LOSE THEM INCHES part 2

hello everyone!

15/f/california

ok well here is my question does anyone know a few really good diets that work! my problem is that i love carb (bread and such...) and i really really want to lose 5 lbs. i know i know no junck food or soda of any kinda and exercise but i do all that fun stuff and i havent lost anything, iv asked my friends but they give me speaches on how i dont need to lose weight.

If you really wanna lose weight u could go Atkins diet but that means no carbs. But it would really work for you if you really wanted to lose 5 pounds.

while you're on your no junk food diet, make sure you exercise. its the most important. and remember, if your friends tell you ur not fat, then u probably arent.

All diets don't work out in the end, trust me lol! You could eat 5 small meals a day with healthy snacks in between, if you're hungry, and don't go near junk foods lol! Drink water or drink flavored water when you get a craving for soda that you can get at Target or Walmart, the flavored water has nothing in it! If you need to lose weight on your stomach area, just do a few sets of crunches and sit ups every night! In no time, you'll be losing that unwanted weight! Hope I helped and good luck sweetie! :)

My cousin lost 7 lbs in one week doing this. Eat your regular 3 meals but dont eat any junk-food in between and just drink water. thats it! It works too!
