ok well here is my question does anyone know a few really good diets that work! my problem is that i love carb (bread and such...) and i really really want to lose 5 lbs. i know i know no junck food or soda of any kinda and exercise but i do all that fun stuff and i havent lost anything, iv asked my friends but they give me speaches on how i dont need to lose weight.

If you really wanna lose weight u could go Atkins diet but that means no carbs. But it would really work for you if you really wanted to lose 5 pounds.
i rly wanna get on birth control..because of my period..its irregular and BC is supposed to make it go back on track right???
and do you gain weight or lose it when you 1st start it??

You need to talk to your gyno/doctore if you want to get on birth control. BC makes it so you only have 2 or 3 periods a year i think. So it wouldnt be at regular times each month, you wouldnt get it as much (im pretty sure) But you need to see your gyno about it so he can perscribe you the right stuff. I dont think you gain or lose weight when u first start but im not sure. Hope i helped

hey, well i went out with this one guy for like 9 1/2 months we did fucking everything together! we spent every day together and its not been a month sense we broke up and i want him bak, but the thing is that i have a new boyfriend...hes a sweetheart and everything, but hes a junior when im only a freshman...my new boy is great but i want my old one bak...i juss want things bak to teh way that they used to b, bc now i dont think i can ever b happy again!!! i miss him so much i still love him and i want him bak to bad...but the thing is idk if he wants me bak...i feel really bad about this whole situation...please help me!!!
P.S.- dont tell me to move on!!! i would if i could trust me, but he is all that my heart wants!!! HELP!!!!
You should probably tell your old boyfriend how all of this. Because if you were togehter for 9 and 1/2 months then he still has to have feelings for you.

Whatever you do do not go out with him. Being rejected isnt as bad as getting dumped. Just tell him that you just want to be friends right now because you dont want to hurt your friendship. If he really does give you the ring tell him you can accept it. Unless he would be really hurt by that. Hope i helped
My boyfriend & best friend are very close. My best friend even hooked us up. The thing is, my best friend is always messing around with my boyfriend. They always play fight and laugh about it, but to me it's flirting. I get extremely jealous but try to play it off thinking they're just good friends. My best friend is the kind of person who if I told her about it would think I'm crazy but then flirt with him even more! I love them both, but I can't help feeling that they have some sort of feelings for eachother. He tells me he loves me and my best friend is just a friend, nothing more. Am I crazy for thinking this? Could there be something going on between them?
I had the exact same problem. Just try to deal with your jelous feeling. I know its hard but im sure they dont realize that they look like theyre interested in each other. But you mite want to talk to your boyfriend about how you feel. And possibly your friend too. And if they are/were/get into a situation where they would be alone together and you dont/didnt/wouldnt feel comfotable with it..make sure you tell them. Hope i helped

No this does not make you a slut. You did not know that he had a girlfriend so you are completely innocent. He is the bad person in this situation because he cheated on his girl. But dont feel like your a slut cuz your not! :-)
okayy .. sorry this is long but i need advice. so this guy from school and me have been talking online since last april. first we were gunna go to the movies over april vacation . but i couldnt go. and like he was gunna ask me out there and it was like the biggest disapointment .. then he was gunna ask me out so many times but never did. so like in august he was like so maybe we could hang out sometime and i was like yea because i really like him. we tried to go out to the movies like 10 times but something always came up for one of his wtth family or w.e. then this girl came from cali. she started i.ming everyone to tell people that she was new and stuff. well like she i.med him and they like started talking and she i.med me too. but like i guess they went to the mall and stuff together, my friend told me that like he had started to like her and i was heart broken bcuas i really thought we would be the best couple.. but like so he started to like her and she went over his house and stuff .. and i guess she liked him. but then school started and she didnt like him anymore. now he talks to me a lot more and i dont know if he likes me again but i dont want to ask because i'm so scared of getting hurt and like i dont wanna ruin anything we have as friends now .. but i still want to go out with him.. its like the worst feeling ever to be so close to pardise and then its completely g o ne .. blahh .. so i just need sum advice .. thanks =) your the best
well if you think he likes you..go on and tell him that you like him..or hint it to him and flirt with him..that might get things started how they were before. and if he doesnt like you dont worry about it..its ok to be upset but he liked another girl when yall were "talking" and he should feel bad about that..hope i helped

Get a friend to ask him how things with you to are. But make sure its a friend you trust so they wont lie. If u wanted to know exactly what he says have ur friend 3way him but dont let him know you are on the phone. Hope i helped

ok i like have discharge 24/7...and it really bothers me cuz sometimes i think i started my periode but i didn't...sometimes i have alot of dischanrge...i read n another one that a girl asked n yall said it was normal to have it...but is it normal to have it 24/7 n all the time...n for it to be kind of heavy..or should i go see my doctor about this??

I have the same thing. Xcept not as heavy as you make yours seem. But right before i get my period it seems to get a little heavier. I dont really get it now though. It might me safe to consult a doctor though if it discolored or somehting doesnt seem right about it. Hope i helped!
sorry, this is gonna be kinda long...ok, this guy i am with, and love with all my heart, lets call him...Bob...now, Bob, has been making certain, well, comments, that makes me think that he wants to be with me for ever. like, one day i was talking about how whenever i get married my mom is not gonna like the guy, so i was gonna get a friend (lets call her Sally) to do what the mother does in a wedding...and he goes "don't let Sally do anythign special" so i was like "she'll prolly be a bridesmaid" and then i discussed soem dumb ideas a freind of mine had...lets call her Sandy...and i told him we wanted to do a double wedding in a cowboy theme. and he goes "i am not dressing up like a cowboy"

Well...depends on how old you are. But my guess is hes not that serious. He mite think that he is but hes not gonna propose or anything. Its just fun to talk about ur future with anythere person. I had a boyfriend that i planned my life out with, but it was just a fun thing. Now we are broken up and i seriously doubt we will actually marry. So my guess is hes not so serious that he will propose. Hope i helped a bit!
