Ok, my school has a dress code, not exactly a uniform. well .. you can go to the doctor.. n get a perscriptions to lesson the pain.. or take pain killers... n you should try those heated pad things that you put on your stomach n it lessens the pain .. dont eat salty foods.. eat healthy.. exercise.. during and around your period.. i kno about this cause i have about the same problem=O if u have any other questions ask me in my lil inbox thing ;)

dress up n do your hair n make up in different ways in the mirror or if you have a digital camera.. use taht .. n just pic which one you like the best.. n then the days leading up to pic day.. try n keep up that look but not the same outfit everyday;) n smile alot.. so then forp ics.. ur all ready :) hahah XoXo

I got poison oak really bad on my leg this year and it finally went away but it left a big white scar-its like a circle- on my ankle and like dots all over my feet (from where it was) and i don't know what to do! it looks really weird cuz im tan and then theres a whitish spot! is there any way to get rid of it? or will it ever go away?? ill rate! go to a store like target or something like that and get a scar cream or patch that says itll minimise the visibility of the scar n soon enough itll be less easy to see:) or go see a doctor or call your doctor n see what they have that will help..:) hope this help ...
