First, You have to start avoiding greasy and oil foods like french fries and hamburgers.Eat something healthier for dinner or what ever meal it is like chicken or vegetables.Second, If you are ever hungry and you want a snack, eat something like an apple.And last, work out for about a half hour to forty-five minutes a night.Do a lot of crunches, and do alot of walking.If you keep that up you will lose the weight you want in no time.Hope I helped.

If I were you,I would break up with him.It dosen't matter if he likes you alot.What matters is how much you love him.But you said yourself you don't feel comfortable around him anymore.And if he loved you he wouldn't pressure you into smoking.
