. Check out dailystrength.org It's an amazing website that has SO many support groups that you can go on the boards and chat with other people. It has an anxiety support group, AND a panic attack support group. You can find so many amazing people to talk to who know what you're going through and can give you amazing advice.
I also know what you're going through, and if you ever want to talk I'd love to. I have a facebook and a dailystrength account, so just shoot me another question saying you'd enjoy talking...and I'll add you on either place. I know just what you're going through, and trust me...things WILL get better.
Try not to dwell on it! And if it DOES get worse, promise me you'll talk to someone...don't suffer with it.

Just don't pay attention to MTV or anything like that. It's VERY easy to find music that is worth listening to, it's just not very popular. Stay away from MTV, stay away from Top 40 Radio Stations....
Google will be your savior. Just google a bunch of random stuff.
Also look up lists of bands on myspace. They have loads of random bands.
There IS good music out there. You just have to know what you're looking for.

I have a blackberry tour 9630.
What websites can I go to for free game downloads? I know there's sites such as mytinyphone.com but I'd like to know some more.
thanks in advance :) (link)

You can download the Blackberry App World on your phone, and then from there you can get some free games and what not.
I got it by googling it on my phone, and I love it. So many apps. Some you have to pay for, but I've found a lot for free.

What's the difference between a psychopath and sociopath? (link)

In school, I can be sitting in class, listening to the lesson, trying not to fall asleep, minding my own busines, and all of a sudden I feel panicky and dizzy like I might faint. I want to know, is this normal for a 14 year old? I dont know what I'd possibly have to worry about. I really need some help with this, because school starts in a month, and I dont want to feel like this on my first day of high school! (link)
|
Sounds like anxiety to me.
I have GAD (general anxiety disorder) and I get the same feelings, especially in school.
The symptoms I feel are dizziness, heart starts to beat faster, get sweaty hands, throat feels like it's closing up, my mouth gets dry, nausea, etc. These are all symptoms of anxiety.
What I'm wondering is, does this happen JUST in school or do you feel anxious outside of school too?
I noticed you said, "I don't know what I'd possibly have to worry about" and I just have to tell you...when you have anxiety you aren't necessarily worrying about something in particular. It can come on at the most RANDOM times, even when you have nothing to worry about.
I know it's very hard to deal with, but you should learn coping methods. Make sure to breath steadily when you start to feel panicky, and counteract the panicky thoughts with good thoughts. When you start to panic, just say to yourself, "I'll be okay. This is just anxiety. It will pass." and just tell yourself this over and over again.
It sounds really easy, but it does take a lot of work.
Maybe you should talk to your parents about this, and go see your doctor. See what they think would be best to do.
My doctor put me on an antidepressant, which is helping somewhat, but from what you're telling me I don't think you need to do this. I think it would help to see a therapist, though. Talking to someone can do wonders, I know it helps me a lot. And they can help you with coping methods, and try and find out what the underlying problem is that's causing your anxiety.
So you're in going to be in high school? Good luck! You should join a club or something. I joined drama and choir in my high school, and that helped me SO much with my anxiety. It helped me get out there and meet new people, and I had so much fun. So maybe something like that would be good. You're going to have fun with high school, trust me. You meet a lot of cool people and it's a fun time.
Also...if you ever want to talk to anyone, you should check out the site dailystrength.org
It's an online support group. They have EVERY support group known to man, including an anxiety one. It's such a help, there's so many people there and it's so nice talking to them. Makes you feel a lot better.
Good luck with everything. If you have anymore questions, just ask! :)

I recently made the switch from ipod to zune, and I'm having a bit of trouble adjusting. I have two major issues..
1) Only some of my itunes library automatically transferred into my zune. I tried locating the files to manually move them, and now they're all missing. Only some will still even play in itunes.
2) When I sync a compilation or a mix cd into my zune library, it files it under "Various Artists" instead of by individual band/artist names, which is really frustrating.
Is there a way to fix either or both of these problems? I got rid of my ipod because it kept messing up, but if my zune is gonna be just as much trouble, I'll feel like a complete idiot. Thanks for any advice/instruction you can give!

I've had a Zune for years, and I love it.
I won't be much help with your first question....but about the problem where it shows up as "Various Artists" you can go in and edit the names yourself. Just click, "Edit album name" or something along those names. Then it'll come up with a whole thing with the album name, the songs, and who composed which songs.
Also, if you have a twitter...I know Zune Support has a twitter. They reply very quickly on there, and are very helpful. So if you have any trouble, just ask them a question, and they'll reply pretty fast.

How do I put my eyeliner on my top eye lid (link)
|
As everyone has said, close your eyes and slowly draw the line above your lashline.
It does take a lot of practice to make it perfect, but I found that watching youtube tutorials always helped.
There's all different types of eyeliners you can use...liquid liner, pencil eyeliner, gel eyeliner.
Find what you like best, first off. But as I said before, youtube tutorials are WONDERFUL.
When I first started off with makeup, I watched a ton of youtube tutorials and they helped me tremendously.
Here's a pretty good tutorial using Mac's Blacktrack Fluidline. (gel eyeliner)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_oI0Bwai83k
Here is another good tutorial if you'd prefer to use liquid liner:

Just remember, practice makes perfect!

what are some excuses to say when someone asks you were you bought something and you don't want to tell them? (link)

I usually just say, "Oh. I got it online." and people quit asking.
Or you could just say it was a gift, and you aren't sure where they got it.

everytime after i pee, like right after, i have this pain that feels like i have to pee extremely bad. like ive been holding it in but i just went pee and cant pee anymore. what is it and can i do anything to fix it? (link)

Most definitely sounds like a UTI (urinary tract infection), as everyone else is saying.
You can try drinking cranberry juice, to help out a little.
But in all honesty, you definitely should see a doctor.
If not taken care of, it can develop into something much worse.
So just go see a doctor and they'll put you on some antibiotics, and you'll be fine.

Hello,I have a debate tournament this weekend and I really need to find a piece for Oral Interpretation. That is ,dramatic reading!
I have to have one piece that is prose and one piece that is poetry and each of which has to be over 5 mins and less than 10 mins. It as well has to be published. I really would like to have a humorous piece because im a funny person and it's hard for me to read serious pieces since I'm just not the serious type.If anyone can send me a link to a good piece? Thank you~! (link)
|
Most of the time, you have to buy the script.
As in, you order it online and they ship a script out to you.
If you want to do that go to http://www.jddramapublishing.com/store/
They have tons of humorous scripts that I'm sure you'll have fun with, and they're all between 5 and 10 minutes.
BUT you have to ORDER them.
That's the only problem here.
My Speech & Debate team told us that if we don't have enough time to order them, to find a book we like and take some parts out of the book and make a speech out of that.
So if you have a book that you really like, you can find some parts out of it, mesh it together, and have a speech?
Hope this helps a bit.

I've never dyed my hair before, and yes they say that's a very good thing. Dying is unhealthy for your hair [blah blah blah] but the thing is, I would like to do it once!
My hair color really fits me, but I want to try something else so I really need an opinion [=

^^ two different angles of me ^^
Thanks! ;D (link)

Just so you know, dying isn't that bad for your hair depending on what brand of dye you use. :)
My hair stylist uses this dye on my hair that is a vegan dye, so it's chemical free and doesn't harm my hair in any way.
So if you use a vegan dye, it will not be unhealthy AT ALL.
I know for unnatural colors, there's Special Effects. So if you like unnatural colors, use that brand. It's a great brand, and it will not harm your hair at all.
Anyways, for a hair color I'm kind of obsessed with auburn hair.
I think this color is gorgeous:
http://www1.istockphoto.com/file_thumbview_approve/2157553/2/istockphoto_2157553_auburn_hair_and_green_eyes.jpg
And I think you'd look really pretty with that color hair.
Or even this color:
http://melodyplant.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/03/ashlee-simpson-drunk.jpg
I know before I mentioned Special Effects, but I'm assuming you are looking for a brand of dye that has natural colors?
Here are some vegan dyes, that won't harm your hair, that are natural colors:
http://www.robertcraig.com/php/index.php
But if you also just go to a salon and they use whatever brand dye they have, then that's fine too!
It won't damage your hair all that much, and if you use a hydrating shampoo or repairing conditioner (I know Aussie makes a great one), your hair will be perfectly fine. :)

My hair is now lighter than my eyebrows so how do I dye my eyebrows the same color as my hair? The dye says to not use it on your eyebrows so I don't know what to do! Anyone else do this before? (link)
|
Here are some tips from online on how to dye your eyebrows with just everyday hair dye.
You'll need some cotton swabs, petroleum jelly, and an old toothbrush.
Also, remember to be very careful, because you're going to be very close to your eyes when dying the eyebrows, and you don't want to get ANY in your eyes.
Dip the cotton swabs in the petroleum jelly and carefully line the area outside of your eyebrows top and bottom with the jelly. This technique will keep any stray color from staining your skin. Do not put the jelly on your eyebrows themselves as this will prevent the color from saturating the eyebrow hairs.
Now dip the old toothbrush into the hair color and gently brush it into your eyebrows in the direction they grow. Be certain not to miss any spots. Do not let the color drip by overloading the brush; you do not want to get any color into your eyes. Be very careful.
When the allotted processing time is reached, first remove the hair color from your eyebrows with a clean wet cloth, make sure to remove any excess on your skin. Now wash the color from your hair and condition as instructed on the package. You’re all set with a fresh new hair color with matching eyebrows. If you decide to go to a hair salon for color, just ask the colorist to do your eyebrows at the same time they are applying the hair color.
