ok well i had the same problem,the thing is you need to stop dion pushups and start dion a new exercise,like running and swimming or nothing at all your probebly alreayd healthy

ok well if you wana get rid of your stomach fat then just do pushups that helps alot,and im not trieng to be mean but if your 5'5 and 130 pounds you need to loose some weight,cuase im 5'7 and i weight 115,just try excersing alot and eating the right foods,swimming helps alot alot,and gies like girls with a good personality,but a perverted guy likes a girl with a ass and boobs,just remember that

Does anyone know any exercises that can help me get rid of the excess fat on my sides, right above my hipbones? Nothing I do seems to work and I'm finding it hard to maneuver myself to wear I'm targeting that area.

ok well i know how you feel,i had the same problem,just try to do house chores,go outside run,walk,and go swimming thats what helped me,and drink alot alot of water..

I like this guy. I dont know him that well, but theres a connection and I really like him. The thing is he is super popular and extremley good looking. ALL the girls like him, and he usually dates just "hot" girls with zero personality. I'm not exactly pretty...or even attractive at that but I have an awesome personality. ok i know how you feel you probebly hate your life wish you were dead.but killing your self is not the answer,i meanyour just a teenager,think about what its gona be like when you grow older get ur drivers license,get married,have children,i know life sucks right now,but no ones is perfect and killing your self is not the answer,you would hurt everybody that loved you,and you would end your life when theres probebly a billions of good stuff that will happen to you in the future

first of all you need to tell this guy how you feel,cuase you never know he might feel the same way,and believe me iv gone through the same thing as you and i know how it feels,i mean i used to like this guy and i was scared to tell him but i told him and he liked me too and now we're gion out and we're inlove take chances,you never know.i mean just ask him and if he doesnt feel the same way move on dont spend all ur life loving him when you never know if he feels the same way.
